The property itself was lovely - very clean, well-equipped suites, a delicious free breakfast and truly wonderful staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, friendly and helpful. That said, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TO WORK REMOTELY!!! The WiFi was basically unusable. I even called my company’s IT department to make sure the problem wasn’t my computer/firewall. I asked the front desk for help twice - once they said someone would come assist me and another time they said they’d call back with their internet provider’s information. Neither happened. I was in Tijuana for a week and needed to work remotely five of those days, but ultimately had to go to New City Medical Plaza just to get reliable WiFi. I would have happily given this hotel 5 stars otherwise. For a Marriott property, the lack of functional internet (and follow-through when asked for help with it) was incredibly disappointing.

Well, making the reservation and made a couple request. The staff assured they would be fulfilled upon arrival. Nothing that was insured went through very poor service. Lack of communication on the staff behalf. Showering with backup shower hair left all over the counters from whatever cloth they cleaned with which didn’t belong to myself or my family members entered the room for room service, which wasn’t requested, and staff wanted to become argumentative behind it as opposed to explaining things the crib wasn’t brought to us like we were assured my wife and grandkids had to sleep on the floor with the mattress for the safety of our grandkids very unhappy with this location high prices for poor service
