Super friendly staff…room was large and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay as it was perfectly located for easy dining and very walkable location. My only issue was the location was very hard to find — there is no outside signage indicating this hotel. Very frustrating to find, but once we did we had a very nice visit.

Only thing to be aware of is you may have to carry your luggage a block due to no cars being allowed in the area where the hotel is. But everything else more than made up for that minor inconvenience, especially since it means the area is quieter and less busy than the rest of Rome, which was a big plus. I would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rome.

We have a little boy so we are sure other guests were affected by our noise too! There are a number of stairs to get to the lift - this is not an issue for us on our own but difficult with the baby and pram. The lift is an old elevator which was slow. The service was good and friendly. Thank you for a nice stay.

Wonderful place! The individuals who work there, Leo and Bryan, were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked additional nights at this hotel. Highly recommend - especially from Shomer Shabbat travelers.
