A great hotel with a convenience store in the lobby. Easy check in, nice large and comfy rooms. Laundry available. Close to metro. Housekeeping was so diligent even though I didn’t want my room cleaned, they were very attentive to check in whenever they saw me come out of the room. They were very generous with offering new towels and water bottles which I personally didn’t think was necessary since there was a shared water fountain. The reception was so helpful in getting extra pillows and arranging another room on the same floor when I extended my stay. Would definitely stay again.

The room practically had no ac and that’s unbearable during the summer. The lobby is cold but my room was 84 degrees. When I complained, they brought fans up to the room. They said the central ac is set at that temp. Can’t get relief from the heat. Also, they only have 2 treadmills in the gym and one does not work properly. Hard to work out when competing for the only treadmill. The convenience store in the lobby is very convenient but the staff there were so rude. The front desk were very nice and helpful. They are the only good thing about this hotel. They called cabs for us and had good info about the neighborhood.

The staff was outstanding at this hotel. Check-in was easy, and the front desk was always helpful in answering questions and ordering a taxi for us. The floor staff was just constantly cleaning. The WiFi is a little slow, and was only accessible on our phones through a QR code. I had to use my personal hotspot to access WiFi on my laptop. The twin beds are actually very large, though we had to ask for more pillows (which came VERY quickly, though were much smaller than the pillows on the beds). The bathroom amenities were great and the towels were quite large. The location of this hotel is terrific if you are interested in going to bustling Myeongdong, and it's very close to subway stations as well. We did not eat in the restaurant at all, but we did use the convenience store on the ground floor every day, sometimes several times a day, which was very handy. Overall, a terrific hotel and experience -- we would recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

We stayed at the Nine Tree Premier Hotel Myeongdong 2 for 7 nights at the end of August. The hotel is clean and rooms fresh. The hotel is close to three subway stations (Lines 2,3 & 4) and Myeondong shopping area. Check in was easy and the team had my booking already on the system. The hotel has good facilities including: Coin laundry comprising 3 washers and 3 dryers (though these do get busy in the evenings) and a vending machine for detergent at reasonable prices. The machines take credit cards and are easy to use. GS25 Convenience store, gym, outdoor roof terrace/smoking area, rooftop bar, restaurant Our room did not have a view but we were advised of this at check and it was fine for us as our room was bigger than most. Water pressure was good and the toiletries provided excellent. There was a flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, hair dryer, bath robes. Water bottles are also provided. The beds were comfortable and you can choose different types of pillows. There was a wireless charging pad next to one of the bedside tables and a socket for other devices. Internet connectivity was good. The only (minor) downsides we experienced were: The TV is not a smart TV with no internet connectivity. I would have expected a hotel of this reputation to have this feature. There were not enough sockets in convenient places to charge devices. Also the sockets protruded into the sleeping space. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

The room is clean and spacious. There is also a shared space on every floor where you can use a microwave and water dispenser. A washing machine and dryer is also available on the lowest floor, if you need to wash your clothes. Free lockers are also available for 12 hours which is very useful, as I had a late flight back home and I could use the locker to put my luggage even after checking out. The hotel has two train stations just a walking distance away. The Myeongdong street is also a 10-15 mins walk.

Conveniently located close Euljito station on Line 2, which helps with getting around Seoul m’s major attractions. He hotel staff are courteous. Rooms are a generous size, showers are large and there are water refilling facilities and microwave in common areas on each floor.

The gym was tiny - 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 elliptical and maybe 5 sets of weights.

I would definitely stay here again. Hotel is clean, central and workers here are very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk (maybe one block) from airport limousine bus 6015 stop in front of Four Points Sheraton ( 17K KRW one way). Myeongdong shopping street area is a 10 minute walk. We stayed in the king room which was a good size for a couple. I saw the smalller rooms when housekeeper had the door open and it’s too small for me but still clean. Full sized toiletries restocked daily. Pocket WiFi was available for rent as ours we rented from KT was not working properly. English speaking staff which made things helpful. They restock 2 waters in the fridge daily and there is a store right in the lobby. There is a kiosk you can arrange for bag forwarding service but the limo bus was so easy to do we skipped that. Recommend as it is central but still quiet. 10/10. You could get somewhere else cheaper but you never know what you’re getting. On our last day we put our bags in the basement which has free for 12 hours luggage lockers. Breakfast is available but we did not try it given the abundance of restaurants in the area. The STAR of the show was Haeundae Malji Bakery located on the corner, not to be confused with Paris Baguette. The spread of pastries, sandwiches and salads is insane. They close at 10pm so I would buy an extra pastry/sandwich to leave in the room for the morning before heading out. Def stay here!

Perfectly suited our needs as we needed to do laundry before we boarded our cruise. Appreciated the affordable and large size washers and dryers. We also took advantage of their free locker storage (12 hours!)which allowed us to do additional sightseeing as our embarkation for our cruise got delayed due to fog. The breakfast buffet was a good value for it's variety if you prepaid and allowed us to get off to an early start each day. Plenty of interesting options for dining nearby and attractions to see. Would highly recommend for it's location, amenities , helpful staff and cleaniness. Would definitely stay again!

It would have been nice to have access to a common space to eat, lounge etc. The rooftop garden and lounge were closed for the off season. It's clean and quiet. The location is a quick 10min walk to Myeongdong and there are several subway stations close by.

The 1st level restrooms were filthy. But the hotel is well connected and accessible.

フロントスタッフは大変親切だったが、2日日目シャンプーがなくなっていたりティッシュが補充されていなかったりと、清掃に不備が多々見受けられた。改善されて満点なのに残念。交通の便は良く、駅から近いのは利点だった。

部屋の掃除が少し甘かったのが残念でした。 床に前の方のであろう香港ドルが落ちてたし、お風呂の壁には長い黒い髪が1本…髪の毛はちょっと気持ち悪かった…それ以外は文句なしです！また利用したいと思います。ちょっとタクシーでは運転手さんにホテル名では伝わらなかった時もありました。

部屋の扉が歪んでいるのか、開閉が非常にやりにくかっです。 また、2泊したのですが、ルーム清掃も無く、当然の事ならバスローブ•タオル等の交換もされておらず、ゴミもそのままでした。 フロントに行き交換を要望すると対応していただけたので、事なきを得ましたが。 星4のホテルにしては、非常にお粗末でした。

Location is amazing, close to metro and airport bus stop, walking distance to food/restaurant options and coffee and pastry shops, only 10-15 minute walk to Myeongdong street market area. Stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! Would choose to stay again when we return to Seoul!

I loved this hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I agree with other reviews that states this isn't a 4 star hotel, I'd say it's a solid 2 stars instead. The rooms are outdated, I had spider nets on the walls and it was generally just dusty. However the location is excellent, I walked around quite a bit. I got the room on a good offer and stayed for one night after a business trip so I was satisfied with my stay. As tourists, I don't think anyone spends too much time at their accommodation so this can be a good option, just don't expect too much. I had breakfast too because I had to leave early in the morning so it was convenient but I found the choices to be poor. Also, checking in the room is at 3pm but lunch stops at 2.30pm and they don't offer any other food options apart from the convenience store inside the hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, checking in and out was easy. The walls are quite thin sadly, I had a very noisy neighbour during my stay who was hooting and yelling at 3am, waking me up multiple times so that's something to consider.

Brilliant! Clean to the extent of walking barefoot on the room's carpet (yes, I would never do that elsewhere but this genuinely felt clean). Breakfast was nice with a lot of options, locations is great with Myongdong street market 10-15 minutes walk away and a close by metro station on the inner city green line so access to everything. The GS25 inside the hotel is super convenient and has a WOW pass machine if you went for that.

There was a hair in the bath tub on the first day of check in. Some reception staff were not as polite and slightly condescending when we were asking for directions to the airport.

Zimmer sauber, aber etwas verlebt. Könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Temperatur zu warm (25-26 Grad laut Anzeige), Klimaanlage bereits ausgeschaltet, Fenster nur ein kleinen Spalt zu öffnen.

The room temperature CAN NOT be changed. It’s so call central air system and adjust to cooler temperatures. You need to leave the card key in the slot all day to let the fan run in order to come back to a non hot room and still sleep sweating. It’s unbelievable for summer. When complained to lobby, they said there’s nothing they can do.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The room on the 16th floor had a nice view of Namsan mountain and the Seoul tower. Our visit was in late February, 2025 so it was quite cold outside. However, our room was excessively warm and wouldn't go below 25 degrees Celsius, even with the window open. The queen bed only had two pillows which were very firm and uncomfortable. In the evening, the internet speed dropped to only 10Mbs download which made it impossible to complete some work related tasks. In the morning, it was better at about 100Mbs download.

Gute Lage und sauberes Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr groß, sodass man ausreichend Platz für die Koffer hat.

I have booked 2 standard twin rooms. The hotel has arranged 2 adjacent rooms at the end of the corridor but the last room is super small and the TV is located between 2 beds but is protuding which is easy to bump into. Hard to walk around the room easily. No space to open the luggage. Not aware the differences of 2 rooms and this small room has been allocated to the elderly people. The checkin staff should alert of danganeous for the elder to stay in this room. Also, it use paper cup which is also not envirnomental friendly. Why not use glasses?

AC controlled centrally, rooms were on average 26 degrees throughout the night without a way to cool the rooms down. The front desk offered a fan that helped but did not cool down the room.

Second time staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly as I remembered. Easy and quick check-in. Convenient location to subway and safe walking distance to Myeongdong and surroundings (incl. Gwangjang market, DDP and beyond). The convenient store in the hotel is great for late night snacks run. There is laundry facility and storage lockers in the lower ground /basement floor. There is also a scale in the lobby for you to weigh your luggage. Plenty of coffee places outside the hotel to get your breakfast in the morning. Room is bright, clean and comfortable. Bathroom and towels are clean. Bottled water is provided daily. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul!

This hotel's hospitality is so amazing! There are speaking Japanese and English staffs,so I could comfortaby stay. If I visit Korea, I'll use again this hotel.

My friend and I stayed for 8 nights . The staff was extremely friendly, nice and helpful. Abby went above and beyond to be helpful. Our fight was also delayed and we were still able to check in close to midnight !! I would Highly recommend this hotel ❤️❤️

the room is clean, and the service is good, front desk staff is very nice, but the only one is one day I ask for another pillow and laundry bag, the room service staff send it to our room, he is not very nice and polite, but overall is good, also the environment is quite, but the air conditioner seems didn’t work very well, maybe it is winter, but is kinda hot even we set the temperature to 24℃, but we are satisfied with these five nights :)

Excellent customer service!

We stayed here for 5 nights with family of 3 ( 2 adults and 1 kid, 7 years old) . The hotel modern, clean, and well-located without being noisy. It’s ideal for traveler's who want comfort and convenience without luxury pricing. The cons :The overall experience very impersonal as the service leaned too heavily on automation with limited in person support lacking the warmth or attentiveness expected from a 4-star hotel.Moreover, The room temperature was uncomfortably warm during the hot summer, and our daughter even suffered a nosebleed as a result. We requested the concierge to lower the temperature, but since the hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system, they were unable to adjust it. Instead, they provided us with a small electric fan, which offered little relief.

There was a hair in the bath tub on the first day of check in. Some reception staff were not as polite and slightly condescending when we were asking for directions to the airport.

明洞中心街へは徒歩圏内で駅へも近く ホテル周辺は地元の方たちが利用するような食堂やカフェやコンビニが多く利便性は最高です。 部屋も清潔でスタッフの対応も良く日本語が話せるスタッフも数人いるようです。 加湿器は在庫があれば借りられます。 一つだけ残念だったのは私たちの部屋のドアの建て付けが悪いのか開閉がしづらかったです。

Generally a nice hotel to stay in. Away from bustling myeongdong street. Have to walk quite a distance of uphills and downhills. Plus point is that it is very accessible to 2 train stations one to the north and south of hotel.

Super good location and close to metro station and Myeongdong shopping area. Lots of dining options around, little bars and local eateries just a street away so good. The room is good size and have all and Ohio need. We stayed at 11/F which has a common Mir to wave water machine and ironing facility are handy. Will stay here again next time for sure.

Nice place but don’t buy the breakfast package as it doesn’t make it worthy.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in Euljiro. Es ist ruhiger gelegen, und auch die Metro ist direkt um die Ecke. Uns hat vor allem das Frühstück gefallen. Es gab reichlich lokale Auswahl.

Staff were really nice and corteous . The breakfasr buffet were awesome. We love it ! Our rooms are clean and amenities are available on a daily basis . Perfect location . Our stay went great and would stay here next time we visit Korea .

Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. We had booked our stay to include a daily breakfast buffet. The buffet was great and included a large variety of breakfast items and beverage. The hotel is relatively close to the subway system, which was convenient. Overall, enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Excellent location, close enough to many shopping and dining options (few minutes walk) whilst not being in the thick of it. Nice room with view of the Tower, floor to ceiling windows making it bright. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - a decent selection of options but no variety each day; a maned egg station that only cooks fried eggs (sign saying for “convenience/efficiency”); judicious application of no food removal (even a yoghurt pot I wanted to take to my room as I needed to do a business call). Overall, it won’t disappoint.

Great hotel and amenities. Only complain is the heat was strong and unable to be adjusted. Staff are so helpful and the free storage locker afte checkout was a great service to the guests. Breakfast buffet was a good deal; especially if purchased one day/one night ahead Love the convenience store downstairs and the gym has a great view

Hotel bom, bem Localizado! Academia ruim, café básico mas ok, feito p orientais então pessoas de outros países as vezes sofre! Comprei uma fruta p levar p o café e fui informada q não era permitido o q é um absurdo, visto q viajo c bebês e tem limitações de paladar.
