Sehr schöne Suite mit elektrischen Rolläden. Man konnte sogar die Spitze des Eiffelturms aus dem Zimmer sehen. Sauberes und geräumiges Bad. Schönes kleines Schwimmbad mit Whirlpoolbereich. Fitnessraum mit Laufband 24/7 geöffnet. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Nicht so gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen, insbesondere der Kaffee und die einseitige Weißmehl Brotauswahl. Auch wenn sicherlich typisch für Frankreich, für ein 4* Hotel hätte ich zumindest eine Vollkornalternative als angemessen erwartet. Zudem machte das Personal beim Frühstück eher einen genervten Eindruck. Zb, als ich allergiebedingt 2x Aufschnitt seperat bestellen musste, da der gesamte Käse und die Wurst flächendeckend mit Nüssen überstreut war. Auch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass Kinder als eher 'störend' beim Frühstück angesehen wurden.

We had a lovely stay and our interactions with the front desk were always super. Everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing special, although they will make you an omelette if you ask. The toilets are separate from the bathrooms in the bedrooms and I didn’t love this, but it’s not the end of the world. The pool was cute but a little bit dirty and smelled very strongly of chlorine. Nice gym area. I know it’s France, but when I wanted to relax in the evening, I did wish there was at least one TV movie station in English. There are the news channels in English but hardly relaxing viewing - and BBC One and BBC Two, but they barely come in and are glitchy immediately so you can’t really watch them. The area is quiet and pleasant and about a half hour walk to Arc de Triomphe which we enjoyed. Easy to get Bolt and Uber pick ups. No family rooms! Two quick elevators. Good WiFi.

As you arrive at the hotel you will be treated in the most wonderful way. The reception staff are amazing so welcoming and friendly really making the stay wonderful. Hotel is very clean we had a balcony which was lovely.. pool was a nice relaxed space and quiet after a big walk.

Excellent check-in service - fast and polite. We were able to get an early check-in - within walking distance of all main sights. The water temperature is great. Don't expect a big pool - it gets crowded. It is good enough to relax after a long day.

We absolutely loved this hotel and will return. The included breakfast was good. Although I have had better at other Paris hotels, this was good. My only feedback is for them to do a better job keeping the pool and sauna cleaner...that is why I provided 4 stars for the property condition instead of 5.

Hôtel très convenable mais un reproche à faire... lors de la réservation nous voulions absolument un hôtel avec restaurant... le restaurant de la villa était en rénovation et on nous a promis une ouverture le 22 novembre.... malheureusement cela n a jamais ouvert.!! Mais non averti.. dommage Difficile de boire un digestif après 22 heures.. le room service ????

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, stylish and situated in a nice part of the city away from the hustle and bustle but close to a metro station so easy to get to places. All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful, cannot fault the service by all staff there. We had breakfast delivered to our room each morning which was a nice treat. Good selection of breakfast. I personally think the coffee could have been better with breakfast. The room was so well kept and spotlessly clean. The room was a bit snug to move around in but it isn't a massive hotel and there is a charm about it so we didn't mind. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Globalement nous avions des attentes de qualité et de service pour une chambre Deluxe dans ce type d'établissement. Voici la liste de nos problèmes rencontrés : - Détails en chambre : toilette du WC cabossée, évier ébréché, tâche sur un des fauteuils - Hammam du spa fermé et non prévenu - Pas d'accompagnement à la chambre - Mauvais service au petit déjeuner (bruits du personnel, commentaires du personnel sur des clients qui mange trop et ça les embêtait, pas de stock sans gluten et pas d'alternative, buffet peu garni) Cela a un peu gâché notre séjour à l'hôtel où nous avions mis beaucoup d'attentes. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend and stay here again ourselves. The room was very clean (although small by Canadian standards) and had a wonderful view. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a hit after long days of walking- the hotel is very close to a metro station, which is also very easy to use.

Location is great. nice boutique feel hotel. Upgraded and nice amenities, but rooms are on a very small side. Didn’t get upgraded to a bigger room, but was told that room on a higher floor is an upgrade. Breakfast was very nice, but i would like to see more warm options. Front desk friendly, but didn’t offer any suggestions even though we were visiting Paris for a first time. Patrick was the only employee who talked to us and got to know us more on a personal level. made suggestions on were to go and was very friendly. he made our stay more memorable.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, stylish and situated in a nice part of the city away from the hustle and bustle but close to a metro station so easy to get to places. The hotel had an incredible boutique feel, cozy and comfortable, while possessing many amenities and attention to detail. It was also centrally located near metros, a Monoprix, and a short walk from Champs-Elysees. But more importantly, all the staff were super attentive, professional and helpful. While they were all highly proficient in English, they were kind enough to let me practice the little French I know. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Not only would we highly recommend the hotel and it’s exceptional staff, but we would absolutely stay here again.

We booked this hotel really last minute for the Olympics, and we’re so happy with how things worked out. The kids absolutely loved the pool in the basement. The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Michel and Patrick. I don’t possibly have enough good things to say about this hotel and the people that run it. A+

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk's service and friendliness had a profound impact on our daughter (who cried when we left!!). Finn is made for the hospitality industry...he was so wonderful, gregarious and a total delight. Michel was too...he gave our daughter a little token of the hotel on her last day and made her day! They all went above and beyond...even so far as to walk WITH my husband to find wine at a store when everything was closed on a Sunday evening. The accommodations were beautiful, the BREAKFAST was, just, OMG. If you stay here, you must do breakfast included. Overall, just wow. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at this hotel in 8th arrondissement for two nights. It was very walkable to most of the sights and Champs Elysees and even to the other side of the river for St Germain des Pres etc. It is easy to get around if you have a good city mapper app st . The hotel itself is well placed on the Blvd Haussmann where there are plenty of places to eat. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly especially Patrick the doorman who we shared good conversations with. The room was beautiful and comfortable even if it was a bit small but that’s just Paris! Always small rooms in Paris. There was a lovely pool downstairs in the hotel with a relaxation area. The hammam was closed during our visit. The breakfast was buffet style and good quality. There were hot and cold options. Had we had more time here we would have liked to try the lunch or dinner, I believe the food would have been very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time in Paris.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not in the center of things. The dormers are a little bit dangerous as they're easy to knock into because they're very close to the side of the bed. This is probably only a problem on the top floor.

Every single staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, very close to Champs Elysees. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again. The only thing I didn’t fancy was that in some of the room options, the toilets are separate from the bathroom. To some, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However, there is no wash sink in the toilets. This means you have to do the business in the toilet, and then go to the bathroom to wash. This is strange to me, as I haven’t seen it before. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. We stayed on the 5th floor with two French doors overlooking the adjacent rooftops. The view was phenomenal. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was included, but I’d recommend booking without. The spread was underwhelming and there are options within walking distance. We grabbed coffee and a croissant each morning, but went out for a proper breakfast after the first day. We had a lovely stay and our interactions with the front desk were always super. Everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing special, although they will make you an omelette if you ask. The toilets are separate from the bathrooms in the bedrooms and I didn’t love this, but it’s not the end of the world. The pool was cute but a little bit dirty and smelled very strongly of chlorine. Nice gym area. I know it’s France, but when I wanted to relax in the evening, I did wish there was at least one TV movie station in English. There are the news channels in English but hardly relaxing viewing - and BBC One and BBC Two, but they barely come in and are glitchy immediately so you can’t really watch them. My husband and I stayed at the Haussmann hotel and loved it! The property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful and also included your choice of a latte, cappuccino, or expresso. I recommend this place, 10/10. We will be staying here again!

It was a great stay. Awesome room and very friendly & helpful staff. Had a cab and a ride to airport coordinated. There was an offer for pickup at train station but email suggested 80 Euros for Paris Gare when it was a 5 min cab ride or 15 minute walk. Pricey? It was a great stay. Awesome room and very friendly & helpful staff. Had a cab and a ride to airport coordinated. There was an offer for pickup at train station but email suggested 80 Euros for Paris Gare when it was a 5 min cab ride or 15 minute walk. Pricey? Breakfast was fabulous and another opportunity for the great staff to shine. Just a great stay. Our room was higher end of our price range but definitely fantastic stay.

We loved our stay at La Villa Haussmann. We had a junior suite on the top floor and enjoyed the extra room. Michael checked us in and helped bring our luggage to our suite. He was so personable and answered all of our questions. The included breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, croissants, sausages, yogurt and fruit. You can request an omelette with 2 ingredients. A nice addition would be crepes that we had at our last hotel in Paris. The hotel is centrally located in the 8th arrondissement and is very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, stylish and situated in a nice part of the city away from the hustle and bustle but close to a metro station so easy to get to places. All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful, cannot fault the service by all staff there. We had breakfast delivered to our room each morning which was a nice treat. Good selection of breakfast. I personally think the coffee could have been better with breakfast. The room was so well kept and spotlessly clean. The room was a bit snug to move around in but it isn't a massive hotel and there is a charm about it so we didn't mind. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

On the second morning (on a Saturday in central Paris) the cereals they had run out of yesterday had not been replaced and to make matters worse they had also run out of milk, so you couldn’t have the cereals anyway. The staff attitude was poor. For a hotel that charges €35 per person - this is both unacceptable and poor.

Amazing five nights at this gem of a hotel during the heat wave! Powerful AC, peekaboo views of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe from our penthouse suite! Scrumptious breakfast (did both room service and the buffet), delicious dishes for dinner as well. The minibar was restocked daily. And a swimming pool to cool off! Our in-room massages were amazing! The hotel staff were all so wonderful and helpful. Especially Patrick-- thank you for the daily warm welcome, waters and help with taxis! Fantastic neighborhood -- we would love to come back and explore more when it's not as hot!

Lovely Hotel in Paris! Modern new and very clean room. Room is spacious and beautifully designed. Bathroom is modern and everything you need for spacious comfortable shower to even the high quality bath products. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Patrick is superb checked us in smoothly so kind and knowledgeable and friendly felt right at home. Really took care of us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
