Great little hotel in the heart of the city! Rooms were very small as expected of Tokyo. Good amount of closet and counter space with space to put luggage under the bed. This is important because some hotels don’t even have one closet. Bathrooms are extremely small for a twin bedroom. So, if you’re tall, it will be tough. Great location and 10 seconds walk to a train station. Laundry is there but the dryer isn’t great; took a few cycles to get clothes dry. They said it depends on the clothes but we used machines in our Kyoto hotel and it dried very well in one extra cycle. Overall a great place to stay and have access to places around.

総合：かなり良 清潔感や必要なアメニティは申し分なし。 特に素晴らしいのは開放されている屋上テラスからの 眺め。隅田川、アサヒ本社、スカイツリーを絶好の位置 から夜風に吹かれつつ眺めることが出来る。 その屋上には飲料自販機とテーブルと椅子がいくつか 置いてあり、ちょっとした夜景観賞気分も味わえる。 今回泊まった部屋は間取りが狭く、ベッド枕元の すぐそばにユニットバスがあり、直線距離で 枕から便器まで１メートルくらいしかなかった… シャワーヘッドは今話題のミラブルZERO？のような 特殊な水流で体の毛穴まで洗えるような感覚がある。 朝食はないが、ドリンク１本・パン１個の無料 サービスがついており、学生やサラリーマンには 嬉しい。 また、雷門までも徒歩圏内にあり、道中に多くの 飲食店があり、外食には困らない。

Very convenient to get to Narita airport. You just walk a minute and there are lifts down to the station, and straight to the airport on the Asakusa line. The bigger rooms have enough space for luggage (not under bed storage). Tiny bathroom as most Japanese hotels at this price point. Staff were super nice. The tourist area is walking distance with plenty of shops and restaurants, including 24 hr Don Quijote and ramen spops. 7/11 is across the street for all your snacks. There is a microwave at reception. All in all a very convenient stay and we did not regret it. Thanks

Very close to train station elevator for luggage. Easy walk to major tourist spots in Asakusa. Rooms are very small, recommend a short stay. Great rooftop views of the skytree.

Hotel was clean and very well located. I have literally never seen such a small room in my life though! You had to crawl into bed since there was not even an inch to walk around it! Luckily we weren't in the room except to sleep so it was fine but if you want to be there at all, think twice. Laundry facilities were sparse and had to camp out in order to use a machine but rooftop was fantastic.

In terms of pros, Hotel Wing International Select Asakusa Komagata is in a great location - steps away from Nakamise Shopping Street/Asakusa Shrine and right beside the Asakusa Station A2b elevator exit, making transportation and moving with luggage convenient. In addition, the hotel can hold your luggage ahead of check-in time. We also received a drink and a piece of baked good for breakfast for free unexpectedly. Furthermore, the rooftop provides a view of Tokyo Skytree. Some caveats are the small room, the limited room cleaning provided, and a weird smell in the room. Although we knew when booking that the room would be small, we were not prepared for the limited space in the bathroom and lack of room for opening luggages. As for cleaning, we had to put our garbage outside the room and hang the used towels in a bag on the door. As long as you are prepared to just sleep in your room, this is a great choice.

Wonderful stay. Room is small but that's normal in Japan. The hotel was in a great location close to the train station. The rooftop view was so beautiful and each night we would enjoy sitting up there. In the morning we would have our breakfast which was provided with our stay. A pastry and a beverage was included each day. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Das Zimmer war für zwei Erwachsene auf jeden Fall sehr klein. Auf den Bildern wirkt es definitiv größer. Aber der Preis und die Lage (5 Minuten zum Sensoji) waren einfach unschlagbar gut. Es gab auch jeden Morgen ein kleines To Go Frühstück was wir nicht wussten, das war dann eine sehr nette Überraschung. Und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war das absolute Highlight!

日式雙床房的裝修陳舊，空間非常狹窄，一打開門基本上已是床架！房間污糟、多塵！床褥很硬，而且床單有多條頭髮！被子很薄不夠暖。 酒店要住夠3晚才有清潔，是不合理的做法，收取客人的住房費用，但卻沒有提供應該有的服務和清潔房間！退房後亦沒有寄存行李服務！十分不推薦入住這間酒店！👎👎👎👎

Clean bed & toilet, beds were comfortable, conveniently located few steps away from Asakusa Line which is direct train from Narita Airport. Also near the Ginza line which is one train station away from Shibuya, Ginza ans Ueno. It’s near so many great restaurants like Gyukatsu Asakusa, and near Sensoji Temple which is a very nice temple especially at Night. Also, the view from the rooftop so beautiful!

The staff were nice and helpful with any questions or requests. The building was easy to see and get to. Train stations right by it. Room was small and cozy, Japanese style futons were actually really comfy. The bathroom was pretty small, like a camper size. I'm 5'10" and skinny and it was pretty tight but manageable, so do with that what you will. I'd say if you're a man that is US size XL or bigger you'd have problems fitting in the bathroom. I would stay here again for sure.

小学生の息子と宿泊させて頂きました。 昨年も、周辺のホテルへ宿泊しましたが、今回は少し広めの部屋を探して決めましたが、結果、満足でした。14〜15平米で、トランクも余裕に広がる事ができました。 そして、部屋からの眺めが、最高でテンションMAXになりました。(昨年は、部屋が狭い上に窓を開けたら他の建物でした) 窓からの景色は非常に重要だと思いました。 部屋の絨毯も清潔でした。 残念だった点は、シャワーの水圧が弱かったこと。コーヒーが美味しくなかったこと。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりが、時間過ぎると有料だったこと。(昨年のホテルは無料でした) 従業員さんの、接客が、良くも悪くも普通で、心に残らなかったこと。カーテンが、遮光のもの一枚だけで、朝の太陽が眩し過ぎてカーテンを開けられなかったこと。レースのカーテンがあればいいのにと思った。 総合的には、とても心地のいい部屋で、過ごす事ができ、満足でした。 子供も、またこの部屋がいいと言っていました。素敵な部屋に宿泊させて頂き、本当にありがとうございました。 来年は、息子も6年生になるので、2人で来れるのも今年が最後かなぁと、思いながらの旅でしたが、もしまた行けたら、ウィングさんを利用させてもらいたいなと思っております。

Great area to stay in Tokyo. Hotel room was tiny with the smallest bathroom possible but I guess this is the norm in the budget hotels in Tokyo. But for something around $200 a day, this place was crammed. Service was good and they had microwave etc at the reception.

The room was nice and spacious and had a great view of the river. The location of the property is very close to Asakusa Station. When you exit the property, to the right is the elevator exit for Asakusa, which is very convienent if you need to go to Narita Airport.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating: they graciously allowed us to keep our luggage there for a while after we checked out. They also sold cardboard boxes, which was very useful for us as we needed it for additional luggage. Rooms are small but clean. The location is very good: less than one minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. Very convenient to go to Haneda Airport. Would consider again when I come to visit Japan again.

Very convenient to get to Narita airport. You just walk a minute and there are lifts down to the station, and straight to the airport on the Asakusa line. The bigger rooms have enough space for luggage (not under bed storage). Tiny bathroom as most Japanese hotels at this price point. Staff were super nice. The tourist area is walking distance with plenty of shops and restaurants, including 24 hr Don Quijote and ramen spops. 7/11 is across the street for all your snacks. Very small rooms. Shipped our luggage and was told to leave it at the front desk by 9 am for it to be delivered the next day. When we checked out at 11 it was still sitting in the lobby and was not delivered until two days after. Other than that decent hotel for a decent price

I politely approached the front desk and explained that I am extending my stay that day until 1pm. He said “NO”. I tried to explain to him that I had spoken to a lady the night before and she told me I could and that I agreed to pay and that my transportation from the hotel to the airport will not be available until 1pm. He proceeded to say NO NO NO and pointed to his badge and said I’M MANAGER. I didn’t argue anymore. I took my THREE CHILDREN and our four big luggages out of that hotel and proceeded to walk in the rain. We found a nearby Starbucks and waited there for my friend to arrive. My children and I were wet because of the heavy rain.

The staff are friendly and really helpful. They also spoke English. The rooftop area was one of the best features of this hotel. You get a direct view of the sky tree. It’s worth visiting during the day and at night. The location of the hotel was perfect - right next to the lifts that take you down to the metro station which has direct connections to Narita airport.

Overall this is a good place to stay. The location is convenient, there is a lovely rooftop terrace and the rooms, although small are fine. The problem is the checkout experience. We arrived early on the day we checked in and the room was not ready however the staff stored our luggage until check in time. When it was time to check out, we left to checkout at 7:30 am as we were going on a tour. We brought our luggage down and were told that they could only store it until 11 am ( checkout time). They gave me a tag to take the luggage somewhere else 300 metres away. I told them we were going on a tour and I did not have time to do that - but could return at 12 noon. There was no flexibility at all. They insisted I come back by 11. If this is the policy, they should make it clear to guests that they will not store luggage after checkout time ( which is very unusual for a hotel). We had to leave the tour early to come back for the luggage. On top of that, the tag is to take it to an expensive storage place which I discovered after. There are many lockers closer and cheaper, so taking it to the place they suggest is just poor advice. Other than the checkout experience, which really made our last day a less than pleasant experience, we were pleased with the stay.

Wonderful stay. Room is small but that's normal in Japan. The hotel was in a great location close to the train station. The rooftop view was so beautiful and each night we would enjoy sitting up there. In the morning we would have our breakfast which was provided with our stay. A pastry and a beverage was included each day. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s next to an elevator from Asakusa station which makes it easy to get luggage from the station to the hotel and to do day trips to other parts of Japan due to how close it is to Ueno station. The hotel is small but thats not unexpected for Tokyo. Also near the Ginza line which is one train station away from Shibuya, Ginza ans Ueno. Only stayed here one night before heading to Kyoto. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a great selection of toiletries in the lobby along with a free drink and bun in the morning. Good area and very convenient to explore the nearby temple. The room and bathroom were tiny! This wasn’t really an issue for us but not sure I’d want to stay more than one night as it really was cramped and the shower was also very, very small. If you’re travelling alone it might be ok but not if you have a normal-sized suitcase. I would recommend this hotel for the location and price but just be warned that the rooms really are tiny!

In terms of pros, Hotel Wing International Select Asakusa Komagata is in a great location - steps away from Nakamise Shopping Street/Asakusa Shrine and right beside the Asakusa Station A2b elevator exit, making transportation and moving with luggage convenient. In addition, the hotel can hold your luggage ahead of check-in time. We also received a drink and a piece of baked good for breakfast for free unexpectedly. Furthermore, the rooftop provides a view of Tokyo Skytree. Some caveats are the small room, the limited room cleaning provided, and a weird smell in the room. Although we knew when booking that the room would be small, we were not prepared for the limited space in the bathroom and lack of room for opening luggages. As for cleaning, we had to put our garbage outside the room and hang the used towels in a bag on the door. As long as you are prepared to just sleep in your room, this is a great choice.

Wonderful stay. Room is small but that's normal in Japan. The hotel was in a great location close to the train station. The rooftop view was so beautiful and each night we would enjoy sitting up there. In the morning we would have our breakfast which was provided with our stay. A pastry and a beverage was included each day. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Das Zimmer war für zwei Erwachsene auf jeden Fall sehr klein. Auf den Bildern wirkt es definitiv größer. Aber der Preis und die Lage (5 Minuten zum Sensoji) waren einfach unschlagbar gut. Es gab auch jeden Morgen ein kleines To Go Frühstück was wir nicht wussten, das war dann eine sehr nette Überraschung. Und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war das absolute Highlight!
