Short distance from the airport and the free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful

Shuttle service was easy to and from hotel. Room had a weird smell, maybe from the humidity, otherwise it was clean. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special.

Buen servicio, conveniente para estar cerca del aeropuerto, palacio de los deportes, estadio GNP, en fechas de eventos suele saturarse el estacionamiento.

El traslado al aeropuerto está demasiado restringido, solo sale cada hora y si se llena hay que llamar taxi. Debiera haber más flexibilidad y programar más salidas en horas pico. Por otro lado, el desayuno no estaba listo a las 6:00 que es la hora ofrecida. Adicionalmente el internet del hotel no me funcionó. Tienen varias areas de oportunidad que debieran corregir.

Best part about our experience was how attentive the staff serving breakfast was. Ms. Rebeca, specifically, was very polite and helpful. The food was great, especially the waffles and the jugo verde. 10/10 Another great plus was the free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Drivers were on time, attentive and very helpful. Overall, we had a good experience in the things that matter to us for a one night stay: breakfast and airport shuttle. The hotel itself meets expectations of cleanliness and quality.

Shuttle didn’t work

El hotel muy lindo, cómodo y limpio. Solo se puede entrar a la habitación a las 3:00 pm. (cosa que en la mayoría de los hoteles te aceptan a la vez que están disponibles las habitaciones) por lo que al estar entrando todos a la vez se confundieron y me llamaron del lobby 2 veces a la habitación para saber quien estaba ocupándola. El sistema de tarjetas de entrada al ascensor se dañó y las escaleras solo se usan para bajar en caso de emergencias, así que no fue agradable ya que uno por lo regular llega cansado o tiene cosas que hacer. No tienen restaurante pero si servicio a la habitación, también hay variedad de lugares para comer y se puede ir caminando. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto es 24 horas saliendo cada hora.

This is a very clean but bland hotel near the Mexico City Airport. I arrived during a rainstorm & had to run through the rain to enter. The time I arrived was after 5 pm, yet I had to wait for my room. I enjoyed a free expresso while I was waiting. The breakfast was ok. I took the shuttle to the airport with no trouble.

Buena atención en recepción , las habitaciones estaban limpias, el café buenísimo. Y las ventanas de verdad no dejan pasar toda la luz, lo cual es muy bueno para descansar.

Nosotros nos instalamos a media noche, el servicio de las personas exelente lo único que no nos gusto es que encontramos cucarachas a dentro de el hotel eso para mí fue terrible

When I checked in, I was given a room that was clearly not cleaned — the bathroom was dirty, there was trash, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. I asked to be moved, but had to wait without any apology or effort to resolve the issue quickly. Later, a staff member entered my new room without knocking or identifying themselves while I was inside, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.

The floor in the room was filthy. A ton of hair, dust balls, etc. The shower also had a ton of hair. I had to wear shoes, because my socks were hair covered and BLACK with dirt. The bed was also super hard... not firm... it was HARD. Due to the crazy winding highways in front of the hotel, it takes 20 min to get to terminal 2. There is no where to eat near the hotel. I wouldn't recommend.

Todo bien en el traslado aeropuerto al hotel, correcto en la recepción El aseo de la cama con más de 4 cabellos en las sábanas y las almohadas Es una estancia de 4 horas y considero que merece una habitación limpia y aseada en los más mínimo

Shuttle service was prompt and hotel accommodated sending the driver to pick up us using e -mails instead of phone call. Room was terrible noisy and we had no much sleep time. Bed comfortable but pillows were not. No hand towels neither face clot. Body towels were very thing and thread bare, toilet was not clean properly, bathroom door did not close. I pick this hotel because the mini fridge in the room.

Muy lentos en el chech-in, y en la habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, ni el tel para pedir Room service, tuve que bajar para pedir en recepción y reportar el aire acondicionado pero no enviaron a nadie, y volví a bajar a reportarlo y pedí cambiar la habitación pero no me hicieron caso, así que tuvimos mucho calor en la noche

El hotel está bien en general, lo malo es que no servía el aire acondicionado y no había internet wify por que según eso las lluvia han afectado..!!

El piso de la habitación no era cómodo, el área de ducha muy pequeña

No se podía bajar el Blackout, todo el cuarto parece barato y desgastado. Por mucho demasiado caro por lo que es. No entiendo porque Marriott da su nombre para eso.

Habitación helada, no hay minisplit para mejorar la temperatura, mucho ruido alrededor, el ruido no era afuera, era adentro en el pasillo y habitaciones contiguas. Horrible el olor a humedad. No me vuelvo a quedar alli

Me cancelaron la reservación en el último momento , me pidieron que me comunicara solo para decirme que habían cancelado mis dos habitaciones. La explicación que me dieron fue por la alta demanda de habitaciones. Claro, para poder colocarlas con una tarifa más alta. Nos dejaron a la deriva y eso no se vale. Justo un día antes hablé para confirmar nuestra hora de llegada, pedí poder hacer el pago y me dijeron que lo hiciera hasta nuestra llegada. Completamente decepcionada de no su proceder , no vuelvo a reservar en ese hotel y por lo pronto tampoco a utilizar expedía por la falta de garantía y respaldo

This is a good option when visiting Mexico City. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was easy to use (it is only about a 10 minute ride to the airport). The hotel is about a 20 min Uber ride to Zocalo Square. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and met my needs. The room service was ok...the food was average and not really the value for what I paid. However, you don't go to Mexico City for room service LOL, there are many fabulous restaurants and street vendors to try. Room service should only be used as a last option...which is what is for me...room service is open 24 hours. The continental breakfast each morning was very good. I loved the mini waffles and fruit options. A few tips for some new international travelers...most Latin American countries don't use wash clothes, so pack your own or get ready to use a hand towel for your shower or washing your face. Also, many hotels aboard are using the hotel key card to control the power in the room. Look for a slot on the wall near the door to place your hotel key card inside and then you will be able to turn on the lights. All and all a good and convenient option while visiting Mexico City.

Pésimo el servicio de la recepción, NO quería hacer válido la reservación. Se negaban a darnos la habitación.

Location is great for a night stay before heading to the airport. They have a complimentary shuttle that was on time. My main complaint was that rooms had been serviced but no towels were available. We checked in at 4 pm and requested them by 4:30 pm. Reception lady said that they would be delivered soon. I witnessed a request by other guest while checking in and the same was said to him. No apologies from the lady. By 6 pm no towels have been delivered so I went down to the reception to complain. The reception lady was silent, again no hospitality at all. Thanks to the bell boy (Eduardo) who jumped in to tackle the request and got us the towels right on the spot. It was not a Marriott way of being treated.

We got to the hotel after a long, tiring day of travel and they told us Expedia cancelled our room. They shuttled us to another city express farther way from airport with no shuttle service.

Somewhat unsafe neighbor

This hotel is in a busy area next to the airport. It is close to major highways and the Metro. It was perfect for my trip.

Great property, very close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue we had was getting the shuttle from the airport (after hours) and the number to call for reception was only in Spanish. The shuttle back to the airport in the AM was very easy to arrange once at the hotel. The beds were okay, comfortable enough after a long day of travel. Breakfast was okay! Not a giant selection but adequate enough. Overall, would recommend for a quick stay if you have an overnight layover!

Everyone was very nice and the hotel is conveniently located meat the airport. The jotel is next to a local clinic and seemed a bit unsafe.

Good place to overnight before catching a flight. shuttle bus is convenient. Breakfast is surprisingly good with eggs, potatoes, fresh fruits etc. good coffee too. no complaints!

En general bien, me gustó que a pesar de estar tan cerca del aeropuerto dentro de las habitaciones no se escuchaba el ruido de los aviones cosa que al salir a la recepción el ruido ya es fuerte, la comida del hotel no muy buena y para los que no viajamos tan seguido la manera como usar la llave de tarjeta es algo confusa deberían dar algunas instrucciones al llegar para saber cómo usarla

El traslado al Aeropuerto.es bueno, tranquilo, sereno.lo qué desentonó fué la actitud del chofer del vehiculo que al molestarse porqué no se le dió propina y no por no darle, sino pirqué no traia cambio.y lo otro el desayuno muy simple.

Easy check in. Somewhat close to the airport. Shuttle service included in hotel stay along with breakfast buffet (by the time we got to it around 10am there was only a few things left) I ordered room service the night before and it was terrible. The tortilla soup had no taste and it was very chunky. The most disappointing part was finding bugs in my salad. I am so glad I poked around before taking a bite. I called down to get a refund but they said they couldn’t do that since I used a card to pay- they gave me credit for which I didn’t want to use for any more food, so I went and got 3 cans of beer and a orange soda for which I had to wait over 30 minutes before I called to see how long it would be. After that it arrived. Not worth the price for airport convenience

Property is OKAY. Clean and functional. My stay didn't have a great start because i had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. By then the restaurant was closed so no room service available. Upstairs guests were noisy. Free breakfast was scarce both in quantity and options, poor for a Mexican hotel. It would be a good stay if you only need a good place to rest for one night.
