The hotel is very comfortable, well located and has a nice vibe. Some great eco initiatives which was really great to see - and something in it for the guest aswell!! The location was ideal, just at the edge of old Lille, and so you could easily pop back to the hotel between outings. Breakfast was really good - but the service at breakfast was a bit disorganised - there was enough staff but it seemed to be doing everything at the same time and the service needed some focus. There is a small courtyard which was perfect for a late afternoon drink in sun or shade. Parking in the Opera carpark just next door (underground) was great.

Really nice and well situated hotel in the heart of Lille. Public car park underground ,Opera , is metres away. Choice of 2 restaurants in the hotel. Nice staff , helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Despite the road works in Lille centre the car park Opera was easy to locate and handle, less than 100 metres from the hotel entrance with no roads to cross. Room was nice breakfast lots of choice and tasty. Hotel short walk from main squares on the edge of Old Lille.

This is a lovely hotel, right in the centre of the city. The rooms seemed a little small, but for the price, more than fair. The staff are really fantastic and the bar and restaurant were great too.

Perfect location: just two minutes from Vieux-Lille, and in walking distance of the Eurostar, all key areas/attractions and numerous cafes/restaurants. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The room could possibly do with a little freshening up in some small areas, however, it was spacious, clean, comfortable, with all amenities and had a very good bed. The courtyard provides a welcome outside seating option. There were also some nice additional touches throughout my stay.

Séjour de deux nuits dans cet établissement. chambre très spacieuse et lit super grand et bien confortable. Nous avons ete super bien accueillis a la brasserie Ma Reine. Excellente nourriture et service. Une seule petite remarque et un point à améliorer, l’odeur de canalisations est très désagréable parfois, l’aération de la salle de bain et des toilettes n’était vraiment pas optimales. Pensez aussi à nettoyer les encadrures des fenêtres car toiles d’arraignees presentes. sinon je recommande quand même et nous y reviendrons. Félicitations au designer de l’hôtel, la déco est un pur enchantement et invitation a l’exotisme et au voyage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt: große Zimmer, große offene Dusche, sehr bequemes Bett, Minibar inklusive, alles absolut sauber. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit sehr hochwertigen Produkten und aufmerksamem Serviceteam. Generell sehr freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Neben dem Hotel ist praktischerweise ein Parkhaus. Bis zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Von uns gibt es 10 von 10 Punkten.

Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin. Didn’t clean the cups, restock tea and coffee or just give it a general tidy so that was a little disappointing but otherwise I cannot fault it.

Stayed for 1 night in August 24. Enjoyed it so much went back for 3 nights this time. Lovely comfortable king size bed. Great shower. Fridge has 3 complimentary bottles in it and 2 snacks. We had robes and slippers last year, we didn’t this year. Coffee wasn’t replenished every day do had to ask at reception, I didn’t like the canal plus tv. Couldn’t find any regular English channels. Great location. 10 minute walk to Lille Europe and the same to Flandres station. Went to Bruges for the day via Flandres and the station staff were great helping us buy tickets. Travelled via Eurostar snap ticket.

Great hotel with stylish design and welcoming staff! I really enjoyed my stay—everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the hotel had a very chic and modern vibe. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impressively quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable! A couple of things could be improved: the shower door was quite small, which caused water to splash out and soak the bathroom floor—definitely a bit annoying. Also, the large rainfall shower head looked great but didn’t have much water pressure. Lastly, I was surprised to find only one bath towel provided. Overall, though, a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely consider returning!

We stayed 2 nights on a trip through France and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were excellent. It’s an easy walk from the rail station as well as into the central areas if Lille. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay with 5 star Service. Love the attention upon Arrival. We didn’t have dinner and Clemence offered us some amazing options to have something to eat in room service. Little treats in the room that are delicious. Love the dark chocolate. We are returning customers and will always come back to this hotel which we rarely do ( coming back to one hotel )

Très bel hôtel. L’équipe de la réception, du petit restaurant et du petit-déjeuner est vraiment au top. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes pour leur écoute et leur patience face à mes demandes très particulières. Même constat du côté du restaurant “Le Reine”, avec une équipe très agréable et de délicieux petits plats. Je recommande sans hésiter. En revanche, grosse déception concernant la centrale de réservation : aucune écoute, aucune solution proposée. J’avais fait une erreur dans ma réservation et ils ont refusé catégoriquement toute modification, me proposant seulement d’annuler sans aucun remboursement… Inutile donc de leur demander quoi que ce soit. L’équipe de la réception a malheureusement dû gérer mon mécontentement, mais ils ont été formidables. Bravo en particulier à Nicolas (stagiaire), qui a su gérer la situation avec professionnalisme et a été adorable malgré ma mauvaise humeur. Stage validé avec mention :-)

Good hotel in great location near old Lille and main railway station. Room was large with great shower. Nice offer to “green me up” which gave two free drink tokens if you didn’t need your room cleaning. Unfortunately there were extensive roadworks outside the hotel during our stay in September 2023 which were noisy together with the school next door. Fortunately it was quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and gave great advice and map on check in. Breakfast was great with large choice of healthy food, but a bit expensive. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, lovely executive room with deep bath. Fridge TV and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was quite limited with a tasty selection of bread and cheeses but the hot food options were not very nice. We would stay there again if travelling to Lille.

Lovely large room, great bath, helpful staff, lift area a little tired looking Great location, we walked from the station. 10 minutes, great for shopping in Lille Breakfast was good, buffet style everything you need, tea was terrible though so if you are English take some tea bags!

Un hôtel moderne avec 2 restaurants (ma reine testé et approuvé) et de succulentes pâtisseries ! Chambre très confortable avec une attention particulière pour l écologie (savons solides) un peu surprenant mais finalement on s y habitue vite et tout aussi agréable que de savons et shampoings liquides… un minibar bien rempli compris dans le prix de la nuitee/ cafetière/ safe . Une politique eco responsable qui bénéficie à tous ! Malgré une déconvenue lors du petit déjeuner l équipe a été très réactive et professionnelle ce qui a été très apprécié ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement
