Loved this place and would definitely stay again the next time we fly into Rome. The owners are super kind and so accommodating. The rooms have everything you need. If you have a car book ahead of time for a parking space. I didn’t realize you had to book ahead. We lucked out we found parking right in front. But don’t count on it.

This inn is simply lovely. If you are staying in Fiumicino, look no further for a great spot to stay. The hosts (all family) are warm, friendly and happy to provide input on places to eat, shop, etc. They provide shuttle service to the airport, even at early hours, eliminating the hassle of arranging a taxi or Uber. The airport is quite close. Our room was meticulously clean, spacious and very quiet. There is no lift in the building, so bear that in mind if you have limited mobility or tons of luggage. My only regret is that we had only 1 night to stay and didn't get to enjoy the breakfast provided daily. This is a very special inn, located about 15 minutes walking distance from a sandy beach. It simply doesn't get better!

We really loved the hotel! Finishes are beautiful, the room and ensuite bathroom were spacious, and everything worked well. The beds were very comfortable, there is in-room air conditioning you can control yourself, and the towels were luxurious. The bathroom has a mounted/adjustable magnifying mirror and hair dryer. If you take a cab from FCO, tell the people at the cab queue you are going to Fiumicino, some cabbies won't go there and only want to do rides into Rome. You do have to give the Inn advance notice if you need to arrange a shuttle to or from the Fiumicino Airport, they are very responsive to phone calls and email messages through the Hotels.com app. The wife and son speak very good English. Their shuttle is 28 euros each way, about 10 euros cheaper than a cab, and their very professional minivan seats 6 with bags no problem. It's a family-run Inn, not a full-time staffed hotel, so when they say they are only open 4-10pm, that's when they are working. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the airport. I found it to be much more economical and comfortable than staying at the properties connected to FCO. The Hilton would not accommodate a small family (3 together) for the one night we needed. Thanks so much to the Rome Airport Inn! We would stay there again.

Alessandro, Marco, and their son were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is huge and delicious! There are several restaurants with walking distance of the inn. Marco drives the shuttle, which is modern and clean. We have stayed with them several times and have recommended it to friends.

I stayed at the hotel before catching a flight the next morning from Rome airport. This is a small guest house, 6 rooms, and is very nicely maintained. I was able to park my rental car inside the building gates. The continental breakfast was very good, lots of different items, nicely served.

The hotel is a nice location close the the beach. Many restaurants in the beach walk. They offered nice breakfast for $10 euros per person. They also have nice shuttle service to the airport $25 euro, cheaper than the local taxis. We had a weird smell in the room and we got move to another room the next day.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the Rome airport you should highly consider this. The owner and his daughter are the nicest people you could find and are so willing to help with everything you could ever need. The rooms were nice and clean and the room has a balcony. 5 minutes from the airport by cab or Uber.

Our family stayed at Rome Airport Inn for our final night in Rome to be close to the airport, and it was a great choice. After a long travel day—coming from Milan and taking three trains—we were grateful to arrive at such a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully designed, and everything was impeccably maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony before taking the convenient airport shuttle the next morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near FCO.

From the time we arrived, Marco the owner, took great care of us personally checking us in and assisting up tho the rooms. The room was IMMACULATE AND CLEAN. I have OCD and was amazed how spotless the place is. It truly makes a different from a hotel to a family owned inn. They take great care and pride of their unit and shows throughout. And the breakfast...FANTASTICO. That truly was the best breakfast throughout my entire stay in Italy for just 10 euros..it was too much in fact. I felt guilty not finishing the entire breakfast. And our server, she was super kind and attentive to our needs. Lastly, Marco provides airport transportation (extra charge but still cheaper than Uber/taxi). That was the main reason we chose this place also. The taxi had a national taxi strike that day we left and we needed to be super close to the airport that provides airport transportation. OVERALL, EXCELLENT AND LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK HERE!

A great little family run inn, near the airport. The family running it is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and just as pictured. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty nice, just a short walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants around, including a great gelato place right around the corner. Overall it was one of the least touristy neighborhoods I saw in Italy. It's very convenient to the airport. I thought the price was a bit high, but I assume this is because lots of other people also wanted to sleep near the airport before an early morning flight. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend the Rome Airport Inn. It's a family owed business, and they treat you like royalty. It's a beautiful facility, walking distance to the beach, and they serve a great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rome Airport Inn. We stayed here the night before our flight home from Rome. The hotel was clean, quiet, updated and had comfortable beds. The host Marco was super nice. He took us to the airport in the shuttle in the morning and that was helpful. The hotel was close to the airport and only a 10 minute ride. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I needed a room before a flight from Rome and the hotels closer to the airport were booked so I booked here. Very pleasantly surprised, based on the drive in. It looks like the hotel has undergone a recent redo and the rooms, while small, were very nice. Best find was a little hole-in-wall restaurant called l’Orto Stiloso, about 100 meters from the hotel. Don’t be put off by the short walk to the restaurant. There are tables outside but it´s much better inside. Great food, great prices and the woman who waited on us was a dream.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating from check in through check out. We highly recommend getting the breakfast. The preparation and attention to detail was perfect! My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will definitely book again!

We loved this hotel. The hosts were wonderful. The building has been newly renovated and is sparkling clean. The room was a decent size, with a full-size and twin bed. Perfect for a family! The beds were comfortable (also rare). Electrical outlets (typically inaccessible in Italian hotels) were conveniently located for charging laptops and phones. The room also had a balcony, a refrigerator, a safe, and lockable closets. We enjoyed room service -- two glasses of prosecco, with chips. The host shuttled us to the airport (25E) exactly on-time, and helped with our luggage. Unfortunately, our flights back to the US were early so we missed breakfast. This was by far the cleanest, quietest, most modern, most comfortable, and most welcoming hotel during our 10-day and 5-hotel visit to Italy. Thank you for a great stay!

The people that work there are great. Unfortunately we needed a quick place to stay before leaving for the airport, but the walls are paper thin and we could here everything from the unit next to us.

We chose this property because it is close to Fiumicino Airport. We did not realize, however, that it is difficult to get a taxi at the airport to go such a short distance. We should have arranged a time for the hotel's shuttle to pick us up, as we did when we were leaving. Important information--this is a small inn, so it is not open every hour of the day. It is possible to check in after 4:30 in the afternoon until 10pm. I wrote to the manager to arrange for a check-in at 2:00pm and received a reply that we could do that, but the manager forgot my message. It's a nice hotel with a very good breakfast that is served starting at 7:00am. Keep that time in mind, too, if breakfast at a hotel is important to you.

What a great place! Impeccably clean and comfortable, but the best part was the friendly and helpful service. The family running the inn came to pick us up at the airport on short notice, prepared a delicious breakfast, helped us plan a great exercise route. Clean, comfortable and really great service services extended!! Breakfast prepared was spectacular and served early so we could make our 9:15am flight. Gave us great recommendations for dinner options. Provided shuttle services to and from airport. Couldn’t be more pleased with this stay!! Looking forward to my return visit when returning for my flight home.

Proprietors live on site and were very warm and welcoming people. They were very caring and we felt like guests at a BNB, more than a motel. They provided transfers from airport to hotel and back to airport even after we checked out, accommodating us by keeping a safe watch on our luggage for the day, until we had to go.

I cannot say enough good things about the Rome Airport Inn. Allessandra and Marco are both delightful. They make you feel like family. They are so attentive to your needs and making sure you have the stay you want and need. We are grateful for their understanding when our transportation got us there later than expected. They helped us figure out what time we needed to leave for the airport. Without Alessandra's advice, we would have left later and likely missed our flight. Wonderful recommendation for dinner. Nice hotel, close to the airport. Very nice people. That said, before booking here, you have to know that the staffing is very limited. They are around in the morning until 1:30 and again back after 4:30 till about 10. I want to appreciate that Alex was kind enough to wait for me to arrive at 2pm, but this is not their usual practice. You basically can't arrive to even drop bags between 1:30 and 4:30 (unless you make special arrangements. And, then, if something happens during the night when you might need help, there's no one to answer the phone. So, consider this before booking here.

They went the extra mile. I had some difficulty finding their Hotel Shuttle, they patiently talked me through the directions as I walked to the correct location. I'm also traveling with far more luggage than I usually do because of multiple business engagements in several locations. They went out of their way to help me store the luggage and when they returned me to the airport found a luggage cart for me. I'll certainly return to their property on future trips.

We had to cancel one of two nights. Expedia policy implied there would be no penalty but there was. Management did some very nice things to make up for the misunderstanding.

This property was so clean, it was a pleasure to stay there. A wonderful family owns and manages the hotel and they could not be more helpful. I had a slightly injury that required minor medical attention. The hotel owner literally walked me the a pharmacy and explained the problem to the pharmacist… apparently in Italy pharmacists can diagnose and prescribe. The Hotel provides a shuttle to the airport at a fee of 20€, much cheaper than a cab for one. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach so that was very nice and would be great if traveling with children. A breakfast was available at additional fee. It combined the normal Italian/European options as well as eggs cooked to order.

So comfortable, convenient and far exceeds staying at an airport hotel. After 2 weeks exploring Italy, we were able to enjoy one last beach sunset and lovely dinner in this cute fishing village the night before our flight. The shuttle was super easy and convenient.

I wish I knew that they didn’t have any trains stations or buses that go into this town so you definitely have to pay for the shuttle to the airport or pay a taxi but the hotel is super cute and the staff are super friendly.

Our hosts were a working couple who have owned and operated the hotel for 9 years. They perform many of the tasks themselves and take great pride in their work. It was a pleasure staying with them. Wow, just wow I was all I can say about this hotel. We arrived early but we’re still able to check in and get a beautiful room that was immaculately clean the floors sparkled ! It felt home the minute we walked through the door, great touches with great snacks and water in the fridge, also slippers to wear in the room if you would like, and they provide a great toiletries as well. A small kitchenette if you needed to cook but the owner gave us great restaurant recommendations. We opted for the breakfast in the morning for €10 and my god, what a breakfast it was! We were greeted the next morning with a beautifully set table with wonderful food and a beautiful cook that provided us with excellent scrambled eggs and bacon. It’s probably one of the best breakfasts I had the entire trip I can’t say enough about this hotel, it is absolutely amazing experience. The owners are amazing, they make you feel so welcome and so accommodating I’ve never had this experience at any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at including five star hotel accommodations. we also opted for the hotel shuttle to the airport which again was unbelievably great. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I was staying in Fiumicino again, thank you for a great stay! We will go back again that’s for sure !!

The hotel is a nice location close the the beach. Many restaurants in the beach walk. They offered nice breakfast for $10 euros per person. They also have nice shuttle service to the airport $25 euro, cheaper than the local taxis. We had a weird smell in the room and we got move to another room the next day.

The staff were excellent. For 10 Euros we had one of the best breakfast ever. They have a shuttle to Rome airport for only 25 Euros. Couldn’t have been happier with this place. GET THE BREAKFAST!!! You can’t go wrong here.

This is a cute 8 room boutique hotel that is so cute. The Inn Keepers (husband & wife) are precious. So kind and accommodating. It's super close to the airport and the husband was happy to take me at 5am for not charge.
