My stay was perfect. I have add a great family assistant Juan who was assisting me on the à la carte dinner etc. the food and fool was great. The kids loved the water park. The room service 10/10. Overall everything was perfect. We will rebook again 🥰🥰❤️❤️

There were only a few positive things about our experience. One of them was the online check-in, which made the arrival process very easy and convenient. We also arrived before the official check-in time, and the hotel allowed us to access our room immediately at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. The Italian restaurant was excellent—the food and service were both outstanding. We also had dinner at the Gourmet restaurant, where both the food and the service, especially from Luis, were excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Mexican restaurant. While the food was good, the service was extremely slow. We waited a very long time just to be served and to receive our meals, which made the experience very disappointing. We also had dinner at the restaurant with the evening show. The food was disappointing—a basic hamburger that was no better than what I could have had at the buffet. As for the show, it was nothing special in my opinion. Another major disappointment was the customer service. Most of the staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have stayed at other resorts before, and the difference in the level of hospitality is significant. The customer service here was far below my expectatios. The pools were notice dirty, which was also disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms was another issue very poor. I cannot recommend this hotel unless these issues are not important to you. Personally, I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel explore legend fantasia where we stayed has 2 good pools. One for kids was big and adults was good. Buffet had very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurants were good also. Steakhouse, Tequila, Greek house were fantastic. The hotel did not have elevators which was big let down. Good hotel for families and includes access to other sections of large hotel complex next door.
