Nothing bad to say about this hotel. It is conveniently located near Ginza and 30 min walk from Tokyo station. The room was spacious and most importantly, the ac was blowing cold keeping our room cool with 30c+ outside. I will be seriously considering this hotel on my next Tokyo trip.

Super close from Tsukiji station. Very convenient for walking around and for shopping. It only takes 5 mins walk to the Main Street of Ginza. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Good to have a cafe on 1st floor. If you want to go Haneda Airport just walk to Higashi Ginza station which only takes 3 mins walk. I will definitely go back again if the price is reasonable.

Todo estuvo bien, el cuarto estaba muy pequeño y en ocasiones se dificulta caminar dentro del cuarto si son dos personas. La cama estaba muy dura para mí gusto, pero hay personas que la prefieren de esa manera. La ubicación está excelente, muy atento todo el personal, el servicio de lavandería es muy útil y tienen una máquina para cambio de divisas. En general muy buen hotel.

I love the location. Very close to multiple rail lines, even a straight to Narita Airport from a few blocks away. Tsukiji outer market is a block away. It lacked airport shuttle and hotel to hotel baggage forwarding.

The staff was incredible and accommodating. Unfortunately, our first night was troublesome as our initial room was considerably filthy: unvaccuumed floors, sticky brown stains all around the head board, noticeable dust and debris in the halls. But what was the worst of it, was when we discovered a sizeable blood stain on our comforter and the bed liner was filthy and soiled. Thankfully the manager was incredible and moved us to a fantastic room. But walking into a room in that condition after hours of travel and at night when we just want to rest, did not leave a great impression for the facility's cleanliness.

Rummet var enligt förväntan, litet som de flesta hotellrum i Tokyo. Hade allt man behövde, och vsr rent i och fräscht! Något smal säng för två personer, sov inte jättebra då de var ganska trångt. Så om man inte är ett par som reser, skulle jag inte boka detta rum då det blir för trångt att sova ihop med en vän t ex.

Good, well cleaned but very small room. Friendly staff but they weren’t all great at English. Since the room was so small it was hard to keep our bags and things in order. Would have been great with some hooks on the walls to hang things on.

Only stayed for one night for my last night in Tokyo before flying out the next day. Typical Tokyo hotel - the room is very small. But beautifully designed and laid out. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It is also very close (approx. 10min walk) from a station which has a train line directly to Narita airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Right across the street from the Fish Market and close to all the great shopping and restaurants that Ginza has to offer. We only stayed for a night. Rooms were clean, but they're small. Typical for Tokyo Hotel rooms. It was perfect for our one night in Tokyo, very central.

도쿄역, 긴자역, 츠키지시장, 에비스, 롯폰기 이동하는 동선이었는데 숙소 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 좋았지만 조식 서비스 포함이라고 안내받았는데 룸온리플랜이었다고 뒤늦게 말해주고..룸키도 갑자기 먹통이 된적있어서 조금 불편했던 거 빼고선 다 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할 의향이 충분히 있습니다.

츠키지시장과 긴자가 가까워서 교통이 편리하다. 여행객들이라면 군것질 많이 하실건데 그런면에서 츠키지시장이 가까워서 좋다. 또한, 휴대폰 충전기를 잃어버려서 당황했었는데 대처를 잘해주셨다. 조식을 3곳에서 골라먹을 수 있어서 좋다.

It's very close to Ginza and the fish market. Additionally, the hotel facility was so clean and good. It's okay, but the room was a little small. Although I didn't expect much in breakfast tickets, it was actually much better than I expected. If you didn't buy them in advance, you should buy one or two tickets in the reception. It may be a little bit difficult to find the Uogashi Shokudo food court.
