It took 20 minutes to get checked into the hotel and there were three lines for people to get checked into the hotel. The parking garage was extremely dirty and so the the external property. Lots of panhandlers and homeless people outside the hotel and it smelled like weed everywhere.

Nice hotel in a great location, especially if you’re attending an event at Target Field, which was the main reason we chose to stay here. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. The one thing I was disappointed with was the early check-in policy. I arrived only about 30 minutes before the regular check-in time, and my room was already clean and ready, but I was told there would be a $25 fee to check in early. I understand charging a fee when someone requests a significantly early check-in, but charging $25 for 30 minutes when the room is already available seemed unnecessary. Most hotels I’ve stayed at will allow you to check in a little early if the room is ready. Other than that, the location was very convenient and the hotel itself was nice..

Check in went well, however, four people were at the front desk and no one could check us in. We checked in with a super nice person at a table a few feet from the front desk. Seemed chaotic and we were the only ones checking in. We had ordered pizza and I have my wrong cell number, however, the room # was on the slip when it was delivered. I walked down to see if it had been delivered and instead of the front desk staff calling our room to let me know; they put it in the back! So it was cold. They need to work on their customer service skills. Probably won’t stay here again.
