I will begin with the good things: The room is very big and comfortable. Bed and bathroom are comfortable. They have a washer and drier you can use for free. Now the bad things: They MUST say they DO NOT have air conditioner in the rooms. Mexico on these days is hot. That was very uncomfortable. They don't have any amenities at all. Fitness room is nothing. hey just have one person at reception. When he goes to the bathroom or to do anything else, you have to wait at the door to go out or get in. It happens to me two times. Waiting for about 10 mins to open the door to exit.

８泊しました。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、部屋もきれいでとても気に入りました。シャワーが不安定ですが、この辺りはどこも大して変わらないと思います。ホテルの中にレストランはありませんが、近所にレストランやコンビニがたくさんあり、問題ありません。また泊まりたいです。

Small hotel in a relatively quiet area. Helpful staff. Easy to get around CDMX from here. Do need to travel to other areas for some of the sights/restaurants but Mexico City is very big! No aircon if you go in the summer! A good option if you’re not worried about it being fancy. Had a well equipped kitchen.

Todo estuvo genial. El único pequeño detalle es que todo el piso en el cuarto estaba ligeramente pegajoso (supongo que por el producto con el que trapearon) y el apagador de la luz del baño sucio de algo que tuve que limpiar.

I really loved having the balcony and large patio doors. It was handy to have a kitchen. I appreciated the quiet very much, and slept like a baby. Thank you to the lovely staff who were kind and friendly.

Efficiency in Polanco. Large clean rooms around the block from the St. Regis. Helpful person at the checkin desk. Not really a hotel, more like an apartment with a 24/7 doorman. The sheets were a tad old but everything else was just fine.

We stayed at MX grand suites for 5 nights and it was a great stay. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Not to add, the super king sized bed was incredibly comfortable! The waterfall shower pressure was also super! The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They ask for / check your room number every time you enter and exit the building so you feel safe staying there/leaving your belongings there when you head out for the entire day. Only minor thing is that the walls are quite thin. On our final night, there was a man who was speaking incredibly loudly on the phone at 4am. This is nothing at fault for the apartment complex though.. just unlucky we stayed the same time as that tenant.

My room was fantastic and a great value. The balcony was definitely my favorite, and I loved that it was easy to walk around or catch an Uber. It did get a little noisy at times, because it’s two streets behind the main street of the city center, but otherwise it was fine. I would stay here again.

Good price for the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and very neat looking on the inside. There was always someone at the front desk who greeted us. Javier also provided us some recommendations for Teotihuacan tours upon request. The location is prime and between the big park and the rest of the restaurants on Rio Lerma. The room is really large; like a small apartment. If you plan to prepare some minor food, there is a kitchenette for our type room. Some things that could be improved: Check-in took a while (over 10 mins), from verification of ID, copying the IDs, filling out additional "paperwork", and payment. We were promised wine when we entered, but none was available. I tried to call the front desk about this, but the phone was disconnected, so I had to go back down, where they apologized and had some delivered later. Some lights had to be plugged in to work, and the shower seemed to leak onto the bathroom floor overtime. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi (which each room seemed to have individual networks), but ours was abysmally slow. Sometimes loading basic webpages took minutes. Overall, a good stay and my family enjoyed it. I wish there was some additional minor upkeep and better internet by the hotel between stays, but overall it was a pleasant experience if you're willing to part with some creature comforts.

Absolutely wonderful place. We stayed in room 102 which was lovely my only complaint. The wi-fi. If you're going to count on that Wi-Fi you're going to have a problem thankfully we have T-Mobile and it wasn't a big deal. We stayed a week and it was awesome

Stayed here for 5 days with my husband while exploring Mexico City for the first time. While this neighborhood wasn't the most lively, it felt safe and the room was a great respite after a full day of activities. The bed was very comfortable for both of us, and we remarked how comfortable the room was in general. I will begin with the good things: The room is very big and comfortable. Bed and bathroom are comfortable. They have a washer and drier you can use for free. Now the bad things: They MUST say they DO NOT have air conditioner in the rooms. Mexico on these days is hot. That was very uncomfortable. They don't have any amenities at all. Fitness room is nothing. hey just have one person at reception. When he goes to the bathroom or to do anything else, you have to wait at the door to go out or get in. It happens to me two times. Waiting for about 10 mins to open the door to exit.

Good price for the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and very neat looking on the inside. There was always someone at the front desk who greeted us. Javier also provided us some recommendations for Teotihuacan tours upon request. The location is prime and between the big park and the rest of the restaurants on Rio Lerma. The room is really large; like a small apartment. If you plan to prepare some minor food, there is a kitchenette for our type room. Some things that could be improved: Check-in took a while (over 10 mins), from verification of ID, copying the IDs, filling out additional "paperwork", and payment. We were promised wine when we entered, but none was available. I tried to call the front desk about this, but the phone was disconnected, so I had to go back down, where they apologized and had some delivered later. Some lights had to be plugged in to work, and the shower seemed to leak onto the bathroom floor overtime. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi (which each room seemed to have individual networks), but ours was abysmally slow. Sometimes loading basic webpages took minutes. Overall, a good stay and my family enjoyed it. I wish there was some additional minor upkeep and better internet by the hotel between stays, but overall it was a pleasant experience if you're willing to part with some creature comforts.

The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean, with good amenities and located in a lively area with a lot of dining options and convenient to Chapultapec Park and many of the museums as well as Reforma. I took off a star due entirely to noise from construction which went on all day and went late and general noise in the area, which was a real issue for me as I was working from there and a light sleeper. I was warned about the construction by reception, but it went later than I expected. It's also on a street that's difficult to get to for taxis/Ubers when there is traffic, which is pretty much always in CDMX. There is a flight of stairs up to reception, which may be a consideration for people with mobility issues, but if you can make it up one flight an elevator is available. Had it not been for the noise, it would've been 5 stars as everything else was great.

Our room was excellent. It was clean, spacious and came with a well stocked kitchen. The location was very convenient with a good selection of nearby restaurants and cafes and close to many tourist spots. More so, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a comfortable and fun stay here!

Javier and all the staff we kind and very accommodating for us English speakers. The room we had was the single king with a great open patio space for fresh air. The entire city is Uber friendly and this property was not too far from the hub of activity. It is also just a few short walking blocks to streets filled with restaurants, taco joints, bars, etc. There is a convenience store just steps away from the property if you need some simple sundries. There are only a handful of rooms in this property so don’t expect a hub of activity and only one elevator so be patient. But I highly recommend this property and will be returning. Muchas gracias!

The hotel was very clean and I liked having a balcony. It was well positioned with plenty of restaurants nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the Angel of Independence. Javier at the front desk is incredibly helpful and warm! I liked being able to interact with the same staff throughout my visit and all staff were welcoming!
