This is a semi automated hotel. Check in and out via machine and every additional hour is 1100yen. Small but new and clean and under the railway station but no noise at all.

Location is super convenient, 0 min walk to the Keikyu Shinbamba station, and 5 min walk to the shopping street with loads of shops and restaurants. It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes. Room has strong A/C so it’s a breeze in hot summer. Self check-in and check-out machine is easy to use and has English options. Overall it’s an extremely solid place to stay in Tokyo and I would definitely comeback once I visit Tokyo again.

The room size was better than hotels in Osaka and Shinjuku for a similar rate I liked the hot water and coffee machine. Would have been nice to get two bottle waters per each night of stay.

Location is fab if you have an early flight from Haneda airport or you’re coming in on the Shinkansen late and you don’t want to drag yourself across town (both applied to us), right next to the station. Lovely shrine across the road as a bonus. The hotel staff were lovely. Trains were no problem as they stop during the night. Bathroom was a little bit tired but the shower was great so no problem really. Bed was comfortable everything you needed was available.
Location is fab if you have an early flight from Haneda airport or you’re coming in on the Shinkansen late and you don’t want to drag yourself across town (both applied to us), right next to the station. Lovely shrine across the road as a bonus. The hotel staff were lovely. Trains were no problem as they stop during the night. 普通電車しか止まらない駅だけど、駅から濡れずにホテルに入れるし、頑張れば歩いて品川駅にも行ける距離で、私にとってはとても良かったです。新馬場の町自体が静かで落ち着きがあり、好きになりました。夜中に外で酔っ払いさんが騒ぐ声などしない(^^) お部屋は良く考えられていると思います。机に座ったら椅子も引けないほど狭い部屋のホテルはよくありますが、ここは大きなベッドがあってもゆったりスペースが取られてるし、お風呂も広めです。電気スタンドが初めから置いてあるのが嬉しかったです。そうそう机も広め、本を2つ広げても余裕があるのでしっかり勉強できました。東京のお手頃系ホテルでこのゆったりスペースはなかなか無いのでは？！1階でアメニティを好きなだけ戴いてもいいのが便利です。 接客は、美人のフロントのお姉さんの笑顔と丁寧な思いやりのある話し方が素敵でした。 総じてとっても快適だったので、次に東京に来る時もここが良いな〜と思いながら帰路につきました。

The photos of this hotel are a bit off-putting - an entrance directly beneath an overhead railway. However, this is deceptive - the door leads to a fairly long hall way and the hotel itself is well set back from the railway. I wasn't troubled by any noise from trains at all - although my room was on the opposite side of the hotel to the railway. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location - convenient for transport obviously, so even although it is a little bit out of town, easy enough to get on to the train and metro network. And the neighbourhood is fantastic - lots of lovely little authentic local restaurants, although not many have English language menus. As for the total itself - a typical clean compact and efficiently run Japanese hotel. The price of the room includes a voucher for a fairly simple breakfast in the adjacent cafe.

とにかく駅が近いし、どこに行くのにも、交通の便がいい。コンビニや商店街も近いので、ちょっとした買い物や食事も近場で済ませられて、便利です。 あとは、個人的な難点ですが、テレビのボリュームを、いっぱいまで上げても、音が小さいです。 聞きづらかった。

The hotel is located under the train tracks but you will not hear a sound in your room. I like this hotel because it is very convenient, it is just a min walk out of the train station. The area is also quiet, convenience stores are just around the corner. I will def stay there again.

品川近辺のホテルでGWも迫った時期に探して見つかったホテルでした。 品川駅黒から二駅でしたが、駅の目の前だったのでとても便利でした。 朝はドトールでのモーニングでした。何時からオープンしているかフロントの方に聞いたら、6時半と言われ、6時半にお店に行ったらオープンしておらず。ネットで確認したら7時でした。また部屋に戻り再度7時に行きました。日祝は7時オープンだそうなので、そこはきちんと教えて頂きたかったです。 それ以外は満点です。

The front desk staff were not so courteous. They forgot to return my credit card, but when I went to get it they didn’t even apologize. The break fast was very poor. The bathroom is old and stained. Never again.

Location is fab if you have an early flight from Haneda airport or you’re coming in on the Shinkansen late and you don’t want to drag yourself across town (both applied to us), right next to the station. Lovely shrine across the road as a bonus. The hotel staff were lovely. Trains were no problem as they stop during the night. Bathroom was a little bit tired but the shower was great so no problem really. Bed was comfortable everything you needed was available.

The photos of this hotel are a bit off-putting - an entrance directly beneath an overhead railway. However, this is deceptive - the door leads to a fairly long hall way and the hotel itself is well set back from the railway. I wasn't troubled by any noise from trains at all - although my room was on the opposite side of the hotel to the railway. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location - convenient for transport obviously, so even although it is a little bit out of town, easy enough to get on to the train and metro network. And the neighbourhood is fantastic - lots of lovely little authentic local restaurants, although not many have English language menus. As for the total itself - a typical clean compact and efficiently run Japanese hotel. The price of the room includes a voucher for a fairly simple breakfast in the adjacent cafe.

일단 지하철역 코앞인게 너무 좋습니다. 버스도 은근히 많아서 교통이 정말 편리했어요. 호텔 주변은 조용하고, 딱히 별건 없지만, 오히려 그런 점이 참 마음에 들었던 동네입니다.

Location is super convenient, 0 min walk to the Keikyu Shinbamba station, and 5 min walk to the shopping street with loads of shops and restaurants. It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes. Room has strong A/C so it’s a breeze in hot summer. Self check-in and check-out machine is easy to use and has English options. Overall it’s an extremely solid place to stay in Tokyo and I would definitely comeback once I visit Tokyo again.

品川近辺のホテルでGWも迫った時期に探して見つかったホテルでした。 品川駅黒から二駅でしたが、駅の目の前だったのでとても便利でした。 朝はドトールでのモーニングでした。何時からオープンしているかフロントの方に聞いたら、6時半と言われ、6時半にお店に行ったらオープンしておらず。ネットで確認したら7時でした。また部屋に戻り再度7時に行きました。日祝は7時オープンだそうなので、そこはきちんと教えて頂きたかったです。 それ以外は満点です。
