The ferry to central station is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Staff is excellent and very accommodating. This hotel was definitely the most unique one I've been to with the karaoke elevator and arcade.

Room was clean and tidy, good location and overall vibe, not the best hotel in Amsterdam but was fine for the weekend. Elevators broke one morning and had to use stairs to go up and down to the fifth floor.

Junges Team an der Rezeption. Erstes Mal falsches Zimmer bekommen, nicht welche gebucht war. Nachher hat es geklappt. Design von der Zimmer ist mega stylisch. Schallplatten Player im Zimmer. Nach unsere Aufenthalt haben wir eins bestellt:-) Kleiderschrank ist bisschen klein , für paar Tage ist ok. Super Lage . Kostenlos Fähre zum Stadtmitte Parkhaus ist teuer 50 Euro pro Tag .

Funky and fun music themed Hotel. Easy access between Sir Adam’s and Amsterdam Central via the free ferry. Disco and Elevator Karaoke were fun. Food shops nearby. Great bar atmosphere downstairs. Record player in the room was a bit cool too

Beautiful and unique hotel. The butcher restaurant in the hotel was delicious. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view of the city and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend staying this hotel if you plan to visit Amsterdam.

Hotel was nice but pricey. We were very disappointed to find out that the other aspects of the venue all cost extra, like the roof access, and that guests weren’t prioritized for spots or even told we’d need reservations etc., upon check in. Also we were charged for a breakfast even though it was included and have still not received the credit back. Some of the staff was also not very friendly. Location is great for getting on the ferry however, but that was th main draw. The rooms were hot and the windows don’t open so there is no ventilation. Our lights also flicked when turned all the way up. Restaurant downstairs is ok but would recommend eating somewhere else. Also get instructions on getting back into the hotel at night, it wasn’t explained to is that the doors would lock and we’d have to ring a bell at a specific door.

Reception staff EXTREMELY accommodating. Great location across from Central Station. Good restaurant in building and close by. Good views of city on that side of building. Has 24 hr fitness center.

Es war schrecklich erst Hieß es 15uhr Check in dann haben wir auf das Zimmer 45min. Gewartet und nicht einmal das bekommen wie vereinbart. Es waren die Handtücher und die Badetücher mit roten Flecken, wir haben das an der Rezeption gemeldet und wieder Badetücher mit roten Flecken bekommen. Wir hatten nur 1 Urlaubs Tag, Hotel für 243euro und mussten leider enttäuscht nach Hause fahren. Es ist sehr schade das Mann wenn man so viel Geld ausgibt noch nicht einmal Sauberkeit bekommt. Kein zweites Mal.

Gute Erreichbarkeit vom Hauptbahnhof. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, zumindest sollte mal der Müll gelehrt werden. Samstag ist die Musik leider sehr laut und dann gab es noch mitten in der Nacht eine Feueralarm, der sich glücklicherweise als Fehlalarm herausstellte. Personal sehr nett. Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.

Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was fantastisch. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. De kamer had hier en daar wat slijtage plekken en het water van de douche liep onder de deur door. Maar dat weegt niet op tegen deze fijne ervaring.

The hotel's location is fantastic. The staff was fantastic and very helpful in every way. The rooms were very clean and full of surprises. As a couple who love vinyl records, we had a record player in our room. Sir Adam is now my only choice in Amsterdam.

Thought it might be out the,way. Literally 6 minutes max and your in Central station but equally away from the madness of busy Amsterdam Ferry is free and runs 24 hour a day. Crossing is approximately 5 mins and we never waited for ferry. Hotel views are amazing Its one af Amsterdams gems. Check out shower with a view of Amsterdam...very cool

Just felt the rooms were too small. The bathrooms were right next to the bed. The sink was right next to the bed. There was not enough closet or drawer space either for a couple to properly hang or place their belongings. Otherwise the hotel was really nice.

Hotel am Wasser sehr schön gelegen. Es fährt bis 0:00 Uhr eine Fähre im 5 Minuten Takt kostenlos zum Hauptbahnhof, von dort aus ist Amsterdam Dreh und Angelpunkt. Tiefgarage kostet 50 Euro pro Tag. Zimmer sind sehr klein. Beim Eintreffen macht das Hotel einen Eindruck einer Jugendherberge. Ausblick von ganz oben ist wunderschön. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was amazing, dinner was great too! The staff was helpful and pleasant! Only complaint is our record player in our room never worked. Hotel is in a great location. I loved the ferry convenience and how close we were to the center of Amsterdam! Definitely go to the rooftop bar and enjoy a sunset! It was busy but fun!

Amazing overall. Simple and easy check in, I arrived early, and was able to start the check in and drop my bags. Very nice and quiet lifts and corridors, and very nice room. Two separate rooms for shower and toilet. Comfortable bedding. However be aware that there is no Air Conditioning, they use a climate control, so won’t go as cold during the summer months. I was also treated to a birthday beer by the hotel staff.

Incredible property!!! You will be amazed by the service and upon entering you are offered a refreshing drink, I opted for the Coca Cola. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The butcher which is their restaurant hasn’t missed a beat. I was last there and 2018 and the food was even better than I remember. Located in a quiet neighborhood and has easy access to central Amsterdam by ferry. Thanks again, look forward to coming back.

Booked into the basic room, but it was amazingly decorated and super clean. The shower was great with lovely smelling products. Staff were super friendly throughout our stay, and even put a little gift in the room. Top tip - the lifts are quite special!

Don't bother with a city view corner room if the floor is not high enough, otherwise all you can see is the station and water. That's not a bad thing but just don't expect a view of the city. The room type needs renaming. I was on the 4th floor. The record player was a nice idea but most records in the rack are only sleeves without the actual vinyl. The record player belt was warped and so didn't play consistently. Check in takes too long and overall the stay was underwhelming.

This was the third time in three years we have stayed at this hotel but there was no sign that this had been recognised by the hotel. The check-in process was very lengthy and although we arrived only minutes before 3pm, initially only one of the three rooms we had booked was available. The standard rooms are comfortable and stylish but small and in our case a view to the rear of the hotel rather than the river. Check-out was perfunctory and we were not asked anything about our stay by the person who handled the checkout. I agreed to have the invoice sent to me by email and then discovered after leaving the hotel that we had been billed for a breakfast taken at a time prior to our arrival at the hotel, so had to call the hotel to have this corrected.

Nice location with an easy access to the city by the free ferry that runs nonstop. The hotel is uniquely decorated with rock n roll motifs. Lots of black interiors make it sometimes difficult to find things but i wouldn't let that stop me from returning. Ground floor restaurant is decent but if you can make it into the city, you'll find better. Bar has great variety and bartenders know how to make a proper margarita. We will return.

Female receptionist from Brazil that checked us in Saturday at 11 am is terrific!! Comfort…not much, lobby under renovation so we went and sat downstairs restaurant to eat a sandwich we bought elsewhere for breakfast. We were all but yelled at about it, I spent $100 at the restaurant previously.

After our flight was cancelled my daughter and I wanted a hotel near Grand Central to make it easy to get back to airport. We had no idea how fun this hotel would be. We had a blast riding the themed elevators, playing ping pong, and enjoying the views. My daughter declared the morning breakfast buffet the best she’s ever had, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend.
