I stay here regularly and for the first time lowered my rating from a 5. We used to have quality coffeemakers in the room but they were removed. The infrared sauna used to be available at no extra charge - now the standard rate is €59 for an hour. This time the roof top lounge was closed every day during my week and a half stay. The staff continues to be a strong point, but you don't improve customer satisfaction by eliminating the perks that made a stay special.

We booked four rooms for our young adult children and ourselves, so we could go to the F1. The kitchenettes were a blessing for creating packed lunches or making a quick dinner after a long day of F1 fun. If we didn’t feel like going out we didn’t have to. There is a Lidl just down the road! The gym was a bonus also. Transport links into Amsterdam central and to Zandvoort were amazing with the station literally within view. The staff were very good and if you want a Ryan Gosling lookalike to check you into your hotel, this is the place! 😂

We were quite surprised that the hotel charged us 100 euros as a deposit on check in. Apart from that, we had a fabulous stay.The room was very clean and was very quiet. It was the best sleep we had in months. The staff were very helpful. The roof top terracewas very nice but care is needed when walking on the boards because some of the boards were loose and one or two missing.

This was for our 16 day stay, perfect! It was right in the hub of trains, metro and bus transportation. One stop away from Central Amsterdam. The hotel is sparkling clean, contemporary, comfortable and the staff are awesome. Has a laundry, sauna, gym and small store. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Our room had a small well-equipped kitchen which was a pleasant surprise. We were given a small box with cleaning supplies needed if we used the kitchen. The fridge, dishes, glasses and coffee cups were useful as we bought food and drinks from the close by store. My suggestion if you like strong coffee is to not count on the coffee provided by the hotel in the room.. The laundry facilities on site were great. Tokens were inexpensive and available from the front desk.

The location for the hotel was perfect only 2 stops from the airport and one stop to central. The hotel had a gym, sauna and a mini 24 hour shop. The rooms a kitchen which was really helpful. The hotel was really clean and I would stay there again. The only concern we had was on Thursday, one of the cleaners knocked on the door to clean the room but after 20 minutes we had a different cleaner walk straight into the room without knocking to see if anyone was in there. After this happened we put the do not disturb sign on the door but unfortunately this morning we had another cleaner come in even though we had the do not disturb sign on. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable but we informed the receptionist before we checked out and they were apologetic and said they would speak to the cleaning staff. In terms of location - the bus, metro and trains was only 3-5 minute walk away. - There are a few restaurants nearby that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as drinks but we mainly went to central. When you check in at the hotel you need to pay their tax which is about €28 and €100 security deposit which will return to your card automatically within 10 days or so.

This place is a good choice for almost any traveller to Amsterdam. If you are here for business, you can avoid most of the crowds of tourists. If you are here for a party or just to see the sights, the city center is literally 10 minutes away by train. If you want to see things outside the center, like the Zaanse Schanse, it's even easier from here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and accessible. If you smoke, or just want to chill outside, they have a rooftop pato with tables and chairs, and excellent views of the train station and the surrounding area. You can buy drinks and snacks in the lobby 24 hours, and there is va vending machine for drinks next to the roof patio. There is a 24 hour gym, and a sauna. They offer laundry service or machines to do it yourself. The machines are clean and work well. This is a rare hotel in Amsterdam, where you actually get good value for the price you pay.

Also a great stay when I am in Amsterdam! It is under and beside Sloterdijk station, so I can easily take a tram, train, or bus. Plus, I like the small gym a great way to end the day before bed.

SO convenient for public transit. Highly recommend. Clean, welcoming place. Made use of excellent kitchenette and laundry facilities. Bikes rented to us were not in good condition.

Excellent location right by Sloterdjik station. The property is quiet and clean, with friendly staff. There is a small but well-equipped gym. I also used the laundry service, which costs 6 Euros per load for wash and drying. The only downside is it is not near any restaurant, and past 10 PM can be difficult to find food. The staff suggested I use a food delivery service, which worked well. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Amsterdam.

Quite Dirty, didn’t feel very well staying here. Dead bugs and old Shopping Receipts on the floor that wasn’t cleaned throughout the entire stay. The water drain in the sink and shower were blocked. Wouldn‘t stay here again

The rooms are a good size. The location is awesome for accessing different parts of the city and beyond. The station is literally next door. We stayed for 11 days. You only get supplies for about 5 days like dishwaser detergent etc. If you stay for 3 months you still only get the same amount of supplies. Had I known that we would have broken our reservation into two stays. Also no conditioner or shampoo only body wash that you are expected to use as shampoo. The lighting in the rooms is very dull which makes operating the stove challenging. We used the flashlight on our phones. The staff were very good about getting us a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies so we could clean our room. Housekeeping changes the garbages and sheets and provides fresh towels once a week.

Lage ist gut und man kann super die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Wir hatten eines der teureren Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war generell recht nett eingerichtet und geräumig (bis auf das Badezimmer). Allerdings hatten wir sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Badezimmer. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Badezimmer lief nur extrem langsam ab. Die Küche ist nicht wirklich dafür ausgestattet, um richtig kochen zu können (wenig Küchenutensilien, gar keine Grundzutaten, wie Salz, Öl o.ä.). Was für uns zusätzlich ärgerlich war, war, dass wir unsere Falträder nicht mit ins Hotelzimmer nehmen durften. Diese mussten wir in der Tiefgarage abstellen (Fahrradschloss also nicht vergessen).

Train just outside window (elevated tracks about 20M from window). Trains stop in the night for only about five hours. Due to medical conditions, we needed an early night, but could not sleep. Paid for three nights but stayed only one (our health was not worth the cost of two nights we forfeited). Hotel very inflexible and refused any help. Also has not refunded two days of unused parking fees

Hotel was clean and quiet. We couldn't turn down the temperature and the dishwasher and one of the bedside lights did not work. You could also only turn the lights off from one side of the bed which was daft. Apart from that, awesome and so close to the station.

This is a quiet location with good proximity to a major transit hub - easy access to sprinter trains to the airport and centraal station. Area was very quiet but not much in options in terms of food. Hotel was clean and even had a kitchenette in the room, including fridge and small table. Room was very spacious for Europe. Overall, great location if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the core area.

Pros: Located next to public transit hub. Very convenient to get everywhere. Cons: Can't control a/c in your room. Front desk staff/customer service was hit or miss. Room I stayed in was worn and right side of the mattress was saggy so couldn't sleep on that side.

Great location close to train station allowing for easy access from airport and to Amsterdam Central and other interesting places such Haarlem. Clean comfortable room with well equipped kitchen, unfortunately poor WiFi reception in room at times, but overall good location and facilities.

Hot water ran out after short use… first time experiencing this issue in a hotel. Very frustrating The reception staff was not friendly when we arrived half an hour early before our check in. We were told to wait half an hour up until it was time to check. Bad customer service, small bathroom, very loud that you can hear people walking in the hallway.

Pros: Located next to public transit hub. Very convenient to get everywhere. Cons: Can't control a/c in your room. Front desk staff/customer service was hit or miss. Room I stayed in was worn and right side of the mattress was saggy so couldn't sleep on that side.

We absolutely loved our stay here. My mum and I came on a Christmas market trip for the weekend and couldn’t be happier with our hotel choice. The location is fantastic; easy to access the centre, airport and anywhere else via metro and train. The staff were beyond friendly. There is a little shop in the hotel itself or a spa supermarket nearby for snacks etc. The decor was so lovely and modern… it has definitely made me want to stay in more boutique hotels in the future. We enjoyed chilling in the lounge area before heading back to the airport.

This is a quiet location with good proximity to a major transit hub - easy access to sprinter trains to the airport and centraal station. Area was very quiet but not much in options in terms of food. Hotel was clean and even had a kitchenette in the room, including fridge and small table. Room was very spacious for Europe. Overall, great location if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the core area.

Hotel location is not the best, not too much to do in the immediate vicinity. However great transport links nearby, so easy to get to city centre. Hotel itself is very clean, with good sized bedrooms and huge beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bit odd having to leave a 100Euro damage deposit, we are in our 60s so not likely to trash the room.

Excellent choice of hotel for our 6 day stay. It was clean, modern, very quiet, and really close to the train station. We were able to drop off our luggage in a secure room until the room was ready. The coffee at the nearby De Huismeesters was great and reasonably priced. The only negative was lack of restaurants nearby for dinner. We ended up with grab-and-go from the Albert Heijn in the train station.

Fue una muy buena estancia, súper cerca del metro y autobuses, opciones de Uber Eats, un par de restaurantes cercas, la cocina en la habitación es muy bueno ya que nos ahorraba el desayuno, lavandería dentro del hotel, solo fue que en las habitaciones no regulaba la temperatura, casi siempre estuvo entre 23 y 24 grados.

This location is sub-prime but with better affordability comparing to Centraal. What I love the most is the suite comes with a full kitchen! We ate at hotel every morning for a quick and hot breakfast, saves money and time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel2stay, the property is very conveniently situated to transport connecting you to the city and outer regions of Amsterdam and onto other parts of the Netherlands. Train station, buses and trams right at your door step! Near the station there’s a lovely breakfast spot and around the corner their is a Spar and AH for any bits and pieces you might need. The room was amazing, a beautiful corner suite with small kitchen, big bathroom and lovely king size bed. The train can be a bit loud when passing by on the tracks but it wasn’t any nuisance when you shut the windows a bit. The staff were friendly and there’s a huge luggage storage if you arrive early before check in (3pm). We would absolutely stay again! Kyle & Lisa

The location for the hotel was perfect only 2 stops from the airport and one stop to central. The hotel had a gym, sauna and a mini 24 hour shop. The rooms a kitchen which was really helpful. The hotel was really clean and I would stay there again. The only concern we had was on Thursday, one of the cleaners knocked on the door to clean the room but after 20 minutes we had a different cleaner walk straight into the room without knocking to see if anyone was in there. After this happened we put the do not disturb sign on the door but unfortunately this morning we had another cleaner come in even though we had the do not disturb sign on. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable but we informed the receptionist before we checked out and they were apologetic and said they would speak to the cleaning staff. In terms of location - the bus, metro and trains was only 3-5 minute walk away. - There are a few restaurants nearby that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as drinks but we mainly went to central. When you check in at the hotel you need to pay their tax which is about €28 and €100 security deposit which will return to your card automatically within 10 days or so.

Clean accommodation, well appointed room and facilities. I used the gym one day and it was clean and equipped for a day's use at a hotel.
