Very upbeat & welcoming atmosphere from the moment you pull up. Everything feels spacious, maybe not elevator but lol. Room felt huge! Bathroom was clean & big as well. I enjoyed this stay for sure. Played pool as late as I wanted & knew I wasn't disturbing others. Sat out back by the pool at night & felt safe. Nice selection of snacks in lobby. Staff was always helpful & friendly. Thanx aloft

Great hotel to stay in. Lobby has awesome board games for entertainment along with a pool table. Outside oool was great too. Room super comfortable and roomy . Would stay here again

Big rooms, cool lobby, nice front desk staff. But probably 15 minutes from the airport and no shuttle bus. They say they will get you an Uber - but not before 6 am. If you have an early flight like we did, you have to find your own way from this “airport hotel” to the actual airport.

The stay at Aloft was nice as always. The room is spacious, modern and clean. That goes for the entire property. The toilet, however, was clogged this time around. Other than that we would have given the room an excellent review. Fitness room was nice as always for a quick workout and breakfast was also nice. Only other minor disappointment was that days in advanced we inquired about the complimentary uber transportation from the airport. The hotel indicated that a link would be sent prior to our arrival for this service. However, this link was not sent as expected.

The hotel advertises a shuttle service. That is not true. They call an Uber service for you but not prior to 6AM so if you have an early flight, you are on your own. This was disappointing to find out at 5AM after being assured the night before that transportation to the airport at 5AM would be provided.

Loved the high ceilings. I was concerned about the airport noise, but it VERY minimal and the room was very quiet. The only sound that was annoying were the doors in the hall slamming shut. Big room, big bathroom. Nice lobby area, nice staff. The only thing that bothered me was that the area where the coffee maker was situated in the room was really dark, to the point that I needed my iphone light to see what i was doing. And parking was $12 a night. Not terrible, but I wish it was listed to see easily up front. I had to dig into the reviews to see what the charge was. Otherwise it was convenient to the airport, and really nice inside.

Hotel was great. We were bummed that the pool closed so early so we didn’t have a chance to use it. The room was very spacious and beds were comfy. Airport Uber in the morning was helpful.

Pros: Staff was amazing! Cleaning staff amazing! Cons: The outside could use a power wash to brighten the place up. The doors of the rooms are water damaged. The showers had soap scum all over the tile walls and floors. Also the room smelled like mildew. All things for the cooperate people to fix. The staff was amazing !

This hotel is not too far from the airport and it’s near a number of places to eat within walking distance. However the cleanliness of the hotel is not the best. We’ve stayed here 2 separate occasions and both times the room had pet odors. Which I am assuming is from the carpets. Also the most recent stay there was trash left on the night stand a half empty water bottle and the disposable was used and left out. The iron was also sitting on the nightstand. I’ll never stay here again.

My sheets were itchy, dirty and just burned through the dryer. The bathroom in my room had hairs all around. The review is based on how dirty and how I did not see much staff around the hotel. The area around the hotel is fine and its close to the airport.

The customer service since we arrive was very bad but just with one guy with glasses in the front desk. The cleaning was sincerely terrible for me. I was there with my family 7 days and they just cleaned the toilet and sink but never the shower and obviously it created mold. They tried to charge me 2 times the payment but thanks to my bank, they alert me about the charges. We always use Aloft around USA but Aloft Miami Airport was TERRIBLE. All the ladies and guy in the front desk were very kind. Not the guy with glasses he was very rude. Also you need to know they charge a deposit of $500 per room and when I checked our room, it has hair, stains in the mattress and the carpets were dirty too, I have pictures. They change our room after show how was it.

Great staff and convenient location. Only problem was the internet kept going out!! My work flow was constantly being interrupted, and my TV kept on buffering when I tried to watch it. I really expected better from this brand in this regard. The staff didn’t know how to fix the issue, which I didn’t expect for them to know how. That was a bummer :(.

I really liked this property, staff was extremely accommodating, the only thing that I did not enjoy was that late at night if someone was in the hall way I could perfectly hear their conversation. As a light sleeper, it was very hard to sleep comfortably because I felt like the walls were so paper thin that I could hear every breath and foot step. Regardless, my experience made up for it because everyone was so nice and the property was well kept. the thinness of their walls is not something they can control necessarily but a good thing to mention to light sleepers as myself

Could not get through to front desk to get transport from airport, why i booked in the first place...the aircondition was not working all night and staff was unable to assist. Was a very uncomfortable night. Would really like a full refund and would NOT recommend.

This is my go-to place whenever I stay in Miami. It has a great vibe and outstanding service. I accidentally left my glasses at the hotel, and I’m especially grateful to Isabel, the hotel manager, for finding them and arranging to have them sent back to me. Her helpfulness and attention to detail truly stood out. Experiences like this make me look forward to returning every time. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami!

The location is good for stop overs, however I was meet with a very unhelpful front desk agent that assigned a room that the door could not open, I had another issue in the new room assigned and she would not answer the phone despite numerous calls at numerous times. The ladies in the cafe are amazing and polite, but expect curt treatment at the front desk. I was overcharged on my final bill which was a hotel error and I was told by the Manager

Very unsatisfied with the promised Uber ride from the airport to the hotel. Called several times just to have the phone ring and ring and then send me back to the switch board. After calling back 5 times finally someone answered. he told me to call back once I had my luggage and was outside waiting. Again, I had to call back 6 plus times before someone answered. When he answered he said they we having problems with Uber and that I needed to call back. When I asked him if he could call me back once they have the Uber issue worked out he said no he was too busy. I ended up having to pay for my own Uber ($26) to get to the hotel. Very unprofessional.

I got into from my travels a little after 2am - I was told I could not be checked in as they has started night Audit and they did not manually check me in . We had to sit in the lobby for over an hour at that hour of the morning after being tired and wanting sleep Further when wanting to use the lobby restroom, both the male and female bathroom was dirty and smelled, tissue all over the floor, I had to wait until I got to the room to use the bathroom

I liked the decor and the interior design of the hotel. The location however was a bit inconvenient and didn’t have any shops (mini markets) but it was a short stop over so it was okay. Gas stations were local so there was that. Few good fast food places on the roads / able to order food, I would recommend it.

The property was really clean, the room were nice and clean, ALOT of food options nearby LITERALLY, the breakfast in the hotel was awsome,the staff were all so welcoming and the lady in the kitchen is the most adorable person ive ever met. We enjoyed the pool table in the lobby and the pool was relaxing… My new favorite spot in miami
