Pros: Room was clean and AC worked great. Offers a pool, workout room, & laundry room. Close to mall. Offer happy hr free drinks and snacks. Smoke free environment was a plus. Bed was comfortable. Cons: No indoor restaurant. Breakfast was not what I expected, muffins, & oatmeal. Ice machine on 1st for only. Unfortunately the guest in the next room yelled all night profanities had to call front desk they did act fast but it did not stop them from yelling until after 1130pm. No fault to hotel but made my stay miserable. I wish they offered me a different room.

The hotel did not have hot water, so the morning shower was extremely unpleasant. The outside temperature was in the low 40’s, so this to me shoikd never be an issue.

As a woman traveling alone, I never felt more cared for than this hotel experience! I stayed at Element Chandler for eight nights and from the well-appointed room kitchenette in my room, to the hand-prepared breakfast with healthy options (the spicy sausage and egg breakfast biscuits! Berries on the yogurt bar!), and the complimentary happy hour on weeknights, this was such a delight and a surprise. The hotel was very clean, free of odor, quiet, and I felt safe. I loved my early morning walks around the mall and late afternoons resting by the pool before dinner. The location is perfectly surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery options, I was planning to use the complimentary bicycles but never got around to it, however I was touched at the thoughtfulness that they were provided. I can not recommend Element Chandler highly enough!

The place is run down. The room was dirty. It had stained walls in the bathroom and dried toothpaste. The black out blinds were broken, the carpet was frayed and the Fridge had a bunch of dents. We stopped here about a year ago and the rooms were not like this. In just a years time, it has gone down hill. Only bright spot was the lobby and staff up front.

Was a used bloody pad in the bathroom, which indicates the room was never cleaned. The box behind the TV was not on so we had to unravel it and plug it into the wall so we could watch TV.

The room was clean outside of ants everywhere! My luggage was full of ants by the time I left, all over the counter and kitchen area. The room above me was incredibly loud. I was across from an elevator and underneath a room with really profound noise transfer which made for. horrible nigh of sleep.

I come to Phoenix often and stayed in the area at other hotels. I always wanted to stay at element because it says by Westin and I always had nothing but 5 star experience at Westins and Marriotts. The front desk was nice during check in, but nothing memorable. They did not mention no room cleaning policy which I found out the next day when I inquired. Wheh we needed an extra blanket and fresh towels, they did send it up promptly. Room wasn’t very clean. There were dirty spoons, stove, dirty floor and hair on the bedsheet. Who knows what else they didn’t clean properly. One of the light switch was broken and falling off, lots of stains, chipped tiles etc in the bathroom. Big stains on the window cover which makes it look gross. The bed was ok but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Way too soft. There was nowhere to put anything in the shower. Breakfast on the go was good. There was scrambled egg with cherry tomatoes and guacamole and Greek yogurt to mix with fresh fruits, granola etc which were nice. Great location. Walking distance to chandler mall and other shopping areas and restaurants. Fitness center is nice too. Overall, I won’t return because of cleanliness and room condition.

This hotel is great with accessible EV charging and amole parking. Across the mall and all amenities. The lobby is clean and modern, grab and gro breakfast was until 10am on weekends which was a great addition. The hotel room was well appointed with full kitchenette. These rooms are awesome for families and cooking. The washrooms were clean and modern. **The downside**of this hotel is the cheap building materials. Paper thin walls and floors. We could hear the people in the hallways and the people above storming around while our whole room shook. My advice get a top floor rooms while we could still sleep this was the only issue.

My wife and I always choose this property when visiting our family in Gilbert because of its proximity to the Chandler fashion mall and restaurants. All of these are easily walkable when temperatures outside allow. The hotel itself is always very clean with wonderful staff and a better than average breakfast in this hotel category. We always select the full suite rooms which are compatible priced with standard rooms at other nearby hotels. The suites are large with a separate bedroom with is own door and living room and small kitchen making longer stays very enjoyable. I highly recommend the Element when considering hotels in the Gilbert/Chandler area!

Comfortable clean room, quiet, modern. Breakfast is pretty good but not outstanding. Shower gel needs to be lightly scented, it has an oder that I had to wash off my hands daily. The rooms have a wonderful kitchenette with a large refrigerator, which we loved for keeping our water and soda in

I've never had a complaint up until this point, my experience was okay when i first walked into the building i wasn't greeted with a hello or hi the lady up front told me "what's going on" and when i told her i was here for check in then I was greeted normally, and as far as the room goes it had a lot of problems, missing blinds, missing towels, light switches broken, door handles broken, the bathroom door didn't lock or close properly, the mattress and couch felt old and worn out, maybe it was that room in particular but who knows i probably wouldn't stay here again. i will say the price wasn't too bad but i could of definitely of gotten something better, on paper the room seemed great the description and pictures is what had me sold initially. I will say the area of the hotel is great so many things near by but there is also a lot of other hotels in that area, and their complementary breakfast is good for what it is.

We enjoyed two nights at this hotel very much. The rooms are spacious and have just about everything you need. The location is terrific, and everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. I would only add that the breakfast needs some help, especially on the weekend. Not many options available, especially on Sunday for those who are not meat eaters, and the opposite problem on Monday with not meat to be found for those who'd like to have some for breakfast. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Loved the amenities, everything we needed. Breakfast was blah … no meat, pancakes, waffles or traditional choices. There were hard boiled eggs, yogurt and Raisin Bran… that’s what you get… on a weekend even. Easy check in, very quiet and super close to all kinds of shopping. Very well located, just not a fan of the contemporary feel the hotel has. Not my first choice on hotels to stay in the future.

We had a late doctor consultation in the area so decided to make a weekend of it with the family. The hotel is clean and dog friendly. The check in was great and easy I received text notification that our room was ready before 3pm was a plus+ everyone loves an early check in! We loved the late check out at 12 the next day as well. Rooms were clean and inviting. Fairly new hotel in a prime location, complimentary breakfast was great with healthy options loved the fresh chobani bar and 24 hr gym. Pool was clean and staff was friendly!
