We only stayed one night but the staff were so professional and caring. We arrived at 7am from the overnight bus and staff allowed us to use an empty room to shower and change before we went out on our tour. The next day we had an early start and we were provided with a packed breakfast/lunch as we had to leave before breakfast started. We checked out and left our bags at the hotel until late that evening. Upon our return staff once again allowed us to use an empty room while we waited for our night bus to take us back to Mexico City.

I booked 3 rooms for the family. The rooms were nice and clean. The amenities in the rooms were usual. Unfortunately, there is no pool and fitness room. The staff was attentive and helpful.
