The pool is great. My great granddaughter (3.5 yr) and her mama, my granddaughter, could not get enough of it. The area around the pool is comfy. If you want a sterile Hilton environment, this is not the place. But if you like a bit of nostalgia the Turtle is pure 1950s updated to the 1960s. Location is great, close to the beach, play parks, restaurants, a liquor store, etc. Only negative is that I did not see a smoke/CO detector in the unit - really should have 1 in each bedroom.

Great little motel in Vero beach...just a block away from the ocean. Very walkable and very close to restaurants and shops. Room itself was clean and quite large..a suite really. Pool was very nice and surrounding plants, flowers and trees really made it a quaint oasis. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here before. Was better before a few years ago. The door to the room had parts that didn’t close so it let it sunlight and bugs. Woman’s hair all over the place. Fridge didn’t work well. Dirty bed. Sticky tables and tv remotes. Only pluses are the pool is good and it’s in the heart of Vero and in walking distance to everything.

The Turtle Inn is super cute. Nice patios and outdoor shared areas with lavish landscapes with the beach close. They had some beach chairs you could borrow. This is a great location and a perfect beach vibe for my stay. I will definitely e back.

Nice property. Room was very clean and like having fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Parking was challenging as some parking spaces were "short" for my car. First night stay, there was another guest outside my door talking on phone until 1am when I went out and spoke to her. A quiet ordinance after 10pm would be nice.

The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the old Florida charm.. terrazzo floors, beautiful landscaping around the pool area, your own patio. The beach is wIthin walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Tv was low and wires hanging were a hazard. No heat in bathroom or changing area on ice cold floor no matts. Was not vacummed or floor cleaned or toilet or papertowels apon checking in to room. When i asked for these things i had to carry them to my room myself and towels were left in a pile on table. When i asked for my room to be cleaned it was vacummed slightly still dirty. My feet were black from the floor. The tub was filthy as well . Manager was nice. Otherwise i would not recommend this place at all!

Able to walk to shops . The unit was dirty. There is NO cleaning of your room and I was there 9 nights. There was mold in bathroom ceiling. Wall ac was so loud I could not run it. The window had to kept propped open by a can. Fridge was tiny and barely held anything.

I have booked Sea Turtle in twice for my Dad the past year. When he comes to visit, this is his go-to spot. The location is close to amazing places to eat, the beach and tons of awesome stores. The rooms are clean, and kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans. Staff's amazing, too!

We have stayed here several times and it is such a cute, well-appointed, private hotel. Always spotless, the apartments have kitchens, and family accommodations if you have kids or traveling with guests. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Walkable to all the best shops and restaurants in Vero and a block off the beach. If you want a quiet getaway that will have everything you need, stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

The room smelled like mold as well as dressers so couldn’t use them. Could not open blinds as pool was two feet away and people could see right in. Cleanning was only available upon request. Several days ran out of towels wash cloths etc. owners and staff friendly just not my cup of tea.

We arrived at 9pm and check in went well, they had called and given directions on how to get into the hotel. When we got in the room it looked okay but when we sat on the bed it was so soft it felt like it was caving in. The mattress was so old and they threw a topper on it which was so hot! We spent a misrable uncomfortable night. We finally dozed off at 330am. At 715 we woke and called the desk. We were given 3 room keys to go and try beds, like Goldilocks! One room had a better mattress, not great but better. We hurried and changed rooms. We were told the owner has been told many times about bedding issues! Shame shame shame! We left on the third day in considerable back pain. The staff is trying hard, but it is a terrible situation sleepless in Vero

The proprietor was exceptionally helpful and accommodating - saving my reservation even though there was a miscommunication from Expedia on my check-in date. The location is wonderful - quiet within walking distance to shopping and eating at center beach Vero. The price was very reasonable. I definitely will stay here again!

I left 30 min after I arrived. Room was hot, nobody in office, keys were left in a box to pick up. Would have asked for a refun but it’s “non refundable” plus there was nobody on site to talk to. Seemed unsafe so I chose to leave.

We stayed in the Sea Turtle room. A bit smaller than others, but fully updated with new “split” AC unit, full updated bathroom, doorway to pool and another to our own patio so we could eat in our room or just outside. Barbara, Jane and Celeste were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed 5 nights and would recommend the property.
