The place and location were great. It was a bit warm because there is no AC. I asked for an extra towel and they didn’t have any extra ones. The gym is very outdated.

Llegué a la 1:00pm, sólo pedí que me dejaran meter el auto en lo que entregaban la habitación, lo cual no me fue permitido.la habitación, me la entregaron casi hasta las 4:30pm, estuve presionando por que tenía un evento a las 6pm y necesitaba ingresar, los de limpieza no avanzaban y que ellos no sabian que estaba rentada. No funcionaba el elevador y no habia con quien comunicarse, solo el vigiliante de la entrada pero no resolvia nada.

Tardaron UNA HORA en entregarnos la habitación, pudimos subir hasta las 4pm, pero ayudó un poco que el personal de la recepción fue muy amable y no nos cobraron el estacionamiento como disculpa.

The cleanliness, surrounding area, and security guard Mr Roberto is the only reason why this place is a great stay. Cons: - Washer/Dryer in unit was not hook up and accesible; even when this property claims it as an “amenity.” - Bicycles; also, not functional and clean. Out of four bikes, 1 was usable. Other 3 needed repairs, greatly needed. - Room service; came in and replaced our towels; except we never got new towels. - Coffee break; Saturday it schedule for 9am (according to copy of stay they give you). I get down 9:10, nothing is set up. All these small inconveniences could had made this stay a 5 star location.

Check-in was very slow because the credit card terminal wasn´t working. No air conditioner in the apartments. The elevator wasn´t working for half of our trip. The tvs didnt work neither. The apartment is very comfortable, good location.

Cosas muy desgastadas como los pisos y muebles. No decían que tenía costo el estacionamiento. El contrato dice de un inventario que no hay todas las cosas. El check in es a las 3 pero no me permitieron entrar hasta las 3:45. La ubicación excelente!

The only thing that I didn't like in the property was the gym. Pretty much all the equipment is broken or malfunctioning. The floor was extremely dirty too. That area requires an urgente update. It doesn't match the rest of the facilities, which are well mantained.

Located just a couple of blocks from Polanco Avenida and the Main Street where all the restaurants are. Yet far from the noise, close to the Museum, parks. People is very friendly specially Security guy who was always very quick to open the doors for you, if you asked him questions he would respond with a smile I believe his name is Samarino, Paloma at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well. One thing that surprised me was that even though the apartments are furnished with a kitchen and utensils and pots and pans. They don’t provide paper towels or towels in case you want to cook in there. You would need to buy your own. From 7 am to 10am they have coffee, cereal, yogurt and some kind of bread and a toaster. We enjoyed the Terrace a couple of days worth going up to rest or simple get some sunshine. Polanco is a very safe area to walk around day or night. Beautiful, felt safe all the time.

I have stayed at this place before and loved it! The staff is very nice. This second stay was not the best. We had no microwave in the room and the dryer was not working. The downside of this place is that if something goes wrong after hours or over the weekend it’s hard for it to be resolved since the staff is not available 24/7. The doormen are great and try to do their best. On my last day there the dryer was not working and I ended up having to bring back damp clothes. I was not able to heat up anything as we didn’t have a microwave but my contract stated I was provided one

Very disappointing finding out that the hotel doesn’t have AC AND NO HEATER. It was 48 degrees at night! I can’t imagine the summer without AC. The towel were old and ripped The exhaust fan in the bathroom was super LOUD. We could hear the water running when the guest above us used the shower The curtains didnt fully close The formica of the closets was falling apart. The tub was tinny. MOLD in the shower window…. The only positive was the location and the friendly staff.

El hotel/propiedad deja Mucho que desear. Estuve una semana hospedad ahí. La limpieza diaria es muy mala, no sacan la basura, dejan los botes con la basura toda la semana dentro del baño, cuarto y cocina, no limpian el piso, ni el baño ni la regadera. Las toallas y sábanas están muy viejas, parecen trapos deslavados y algunas hasta rotas. En el contrato e indicaciones de bienvenida dice que te deben de dar un kit con: shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, crema corporal, kleenex, capsulas para cafetera nespresso, pantuflas, block y 1 pluma… NO ME DIERON ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. El lavado y cambio de toallas y sábanas es solamente lunes miércoles y viernes, eso no lo indican a la hora de la reserva ni mucho menos en la hoja de indicaciones a la hora de hacer el check in o en el contrato, y en dos ocasiones se llevaron las toallas y no las repusieron, tuve que hablar 2 veces para solicitar toallas porque no tenía en el cuarto; y aun así la administradora dudo de mi petición diciéndome “que raro ahí deben de estar” Falta de tacto y amabilidad por parte de las administradoras. Los dos guardias de seguridad MIS RESPETOS; lo mejor de lo mejor que tiene el lugar… sumamente educados, responsables y serviciales!!!!

La bañera que apenas cabe un bebe se inunda. Estaba sucio el depa desde que llegue. No aceptan efectivo y no lo dicen hasta que vas a pagar. Sucio, viejo, el aire no servia, no dan soliciones solo saben decir que no. Y lo que dan no es desayuno.

First, the good news: it is very close to Mexico City's huge park (Bosque de Chapultepec), which is filled with attractions, and it was great to have a supermarket 7 blocks away, since we planned to do most of our own cooking. The apartments were very nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful. But now the bad news: a couple of flaws really mattered: (1) The apartments do not have air conditioning. There was a big fan that injected water as it ran (which needed to be filled every several hours), but this was hardly adequate--even for a single room. So the apartment was always very hot, which made sleeping more difficult and uncomfortable, and even being in the apartment at any time somewhat stuffy. (2) They have a single barbecue for the entire building, which was OK because there didn't seem to be any competition for its use. But it required charcoal, which had to be lugged (along with the lighter fluid) from the supermarket 7 blocks away, and also takes much more time to use (not to mention polluting). Worst of all, it was never cleaned the entire time I was there (or before--because when I first used it, it was very dirty from its last use), nor were any tools available to clean it, so I had to do my best with a butter knife and then letting it sit in high heat. But cooking inside the apartment only made it hotter in there, so the always-dirty barbecue forced a choice between the lesser of two evils. Because of these negatives, I would not stay there again.

We stayed in this two-bedroom apartment for 8 days and found it very nice. Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants (SAKS is very good and literally 2 minutes walk) and several food stores. Nearby 7/11 convenience store was open 24 hours and provided nice emergency option. For more serios food shopping we used Walmart Express, less than 10 min walk. Apartment is very nicely sized with 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and Kitchen, Dining and Living area. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for breakfasts, lunch or and light supper cooking. All appliances are new and in good working order including my favorite - Nespresso coffee maker. Really did not have any problems and the staff was helpful and prompt with small issues like missing fan in a second bedroom – was delivered promptly. The apartment does not have AC and being November, it was not really an issue, but we had couple of unusually hot days and fans were very helpful. One slight complaint is that bath towels were not as soft as desired but we are picking a little. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and explore Mexico City.

Before allowing you access to the property, the doorman forces you to sign an extensive contract with endless legal clauses and a detailed inventory of furniture and utensils. The facilities are excellent and the location is unbeatable, but the cleanliness of the room and especially the bathroom leaves much to be desired. There is no air conditioning and the ventilation is poor, they were hot days that made it difficult to enjoy our stay better. The mattress in the main room needs to be changed

The location is great. The hotel is very basic with no real amenities. The breakfast is limited to coffee, tea, and yogurt. The most disappointing thing, was upon arrival we were presented a 6 page contract. The contract was in Spanish and as formal as a 1 year lease agreement would be in the United States. Had I been provided this agreement upon paying for the room when I reserved and had the ability to review the agreement and accept or decline the agreement I would have no issues. But it was presented upon arrival and under duress, if I didn’t sign I would not have been allowed to check in to the hotel. This created a huge frustration and is definitely not a standard practice. I believe Expedia should require all hotels and owners to present any formal agreements beyond what is provided prior to booking within a specific time, like within 24 hours of booking and allow the guest to accept or decline any additional agreement with a full refund if they decline.

Llegué a la 1:00pm, sólo pedí que me dejaran meter el auto en lo que entregaban la habitación, lo cual no me fue permitido.la habitación, me la entregaron casi hasta las 4:30pm, estuve presionando por que tenía un evento a las 6pm y necesitaba ingresar, los de limpieza no avanzaban y que ellos no sabian que estaba rentada. No funcionaba el elevador y no habia con quien comunicarse, solo el vigiliante de la entrada pero no resolvia nada.

Poor experience at checkout. We had a 5 AM departure. We approached the guard, Gustavo, to open the gate. He said nobody told him we were leaving so he refused to open the gate. Our ride to airport was waiting, I told the guard he had no right hold us against our will and that this constitutes kidnapping. My wife was getting very scared. Extremely lazy staff, with terrible practices regarding attempts to make extra charges — even using our card without authorization. It was an awful checkout experience; the manager is extremely rude and completely unqualified for her position. We organize more than 400 global events a year, and this was the first time something like this has ever happened! I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone — not even on a dog, and in my house, we treat our dogs very well!

We stayed at the Lamartine for 5 nights. It's located within walking distance to both the Chapultepec park and good dining on Masaryk. For the price, the location and the amount of space you get (we had the 2 bedroom) it's hard to beat.

Die Lage ist super für Pollanco. Der Lärm von der Lamartine ist schon enorm, schlafen bei offenem Fenster nur mit Ohrstöpsl. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, wer auf so was Wert legt ist fehl am Platz. Riesige Küche im App. aber keine Weingläser. Gardinen müssten dringend erneuert werden, die sind schäbig. Eigentlich schade für so ein tolles Quartier und den Preis.

Cons: - Washer/Dryer in unit was not hook up and accesible; even when this property claims it as an “amenity.” - Bicycles; also, not functional and clean. Out of four bikes, 1 was usable. Other 3 needed repairs, greatly needed. - Room service; came in and replaced our towels; except we never got new towels. - Coffee break; Saturday it schedule for 9am (according to copy of stay they give you). I get down 9:10, nothing is set up. All these small inconveniences could had made this stay a 5 star location.

Located just a couple of blocks from Polanco Avenida and the Main Street where all the restaurants are. Yet far from the noise, close to the Museum, parks. People is very friendly specially Security guy who was always very quick to open the doors for you, if you asked him questions he would respond with a smile I believe his name is Samarino, Paloma at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well. One thing that surprised me was that even though the apartments are furnished with a kitchen and utensils and pots and pans. They don’t provide paper towels or towels in case you want to cook in there. You would need to buy your own. From 7 am to 10am they have coffee, cereal, yogurt and some kind of bread and a toaster. We enjoyed the Terrace a couple of days worth going up to rest or simple get some sunshine. Polanco is a very safe area to walk around day or night. Beautiful, felt safe all the time.

On the downside: We were there during the FIFA World Cup and we were very disappointed that the TV at the room and downstairs did not broadcast live matches of the World Cup fixtures! The location was great, we felt the upkeep of the unit was not according to what we paid. Bathrooms smelled bad and linens in one of the beds were not clean. We did ask for an air freshner because of the bad smell of water and linens were immediately changed. Staff were very nice.
