The only recommendation I have is to have something available at the bar before the restaurant opens. Even if that’s just a simple Chex mix or some kind of finger foods, having the bar open with no type of food or snacks is not recommended. Other than that, the rest of the day was perfect and Patrick the bartender is awesome.

The hotel rooms were really nice and clean. Decorated very nicely. Parking in the garage and idling the skywalk is $30 instead of using the valet. The bar was packed and they didn’t have enough bar tenders so we just left instead of ordering. The restaurant was closed on Sunday morning which was a bummer because no one told us the when we checked in. But overall would say again!

Nice property and good walking distance to art museum and Nationwide Arena - parking was a separate garage which was a little annoying but it’s attached on the 2nd floor by a bridge so not too bad just elevators didn’t work, make sure to park on that level if you don’t valet. Room was nice and clean, staff was super nice, only there for one night so can’t speak to much else

Alwaya enjoy my time at the Leveque. Had some trouble with checkin- they stated they were overbooked and asked me to move to another hotel. It was resolved and i was able to remain at the hotel i booked. The gym is a nice amenity as well as the onsite starbucks. The restaurant closes a bit early (i travel from the west coast- so the time change makes it difficult to dine before 9p ET) Rooms are always clean.

Hotel is clean, paid extra for a room with. River view but the windows were filthy. There was no body wash in the shower, and only 2 towels (typical is 4). Then a group of young (10 or younger) were running in the hallway for 30-45 minutes in the A.M. NYE stay wasn’t bad, the festivities were a little lame considering it’s now a Marriot Autograph hotel. One good thing was the bathroom, was very nice, shower was HUGE, and the separation of facilities felt quite luxurious. Bed was very comfortable.

The manager was lovely and very helpful. The room was nice.. the common areas of the property felt very old and a little dated. The building also has an apartment building inside. The entrance is not very impressive. The hotel entrance was filthy. The lobby decor was dated and strange.

Overall the stay was good. The room was very nice. The vanity mirror light didn't work and the projector they provided was in poor shape. Neither of these broke the stay. One thing though i was unhappy with was the shape of the stairwells. I tend to use stairs over the elevator and you would have thought i was in a abandoned building by the shape of the stair ways. Dirt everywhere, garbage, paint peeling, dead cockroaches, poor lighting. Very unappealing. There was also not much posted on where to park, this would have made things easier if it was noted agead of check in that parking was expensive.

We live in Columbus and wanted to spend our wedding night somewhere special. The Leveque was all we hoped it would be. When the front desk clerk, Claire, heard it was our wedding night she upgraded our room. When we came back after dinner we found a surprise bottle of champagne, a free gift from the hotel. The lobby is gorgeous, the room stylish, the view lovely.When we asked for an extra blanket, it came amazingly fast. It was a perfect stay.

The hotel is beautiful! Rooms are huge. Probably didn't need all of the extra space for a one night stay, but glad I picked this hotel. I wish I would have stayed longer to check out the rest of the hotel. Elevators were a little confusing because I pressed the button to go down and one elevator opened. It took me to a floor that I didn't choose and then wouldn't open. Other than that and the construction mess going on downtown, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable (and were bed bug free). Everything about our room was beautiful and up-to-date. Views of the city are amazing. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the city.

Beautiful historic hotel. Great service since the moment we checked in with helpful information. Great view of downtown from our room and short walk to Arena District. Spacious clean rooms. The only negative was the temperature of the room at night, it was so warm and we could get it lower than 72 degrees. We didn’t call downstairs, but I’m sure if we did, they would’ve fixed the issue. Great stay!

My AC unit wasn’t functioning properly when I got to my room, my room phone was also non-functional. The woman at the front desk was unable to explain anything helpful or useful so I asked if an engineer could visit my room. When he did, he also has no answers or solutions of any kind. He simply turned my unit off entirely and said that was the only thing he could do. The shower also didn’t function properly, it either was scalding hot or very cold, no matter how carefully I tried to make minor adjustments with the faucet handle. The staff was very professional and friendly for the most part, but not a good experience overall due to the room and all of its issues.

A wonderful experience all around. The building is a work of art. The Keep restaurant was really delicious and the bar staff was awesome! The room was well adorned and in fantastic shape. The star projector in the room was a nice touch!

Difficult to circumnavigate the hotel, gaining entry from the parking garage is also excessively difficult. Beds feel like they’re made of plywood, very uncomfortable, left well before my checkout time as a result.

We arrive at 505. At 504, a cancellation waa sent to us. We asked whether empty rooms were available and they said yes but that they had "overbooked". I clarified that rooms were as yet unoccupied asking why we couldn\'t have one. The surly and condescending hotel manager had the gall to say " What if they arrive ? " i advised him that we had a confirmed reservation and were standing directly in front of him. I then for why our reservation was canceled when others had not yet arrived ? He indicated ours was selected for cancelation because we had booked through Expedia. He was pretentious, condescending, and dismissive. The facilities are beautiful but the attitude was completely beyond obnoxious. I dont tolerate this Paris. Please help me understand why I would tolerate this in Columbus ?

The hotel was very nice unfortunately after booking the room with expedia when i arrived at the hotel they charged me again for the room when i already paid thru expedia. I have now been waiting almost 2 weeks for my payment to be returned and have not gotten anything. I am at a loss as to how the agent did not see i already paid. Just a horrible experience that is still continuing.

Sommer at the front desk gave us excellent service. She was friendly and personable. She is an outstanding employee and made us feel at home and valuable to your establishment. She is the reason we will be staying again in the future. She is 10 plus stars in our book.

My stay was amazing because of the service. The lady at the front desk with light orange/red hair is a gem. Anything I needed she was there. I am very grateful for the service. If I was to improve one thing it would be the rate of overnight parking to make it slightly discounted for hotel guests. Otherwise everything was absolutely clean. Room was spacious and the hotel was very beautiful.

We were there for our daughters wedding and I have to say, the hotel staff was great! Dante at the front desk was most helpful. Housekeeping staff were also so friendly. My husband left his wallet in the room after checkout and they called him and when he retrieved it, everything was in it.

This was the second time my fiancée and i have stayed here and it was for our one year anniversary. I reached out a day prior to our stay and opted for the Valentine’s Day package which included them decorating the room with rose pedals and champagne. I was excited for this to surprise her and kick off our romantic weekend only to enter the room and find no decorations. Extremely disappointing. I mentioned it to the man at the front desk and he checked and said it was absolutely noted and they had dropped the ball. He sent champagne and wine to our room which was appreciated but it didn’t have the same effect. All in all the room was nice and the staff was kind but I’m still disappointed.

EXCEPTIONAL! My family had a top notch experience at Hotel LeVeque! We were pampered throughout our entire stay, with fantastic attention given to every interaction and detail. Even our child (under 6) was given special treatment with a custom coloring book and the sweetest little colored pencil set. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the valet parking; you won’t regret it. Super convenient, comfortable, safe, and incredibly special experience overall.

Located across from the historic statehouse, Cosi in view, 2 blocks from Nationwide. Near downtown Columbus and events. Made our trip to Columbus for a Nationwide concert cozy and convenient for a date night.

I could eventually sleep without earplugs, first time during my 2 weeks US trip. Very clean, reception very polite and most helpful: as a real hotel should be! It's also quite original in its decor and this is a bonus. I was not terribly satisfied by the breakfast, as I always prefer a buffet breakfast which is not what they offer; and cafes in and around the hotel already closed by 2pm sounded weird to me! But this does not detract that much to the hotel's outstanding quality. I loved my stay.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed. The French onion soup at The Keep was very good, as were their drinks. The staff at the front desk are professional and friendly. I atayed here in January and had the same experience. Would recommend.

Staff were great at front desk. Very friendly and informative as well as efficient. Room was nice and clean. hotel bar left a bit to be desired in service as they weren’t very attentive despite it almost being empty
