Excellent hotel, beautiful and clean rooms, located in the center of the city everything is walkable. The only downside is that there is no parking at the hotel if you rent a car, you have to find third party parking (there are a couple near the hotel)

Es una excelente opcion para hospedarse en el centro, pero si llevas vehiculo el estacionamiento esta como a 4 calles de distancia. No tiene elevador, si llevas muchas maletas puede ser un problema, el desayuno no es bueno. Pero por el precio, ubicación y estado de las habitaciones volveriamos a este Hotel

Was a good room in a good location. Only bad thing was the construction being done on the front walls and street. Not the hotels faul. Will be great when it's done. Room for us was great and the roof top deck was awesome to have a beer and bottle of wine at night. Very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Most of the rooms appear to face internally so they are very dark however . Great central location . The internal spaces are a little tired looking though this could be due to roadworks outside creating a lot of dust. Roof terrace is a great spot for watching the sun set with a cold beer.

The location was especially good: 2 markets Within one block and the zocalo was 2 blocks away. There was also a rooftop terrace great for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. One night there were fireworks. In the hotel restaurant the meals were excellent and inexpensive.

El personal es MUY amable y servicial, te atienden de maravilla. La limpieza no es detallada y MIENTEN al decir que tienen estacionamiento. Esto era MUY importante para nosotros y fue una decepción terrible tener que caminar 4 cuadras para dejar y recoger el carro diariamente.

No es de calidad merece un 7.5 de calificación. No es Hotel Boutique. Us un hotel normal. Les falta aconcepto. Tuve que pedir que limpiaran debajo de la alfombra del pie de cama y que la quitaran porque estaba lleno de tierra. Toallas viejas. Ducha sin puerta se mojaba el baño al usar la ducha. En fin tienen mucho que mejorar. Falta control de calidad.

We are disappointed in our stay. We stayed in a deluxe king room which cost about $500CAD for 4 nights (we only lasted 2 nights before having to leave). Upon arrival, there was no hot water for showering and someone else's used towel hanging behind the door. We could overlook the dirty towel, but no hot water was an issue. Further, on the second night, the water in the shower completely stopped running. The bed was hard as a rock and felt like it was a mattress on top of cement blocks. Very unpleasant sleep. The couches in the hallways for sitting are very dusty. The upper patio is nice. The staff seemed friendly although we had minimal interactions. We unfortunately had to check out after our second night after bathing with water bottles. We informed the staff that we would be checking out early and have asked to at least be reimbursed for one night since we only slept there 2/4 nights. We have not been told if they are reimbursing us yet. We were expecting a bit better for what we paid, but understand that things happen out of their control. We hope they can make it right. I'm hoping our experience was a one off and that others have a better time.

Great customer service from arrival to departure. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Casa itself is beautiful and clean, a lot of antiques, art, and a nice seating and patio area. The room was clean and fresh, comfortable beds and a nice air conditioning unit. We choose this place because it was close to the center but not too close. And we were not disappointed, it is within walking distance to a lot of points of interest including the mercados.

This place was not very clean and outdated! To get our rooms we had to go up about 20 stairs ! This really really needs to be on website. No room service and coffee not available until 8:30 ! Staff was nice !

However the water did not seemed clean, coffee maker did not worked, restaurant service was slow, you often end up eating cold food by the time they bring you the rest of your meal. But by far the most important and negative item was the bed, the mattress was extremely hard, we woke up with back pain almost every morning. We were not the only ones, we heard other guests complained about the mattress been hard and having back pain.

Conveniently located near city center. However due to current remodeling happening in the city, there is a big food area outside the hotel that has smoke all day long. The food is great, the email all the time not so much. But this is out of the hotel’s control. Regarding the hotel, the rooms are a bit dark, the pictures show more light.

Personal poco capacitado en recepción, no nos dijeron nunca que había convenio con estacionamientos. Presurizador extremadamente ruidosos que impiden dormir. Excelente ubicación muy céntrico. Servicio de toallas deficiente.

La verdad es que muy mala experiencia en este hotel: Queriamos llegar por la noche y al establecimiento le agarro ansiedad y me mandaron un whastapp a las 12 del dia diciendo que ya me habian hecho el cargo en la tarjeta. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero pedi un cafe negro simple y me lo cobraron a parte. El servicio es pesimo. El agua caliente funciona muy mal. Una toalla estaba sucia. No volver aqui.

I felt the staff was not concerned at all about my stay. There was only one staff member, the waiter for the restaurant, who would ever greet me before I greeted him otherwise staff ignored me unless I said hola or Buenos Dias. It’s true, I should’ve been willing to try to speak more Spanish, obviously. But if they’re in the tourist business and they ignore tourist needs, I don’t think that speaks very well of them

FD staff was very helpful and attentive. Upon arrival I had lost my phone and wallet and staff literally dropped everything to help me find my iPhone/wallet which we eventually found (recovered) from Taxi from airport to hotel. I will definitely come back!

El hotel precio-calidad es muy malo. Baño con humedad, la actitud de la señora en recepcion pésima. El cobro del hotel era en el momento del check-in y lo hicieron 2 meses antes. Escribí para que indicaran el porque y nunca contestaron.

Pésima experiencia, lamentable porque la ubicación del lugar es muy buena pero el lugar no cuida en lo más mínimo a los huéspedes. De los 7 días al menos 4 me bañe con agua fría, desde el primer día lo reporte y al segundo día la respuesta fue que nadie lo había reportado y la actitud de la persona del hotel fue burlona y en ningún momento preocupada por el cliente. Al tercer día aseguraron que ya había quedado y seguíamos con el mismo problema, así durante toda la estancia. Ningún día nos dejaron la cantidad de toallas necesarias para las personas que éramos, siempre teníamos que pedir más . Lo bueno es la ubicación y gaby de la Recepcion.
Pésima experiencia, lamentable porque la ubicación del lugar es muy buena pero el lugar no cuida en lo más mínimo a los huéspedes. De los 7 días al menos 4 me bañe con agua fría, desde el primer día lo reporte y al segundo día la respuesta fue que nadie lo había reportado y la actitud de la persona del hotel fue burlona y en ningún momento preocupada por el cliente. Al tercer día aseguraron que ya había quedado y seguíamos con el mismo problema, así durante toda la estancia. Excellent hotel, beautiful and clean rooms, located in the center of the city everything is walkable. The only downside is that there is no parking at the hotel if you rent a car, you have to find third party parking (there are a couple near the hotel)

Room was very nicely decorated and spacious. Location was wonderful, hotel was right next to the Mercado and walking distance from Zócalo and church. Definitely would stay there again.

Heavy construction outside that I would have liked to know about. So much so that the entire front (and only entrance) was blocked for hours at a time, and you had to walk through the construction area where people are working. The power also went out for an entire afternoon that I usually use as a reprieve from the heat - no AC for that time! Last but not least a used bandaid in the shower to welcome us… next time tell people about the construction instead of a surprise terrible time.

Was a good room in a good location. Only bad thing was the construction being done on the front walls and street. Not the hotels faul. Will be great when it's done. Room for us was great and the roof top deck was awesome to have a beer and bottle of wine at night. Very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Most of the rooms appear to face internally so they are very dark however . Great central location . The internal spaces are a little tired looking though this could be due to roadworks outside creating a lot of dust. Roof terrace is a great spot for watching the sun set with a cold beer.

Al arribar nos indicaron que tenían convenio con un estacionamiento con una tarifa preferencial, el estacionamiento no estaba cerca del hotel y no llegó nadie a recibir nuestro auto, la tarifa regular que tenían era la misma que la de convenio del hotel. Tuvimos que encontrar otra opción por nuestra cuenta. Nuestra reservación incluía desayuno y nos dijeron que el “desayuno” incluido era solo un plato de fruta y café.

Service was fine. About half of per personnel spoke English. Rooms / facilities were below expectations. The room (we got) have a mechanic noice (probably from outdoor AC) every 10-15 seconds which seemed very disturbing at the beginning. Breakfast was included, but only the cheapest item on the menu. We could live with this, but seems a bit cheap. Recommendation is to eat out anyway, if possible.

Lo que no me agrado fue que pague con desayuno y dicho desayuno empezaba hasta las 8:30am, es nuy tarde para inicie un desayuno, los días que estuve hospedado no desayune por que voy de negocios y las reuniones empiezan temprano. Es la primera vez que en un hotel me pasa algo así. Y por eso ya no regresaré a hospedarme.

This place was not very clean and outdated! To get our rooms we had to go up about 20 stairs ! This really really needs to be on website. No room service and coffee not available until 8:30 ! Staff was nice !

On the good side, the hotel is in a good location and is clean. However the water did not seemed clean, coffee maker did not worked, restaurant service was slow, you often end up eating cold food by the time they bring you the rest of your meal. But by far the most important and negative item was the bed, the mattress was extremely hard, we woke up with back pain almost every morning. We were not the only ones, we heard other guests complained about the mattress been hard and having back pain.

Centrally located hotel but downtown had teachers protest so streets had tending shelters. Bed too firm and in need for new sheets but room clean with nice ac. Terrace was nice to chat and drink some beers. Breakfast until 8:30 am so for tours is not good. They lend us some hats at the lobby the first day.

El hotel como tal bien, buena ubicación, buena atención, el desayuno sencillo pero bueno para empezar el día. No cuenta con estacionamiento y el segundo día de hospedaje no tuvimos agua caliente en el piso, desafortunadamente no hubo una solución por parte del staff por lo que tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Ese detalle demeritó un poco nuestra estancia en un hotel “boutique”.

The location was especially good: 2 markets Within one block and the zocalo was 2 blocks away. There was also a rooftop terrace great for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. One night there were fireworks. In the hotel restaurant the meals were excellent and inexpensive.

You get what you pay for. Noisy and Internet in doom did not work. No natural light and they play live piano at 8am, so plan to be awake. Staff were nice and lobby interesting but overall? Would not return.

It’s a budget-friendly choice but not worth it even though the location is great. The property is furnished in antiques and has a “shabby chic” charm, but is a bit run-down, particularly the bathrooms, which are badly in need of renovation (we saw more than one). This is all the more reason they should be well cleaned. Instead, ours had not been cleaned at all - there were wads of hair in both the shower drain & the sink! There was a fresh film of soap suds covering the shower door & both the soap & shampoo dispensers were empty. Clearly, the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The other issue is a total lack of ventilation: they have no windows & no fans, so our room smelled quite musty, plus there’s no way of airing out the bathroom. Any oder will be with you for your entire stay! Not worth it even for the price & location.
