Costa Hollywood exceeded my expectations. Room was spacious, with a nice view and modern features. The rooftop pool and lounge area were awesome. Easy walk to shops and the beach. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.

Everything was very good only downside to say is the elevator on our side of the building wasn’t working and we had to walk long way just to get to our other family members rooms and the lobby and pool etc

Overall staff is friendly and accommodating. However Manager named Mary at valet was not, wouldn’t accommodate 2 hours of parking after staying 5 nights and paying valet each night. A 1pm parking checkout is not convenient for travellers with evening flights. Read the fine print, parking is expensive, only option is valet parking, $45/night. Rooms were clean with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, small kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee/espresso maker perfect for storing food, snacks, drinks, etc. kitchen Utensils also available. Aside from parking, good value for money.

Took a short stay-cation and stayed at the Costa for 3 nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The property is in a great location with proximity to multiple great restaurants. The gym was clean and had great equipment. The roof bar and pool were great and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The only negative in my opinion is the price for daily parking. That could be way lower.

A wonderful hotel right at the beach. Very clean. Helpful staff. Very spacious rooms. Only negative is needing to pay 44.00 per day for valet parking because it’s very hard to find street parking there. No self parking option

I booked/paid for a king with patio water view. What I received was a room in deplorable condition. “S-605” Bathroom sink was stopped up. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Trash on the balcony. The condition of the room should have been OFF LINE. Curtains was filthy. Sofa/bed was propped up. Not level. I reported it, moved to another room “ N405”Which was nice. However patio view was towards another building. No water in sight. Totally disappointed. My birthday weekend & traveled from out State. 2 staff members I encountered was super professional & nice “ Antonio & Joel”

Here’s the updated shorter review with your note included: ⸻ Review for Costa Hollywood Beach Resort The room was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, though the refrigerator didn’t cool as much as we would have liked. The rooftop pool was a highlight, but overall cleanliness and service need serious improvement. Room service never showed up, and common areas were poorly maintained — we even found dog feces by the elevator and slippery sand and water at the North Tower entrance. Valet should really be included in the price, at least for one car. With better upkeep and service, this resort could be much better.

This is a fabulous hotel and will be staying here again! Steps to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of dining options. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming. Irina at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Happy Hour at the rooftop bar was great and food was good!! The cleaning staff are constantly cleaning …and you can tell by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. This hotel is a must stay in FLL.

It is a very mixed bag for this trip A) you have to walk up a flight of stairs to check in. They have this luggage elevator & it was broken when we first arrived which meant carrying 3, 50-50lb bags up a flight of 15 steps. They really need a ramp. My family could navigate, but what abou B) to get towels for the beach & pool- you have to go to a towel pickup. OK, can deal. Therr is a 4 towel limit for 3 people. I feel like that is really cheap. C- room is 2 bdr king suite- last time I had the same thing- it had 2 bathroom. This only has 1 bath with a limited view. That is fine, but then advertise it & upsell. One of the reasons I got the King suite was for the 2 baths. I’d be willing to pay for it; but please have the same accommodations for the same room. D) little mini market on-site is closed. Not a deal-breaker, but not convenient. E) in room- about 50% of the outlets did not hold the plug for multiple devices ( charger, hair dryer, toaster. Toaster- broken. Door fell off the hinges underneath the sink. Washer/dryer combination unit was broken ( heat exchanger message) The aftermath of this situation was nuts. We did a load of laundry at 11pm- not early, but after day at beach and dinner. it is what it is; it’s our room. After going through washing cycle, dryer piece breaks. My wife calls the front desk. His first piece of advice ( at now around midnight) was to “go knock on other doors to see if you can use another unit” What??? Ahh- No!

Room size was amazing and so was I bed.Need to update the furniture and TVs are tiny especially being on such big walls. We choose a beach view and absolutely did not get I had to hang over the balcony to see a glimpse. We were also supposed to get a free bottle of wine and didn’t get that either.

What I liked is the location, rooms are spacious & clean However I didn’t like the idea of having 2 towers N & S with some of the amenities in each of them rather than having all of them together. The shower didn’t have the moving head and the water pressure was very week that you need double the time showering

At check in Antonio was super helpful. The rooms were good but walls are thin and you can hear loud talking and noises from next door neighbors late at night. Also, the room did not have extra toiletries one may need which was weird usually there’s extra toiletries. But overall it was convenient and great that the beach is only a 2 minute walk.

Great experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach and restaurants. The room felt like a mini apartment—super comfortable and clean. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miami.

The room was average nothing spectacular, the bedroom TV remote didn’t work so therefore wasn’t able to watch TV which was annoying, I was reviving from a surgery and had to watch TV in the living room instead of being able to relaxed in the bedroom.

Be careful when you book your reservation- they post really great pics of views but most rooms don’t have ocean views - they told me only 1 room have total ocean view- don’t ask for early check in they are not accommodating- overall spend your money elsewhere with a chain hotel - you’re better off -very disappointed

Spacious rooms and hallways with minimum noise. However, when you pay for a 2 bedroom for everyone to be comfortable and the oven does not work (they had to turn it off via the fuse box), the fridge either does not cool (meat went bad) or freezes milk and the HVAC was on and off during odd times of the night. We had to wake up in a night sweat to look at it to activate the motion sensor for the HVAC to know we were there and actually work. Not worth the $2,400 we dumped on the property.

Overall, this was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I love being able to walk to the beach. The room was absolutely breathtaking. I had a corner room with a balcony that was able to see a full 180 view of the bay as well as the ocean. I stayed out there multiple times throughout the day. I love the boardwalk. It was absolutely beautiful and brought everything you need for a small beach town vibe. I would love to go back and stay at the same hotel.

We arrived, and Cass was amazing as she checked us in! She upgraded us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was right on the beach, and there are soooooo many great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend visiting here, and my husband and I will definitely be back when in the area.

The room and property itself is nice, it’s the fact that they want to get you for EVERY penny. There’s no self parking; the valet would have to go get your car and would not let you even grab a charging cord yourself from YOUR car, then stand around expecting a tip. My legs work perfectly fine sir but thanks anyways

1AM Hotel-Wide Fire Alarm blaring in room for 10+ minutes, after checking in at 11PM and 1 hour of sleep. Got dressed to leave room before it turned off. Request for 1 hour courtesy late checkout was denied (obviously tired from the prior night's fire alarm) Also, a pigeon flew into the window and died on the balcony and a crow was eating it. Otherwise, the room was pretty nice.

This is the fifth time that I have stayed in this hotel and all were pleasant visits until this stay. I understand that check in time is at 4pm, but my flight landed at 10am. My bags were secured and I was able to use the amenities at the facility and I appreciate that but at 3:47 I went to the counter to ask if our room was ready and was told that inspection had to take place and I was fine with that. However, as I proceeded to sit down, I noticed that a HUGE line had formed at the check in counter. Inquired if the line was to receive room keys and was told “Yes,” My next question was if the CSR was issuing room keys. He replied that the individuals inline had pre-checked in and that he was helping guests in the order that they completed their pre-check in. I shared that was helpful inform because I Completed pre-check at 11:30am and just checked on my room Assignment TODAY at 3:55, if I was told that a line was forming I would have stayed In front. I asked for help Please; I have been a guest in the hotel several times and never had an issue. The Customer service agent spelled his name for me A L A N and told me his goal was to Help guest is pre- check order, totally failing to Realize that I had pre-checked Long before everyone else and that I had JUST inquired about my room at 3:57 and was not advised to just stay at the counter 3 minutes until it was 4pm. Today was not the best experience that I had with the staff here

Property and room itself was as advertised. Property was clean at all times . The area around the property didn’t make me feel comfortable walking to and from the beach/boardwalk alone . A lot of unhoused people hanging around. Also being required to pay a “resort fee” and additional a forced valet fee as they have “no” parking . As someone having a resort fee to stay as a property I’m already paying to stay at I should also be able to park my car on site without extra fees . For a week in resort fees and valet I paid over $500 plus and cash tips to the valet attendants . There was no way to call ahead for your valet you had to walk down and stand out in the heat waiting your turn to get your car .

Nice place, but not really on the beach - with beach/ocean views blocked by other buildings. Yes, a very short walk, but not beachfront. The Broadwalk was cool, but if it were busy season, it likely would have been way overcrowded. Sadly, the sargassum in the water and on the beach is likely to keep us away from the area. There is so much, I'm not sure how the local services would be able to manage it...

Great location just steps from the beach and the Hollywood boardwalk. My suite was modern, clean, and spacious, with everything I needed. Loved having a kitchenette and balcony. The room itself was big and newer. The resort is strange and not quite hitting the mark or service or signage. The room needs some decor. The area is odd and not many night time dining options for a later arrival (about 10 pm). No actual restaurant or store as part of hotel. It was laid out strange as well with two buildings and long hallways with no signs for ice or where things might be. We were sent to the wrong room when we got there and it was a long way from the front desk. The staff member came and met us at the correct room. He tried hard but it was a bumpy start. Then our VIP wine was in the room with a can opener…I would not stay here again due to lacking amenities and service but it’s nice and big rooms.

Dining: lunch or dinner on Hollywood beach boardwalk can be expensive, and you’ll want to go out to the Boardwalk so just be prepared
