Excellent room amenities, so happy they allow dogs for a small fee, and it was nice and clean. Only complaint was the towels were rough. Other than that a nice place to stay as we were traveling through. Would stay again.

I liked that no one came into my room during my stay to clean. If you desired fresh towels or linens, it was a short trip to front desk. I enjoyed the Dove products in bathroom. Checkout via tv was efficient. I didn’t like all the bags of trash in front of other rooms from food take-out/delivery/cooking in hallways. They were removed by staff routinely but that didn’t change smells in hallway.

Clean, safe, parking lot well lit at night and front desk staff was friendly at check in. Bed was really comfy, nice shower with hot water. Only downside I noticed- that didn't apply to me for this trip- was the kitchen was missing things like silverware, a pot and other essential cooking utensils that would be necessary for an extended stay. There also is no ice maker in the hotel, only the ice maker in the freezer in the room which worked well for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for the one night I visited while on the road and would recommend to anyone for a short visit.

Disappointed that there is no breakfast service. We had a 3 night stay and no housekeeping. You have to take used towels to the front desk and they direct you to housekeeping to exchange them. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is in good condition and clean. Good location. Just very few amenities for the price

We rented a 1 bedroom suite for Th (Check-In)-Sun (checkout). TV in Master Bedroom did not work. After multiple calls to the Front Desk, they told us the remote for the living room ran both TV's and the hotel was full so they had no other remote. Turns out Rm 215 was the only room with the problem. They finally got us a remote on Saturday. As for housekeeping, they did NOT clean our room the entire stay. On Friday, we were gone before they came around, on Saturday we left 10-15 minutes after they tried to enter the room. My husband let them know we'd be leaving shortly but he said it was apparent she didn't speak English. As we went down the hallway, he let them know they were free to enter the room. Much later that day after we returned, we discovered they NEVER cleaned the room.

I have stayed at this property several times, and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. Rooms are spacious with plenty amenities and always clean. Would very highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars all around!!

Overall things were good but the carpet and bed cover were way too dusty for me and really flared up my allergies affecting my stay. Not sure I could tolerate staying there again. Everything else was ok, I just got destroyed by the dust/molds in carpet and dust on bed cover.

Room was clean however the TV did not work. The light over the mirror in the bathroom had burned out light bulb. There was no toilet paper and the hairdryer shot sparks out when it was turned on. A fellow guest was down in the lobby watching football and also claimed his tv didn’t work.
