Great Hotel. Rooms quite big by Tokyo standards. Check in and out super easy. Breakfast was good. Nearby streets offer plenty of food options as well as the odd Girly Bar for the large numbers of salarymen who work in this area. However didn't feel sleazy and plenty of high end eating as well. On my 2 weeks in Japan this was in my top 2 hotels. Good for couples and families. Has a 7-11 underneath, ice machine and small self service laundry. Aircon efficient and quiet, fridges in rooms.

This is a great find and took a gamble to book. It turned out to be one of coolest spot for me. Meters away from Anytime Fitness, many subway stations meters away for quick transport, great area for amazing japanese food and high rated coffee shops. Walking distance to Roppongi hills. This hotel have laundry and its super affordable. The gym is basic. Breakfast was really great but its the same breakfast daily without any on-demand egg station service. Stayed here twice, 2 days and 3 days within 2 weeks. Really loved my stay. Staff spoke proper English so perfect for me. This hotel is attached directly to 7-11. Family Mart and Lawsons are just meters away if you prefer that. Very very convenient. Rooms were small though which didnt properly fit my suitcase. This is a very quiet, extremely safe area. I will 150% book this hotel again.

I have never stayed in Akasaka before so this was something of an eye-opener. Its more touristy than expected. However, the hotel is a bit removed from the major busy tourist streets which made it quieter than maybe some of the other options around there. And yeah, while it is touristy - there's many options to go to. Lots to like about this place. There is a 7-11 you can access directly through the basement without going outside. There is a microwave on each floor so you can take advantage of the food. The rooms are small but that is normal for Tokyo. I was worried that my room was the closest to the elevators but it did not disturb me at all. I wish there was more counter space for cosmetics in the boathroom, but you can make it work. Shower has good water pressure. I did not take advantage of breakfast because of the 7-11. I did not engage that much with staff, but when I did they were very friendly. Housekeeping was good. I'll just warn you that if you are an over-packer like me, the hotel is on a bit of a hill and an 8 minute walk to the nearest metro station. So just beware of that - I ended up taking a taxi to the airport when I would have normally have just taken a metro ride. But that's on me because shopping in Tokyo is incredible.

Clean hotel with extremely helpful staff. The gym room didn't offer a lot of equipment besides a treadmill and some light free weights however. No issues whatsoever. Plan on staying here again.

Love the area, there is a 7-11 under it easy for snacks, didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the lobby is pretty to sit at and the rooms. Well, a little bit small are still comfortable. Close to several metro lines, delicious places to eat, such as Thai (Jasmine Thai), Indian (Dipmahal). Also close by was the Harry Potter Mahoudokoro store which was cool and right across from that was a Starbucks which was nice. Would recommend staying here as you won’t spend too much time in your room because you’ll be out and about exploring. Also liked that on the 12th floor they had cheap laundry facilities three yen to wash and ¥100 per 20 minutes to dry.

One of the best location in Tokyo. Akasaka feels homely. MyStays Premier is home. Staff are warm and helpful and English speaking. Attached to 24/7 7-11. Just meters away from many subway trains, amazing bars and cafes. And there is even a GYM closeby. This hotel does not have great GYM or weights. GYM is available but lack proper equipment. Cleaning is done every 4 days so room gets quite dirty. Even rubbish and towels are not changed. Breakfast is pricey for same food day in and day out. Same menu. No change. No special eggs. No proper toaster eventhough Japan supplies all sorts of toasters worldwide. Just an oven. Transport is perfect, hotel public areas perfect, convenient to everything, quiet and extremely safe. Walking distance to Roppongi Hills.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it's solid and got thoughtful touches where it counts for "mystay"--small, economical units, blackout blinds so you can sleep, quiet neighborhood, pretty fast wifi, the window can be cracked open for fresh air, and a Seven-Eleven right in the ground floor for whatever you might have forgotten to pack, and washing machines for when you run out of socks, etc.

Easy check-in! There’s a 7-Eleven downstairs, which we loveee!!! The front desk staff was amazing — they helped us with all the questions we had, and the hotel is very well maintained.

Clean room (it is small, but we were expecting that), nice staff, enjoyed the quiet, yet convenient, location. The laundry room has washers with built-in detergent. Also if you’re a runner - the hotel is close to Akasaka Palace and the Imperial Palace, which are both great running loops.

The place is clean, staff are very helpful, room space is expected in Japan but good for two. Bed is comfortable. Overall the hotel, staff and location is amazing. Walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel again in our next Japan trip.100% highly recommended

the Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. The staff was helpful as well. The hotel is close to Akasaka station and a nice grocery was around the corner (7-11 was downstairs) The room was small (as expected) and the sink water pressure was light.

Uniqueness was the 711 downstairs. However, we had to move rooms on one ocassion as there was a stench of sewage, other room also had the stench. Could imagine that the whole floor or other rooms would have smelt like that. Was pretty unfortunate but we were at a convenient location.

There was mold in the AC vents of 2 different rooms that this hotel tried to provide us with. When we showed them, they were very uncooperative with helping us out. Expedia was also terrible when we tried to contact them.

Amazing location, amazing peace and quiet around considering it’s in a very metropolitan part of town. The room is insanely small though, it is tough for 2 people to move around - would recommend the standard room size for just one person.

Overall, I think this hotel is a good deal, and it provided everything I needed. However, the beds are very hard. The daily housekeeping service is good, if you are not ready to leave in the morning they will knock and ask you a good time to come back so your room will still get cleaned. The rooms are very small, I’m not sure if two people could function—it would be cramped. It was perfect for one person. The bathroom amenities are really nice (toothbrush and paste, razor, brush, aftershave, face lotion, toner, cleansing oil, shower slippers, and more), and the shower is good. The breakfast buffet has a lot of pork, so I would not recommend pre-paying for it if you do not eat pork. There was roast beef and chicken karaage, though, and a salad bar. Lots of juice options. Good service, it is clean. It is a seven-minute walk to Akasaka Station and a far walk to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, in my opinion. Akasaka Station was well connected enough that I didn’t need to go to the other one, though, I was mostly going to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Nakameguro, etc. It took me <30 minutes to get to each of those neighborhoods.

The service and check-in were fine, and the staff was helpful. The room was a bit noisy because the walls are thin, and I could hear thumping noises all night. So, it was hard to sleep. You need more sound-proofing in the rooms and walls.

We enjoyed our quick stay here as we explored the surrounding areas during our Tokyo trip! This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and nightlife. It is a fairly long walk to the nearby subway stations, so access is slightly inconvenient if you are carrying a lot of luggage. The rooms are small but feature good amenities like a combined tub and shower, toiletries, and comfortable bedding. We noticed a slight cigarette smell in the room but it wasn't bad. The fitness center was small/basic but I appreciated that something was available for a quick workout. The breakfast was good overall and a great value when purchased with the room.

Our stay here at this hotel was perfect! The hotel is immaculate. The staff were amazing, they went out of our way to make everything perfect from checking in to checking out. Super courteous and helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past one year more than seven times. The service was so excellent and imprrssed. This time, I asked the front desk of having the letter paper for writing and they told me it should be charged usually. Luckily, they offered me 2 pieces of “free” copy paper for using. Such unforgettable kind and service which I will remembered in my whole life!!!

Apart from the snide check in experience, the stay was good. Multiple people standing around at check in desk but you have to use a machine, which they come over and watch you do. Why not just check us in then?

Ok basic hotel but tiny rooms and uncomfortable pillows, better value options for the cost these days in Tokyo. Also be aware of potentially restrictive cancellation policies when booking through third party sites like expedia, hotel staff are NOT willing to compromise on this at all so even something as simple as changing a day or 2 of the stay will incur a full cancellation charge. Pretty poor customer service and feels a bit scammy. Be careful booking if your plans are not 1000% set and safe

There was mold in the AC vents of 2 different rooms that this hotel tried to provide us with. When we showed them, they were very uncooperative with helping us out. Expedia was also terrible when we tried to contact them.

Rooms are small. Not convenient for the luggage. Stayed there for five days. I asked that I would checkout 1 hr late on the final day. And they want to charge extra. For 1 hr after five days stay. This is BS service.

Easy check-in! There’s a 7-Eleven downstairs, which we loveee!!! The front desk staff was amazing — they helped us with all the questions we had, and the hotel is very well maintained.

I had an excellent stay here! The area was quieter, but still had plenty of food options in the evening. It was well connected to all the sites I wanted to see, with two metro stops within a 10 minute walk. Also I felt very safe in the area and the hotel as a solo female traveler. The room was perfectly clean, and a good size (maybe would be a little tight for 2 people and their luggage). I also made use of the laundry services- very easy to use! I would highly recommend this hotel to any other travelers!

I have never stayed in Akasaka before so this was something of an eye-opener. Its more touristy than expected. However, the hotel is a bit removed from the major busy tourist streets which made it quieter than maybe some of the other options around there. And yeah, while it is touristy - there's many options to go to. Lots to like about this place. There is a 7-11 you can access directly through the basement without going outside. There is a microwave on each floor so you can take advantage of the food. The rooms are small but that is normal for Tokyo. I was worried that my room was the closest to the elevators but it did not disturb me at all. I wish there was more counter space for cosmetics in the boathroom, but you can make it work. Shower has good water pressure. I did not take advantage of breakfast because of the 7-11. I did not engage that much with staff, but when I did they were very friendly. Housekeeping was good. I'll just warn you that if you are an over-packer like me, the hotel is on a bit of a hill and an 8 minute walk to the nearest metro station. So just beware of that - I ended up taking a taxi to the airport when I would have normally have just taken a metro ride. But that's on me because shopping in Tokyo is incredible.

Only 1 flaw... location was up a hill. Not a hard hill. But for older people... this will get tiresome. About a 10 minute walk to the Ginza and some other lines. The staff member who checked me in was very helpful. Switched me from a room with a broken toilet to a new room without hassle. Rooms are great for 1 person. 2 may fit but you'll have to be mindful. My safe didn't lock properly in the new room so I didn't use it. I didn't bother complaining again because they already moved me from a room with a broken toilet. 7-Eleven downstairs. And a couple of blocks from the Korean-Town type of restaurants. I wound up eating elsewhere tho outside of the area as the restaurants down the hill were overpriced, not too friendly, or good. Tried a couple of them then gave up. Just a 30 minute ride to either Arasuka, Odaiba, Shinjuku. If you figure out the train or bus system, this is an amazing location to get around Tokyo easily on the train. I'm actually glad the hill was there, it got me in shape. Plan on shopping the last day of your trip so you don't have to keep lugging it up the hill at the end of the day. The portable humidifer/fan in the room came in extremely handy. The room got hot easily evenn in November.

the Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. The staff was helpful as well. The hotel is close to Akasaka station and a nice grocery was around the corner (7-11 was downstairs) The room was small (as expected) and the sink water pressure was light.

One of the best location in Tokyo. Akasaka feels homely. MyStays Premier is home. Staff are warm and helpful and English speaking. Attached to 24/7 7-11. Just meters away from many subway trains, amazing bars and cafes. And there is even a GYM closeby. This hotel does not have great GYM or weights. GYM is available but lack proper equipment. Cleaning is done every 4 days so room gets quite dirty. Even rubbish and towels are not changed. Breakfast is pricey for same food day in and day out. Same menu. No change. No special eggs. No proper toaster eventhough Japan supplies all sorts of toasters worldwide. Just an oven. Transport is perfect, hotel public areas perfect, convenient to everything, quiet and extremely safe. Walking distance to Roppongi Hills.
