What a nice little gem! The room had a kitchenette stocked with a fridge, hot plate, toaster, and microwave. Bed was comfy and everything very clean. The pool area was cute and clean. Not far from the Seminole Hard Rock. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Florida motel/hotel, check in was easy, room was clean, bed and linens very comfortable. Our unit had a full kitchen with all of the equipment necessary. Bring paper towels or napkins. This hotel is not a Marriott/Hilton which was exactly what we were looking for, reminds us of the motel/hotels we stayed in when traveling through Florida back in the days. Easy access, extra parking in the back (they have cameras that monitor the entire motel/hotel area). A Publix close by, fast food restaurants and local restaurants. Close but not too close to the Turnpike which also leads you to I-95. We travel annually to this area for NFL Miami Football games and May-Dee Suites will be our choice for the future!!!

This is definitely a hidden gem, the owners have done an amazing job renovating each room, the managers were quick to respond to my texts, my husband was having a cancer surgery at HCA adventura and they allowed me to check in at 11:00 because we were switching hotels and had food that needed to be refrigerated, they allowed me to use the key to the laundry since I was not back to the hotel until after it was locked, the apartment was fully stocked with everything me needed to cook full meals, and it was very relaxing and quiet, the apartment was spotless and beds were very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this place it is much more than a hotel room it is a fully stocked apartment. Thank you for a relaxing home away from home when my daughter and I needed it most!!

Was ok. Just been there one night on a rush. Nice property. Would have been fun to enjoy the pool on the middle of the property if we got time. Well located with a lot of restaurant and other store around. The area seems safe. Look like a mini resort and felt typically Floridian.

Nice feel and very clean. Had everything we could possibly want. The floors being all hard surface meant no allergy issues which is HUGE for me. Check in easy and friendly. Slept like a baby and felt well rested when morning arose. No doubt this will be my first consideration when visiting the Fort Lauderdale area.

Water pressure in the shower was non existent. Our room faced Hollywood Blvd. And we heard all the traffic. The door needs replacing. You can see light all around it which I m sure contributed to the traffic noise we heard. I do give them an A on cleanliness for the room and property. All in all for $75.00 a night it was ok.

Front office staff were kind and helpful as well as welcoming and efficient. Super cute motel style hotel. Possibly a small apartment complex in the past. Clean pool area, room has a spacious living room, nice kitchen area with dining table. Bedroom hass king (very firm) bed, roomy space with full length mirror. Walk in closest and a small bathroom, with bathtub shower that seemed a little narrow. Great space, we would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again. Great place to stay for Hardrock Stadium and Hardrock Casino.

Overall a good value property. It is an older building with some updated furnishings and decor. Bathroom and kitchen were original to the building. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, not a lot of water pressure in shower. Stay here keeping expectations in check for the price and you won’t be disappointed.

What a find. This was like a an apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It was a small property, but I loved this better than big hotel chains. Very Clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. The price was very good. It is walkable to food locations.

Staff were very polite and the suite nice, be a little run down. Needs a little tlc but it was comfy and well equipped. The biggest issue was the road noise. The windows being old just dont block it out. Used it as an over night stay which was fine.

This is our 5th or 6th time staying at May Dee Suites. Our family loves this place. It’s so cozy and spacious enough for our family 6. The “home away from home” feel is what we need with the full kitchen,living room and extra bedroom. I wish the beds were a little more comfortable and the water pressure was stronger but nothing that is exactly a deal breaker. We really enjoy the smaller property. We went to the pool and the guy working in the office brought us pool towels immediately without us asking for them. Things like that may seem small or irrelevant to some but those are the things that make it worth it to us. The price is AMAZING!!! We get a full two bedroom apartment with a couch that turns out into a bed,a full kitchen with a dining table for a price less than one hotel room. This is the first place I look for when we make a trip to Hollywood for our visits to family or any event we go to in that part of Florida which is often. We absolutely love this place. It really is our home away from home.

We arrived from Arizona and stayed on a Saturday night, so we could go to the Cardinals/Dolphins game on Sunday. Both Marvin and John were super friendly, and they each went the extra mile to make recommendations for local eats, and even printed off a list for us. Very welcoming, professional, courteous, and 10 Stars for customer service! The property was adorable, very clean rooms, updated kitchen/bath/floors, with ice cold a/c. Would definitely stay again!

A cute little “old Florida” place. We arrived almost 3 hours before check-in time but were given our key so we could be on our way to the Miami Hurricanes football game. Front desk staff (Linda??) was so friendly and helpful. So close to Hard Rock Stadium! Will definitely stay here for the next game!

My husband and I were going to a football game at Hard Rock Stadium and was looking for an affordable place to stay overnight. To say that we found just that is an understatement. May-Dee was the perfect location. Check-in was a breeze and after the game when we headed into the room for the first time we were so pleased. The room was a great size, incredibly clean and exactly what we needed. Thank you!

This is the perfect "old Florida" place to stay right in the heart of town. Conveniently located near the Hard Rock Casino, shopping at Aventura Mall and Hollywood Beach, yet quiet and quaint despite being on a main road. Staff is friendly and quick to help. We loved the way we were treated like old friends even though this was our first stay. We will definitely stay here again!!

I had done a lot of research before choosing May Dee Suites. I wanted a quiet place with a home feel. I first have to say the suites look even better than the pictures. There clean and spacious. I had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay. May Dee Suites is also in a rather prime location, near grocery stores, restaurants and local bars. The staff is kind and attentive to your needs. I would definitely recommend a stay at highly rated May Dee Suites.

Hollywood Blvd. is a very busy road, traffic noise is pretty loud during high traffic times. It's an older property, but in very good condition, well kept. Checkin was pleasant, Marvin and John are both very friendly, offered advice on where to dine, etc. Area around the hotel isn't overly convenient if you don't have a vehicle, we did find a good place to dine within walking distance, but pretty limited. It has a complete kitchen, so probably good for longer stays. Overall, a pleasant place to stay, and would stay here again if in the area.

Our first time in Miami, came for a concert so wanted to stay close to the Hard Rock stadium & a place where kids could have their own space. It’s older but the property was very clean and well kept. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was super clean, bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Parking is in an alley but close and free, we had no issues. Convenient to anything you need.10 minutes to Hollywood beach. Bout 30 minutes to South Beach. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area & not wanting to stay on the Beach.

Wonderful Florida motel/hotel, check in was easy, room was clean, bed and linens very comfortable. Our unit had a full kitchen with all of the equipment necessary. Bring paper towels or napkins. This hotel is not a Marriott/Hilton which was exactly what we were looking for, reminds us of the motel/hotels we stayed in when traveling through Florida back in the days. Easy access, extra parking in the back (they have cameras that monitor the entire motel/hotel area). A Publix close by, fast food restaurants and local restaurants. Close but not too close to the Turnpike which also leads you to I-95. We travel annually to this area for NFL Miami Football games and May-Dee Suites will be our choice for the future!!!

Front office staff were kind and helpful as well as welcoming and efficient. Super cute motel style hotel. Possibly a small apartment complex in the past. Clean pool area, room has a spacious living room, nice kitchen area with dining table. Bedroom hass king (very firm) bed, roomy space with full length mirror. Walk in closest and a small bathroom, with bathtub shower that seemed a little narrow. Great space, we would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again. Great place to stay for Hardrock Stadium and Hardrock Casino.

We loved our stay! I would stay here again in a heart beat. The location was easy to find and within close driving distance to Walmart. The hotel itself had a great old school Florida vibe that made it feel very welcoming and relaxing. The rooms had amazing air conditioning units and the kitchen came with basic cutlery a pot, frying pan and a sponge and soap Also, they had 2 racks of ice cubes ready for our use!. Jon checked us in and provided a great list of local places to eat and visit. Keep in mind as they are a smaller location they have strict office hours but they can be flexible for odd check in times. Also, Jon provided us with pool and beach towels whenever we needed and the pool on site had a great selection of kids pool toys. The only downside is the pool closed at "sun set" which is fine as A: my kids are hecka loud and B: it got "chilly" when the sun went down (we visited in February). I can say when we checked in the room had a lovely smell of just cleaned. We only stayed for 3 nights so I cannot comment on the cleaning services. If I had to point out a few negatives it would be there was no elevator and the road noise can be loud and the shower was leaky. Just book it! It was a great stay for a good price.

We stayed a night before our cruise. The owner, Ken is nice and welcoming. The room we booked was a king suite with kitchenette so we bought some food to cook from Walmart nearby at night. The suite was cleaned and spacious, a cozy living room with a bedroom. It was late when we got there and didn’t have a chance to dip into the pool. Will come back next time and hope can enjoy the pool in courtyard.

Retro hotel with great staff especially John. It is a truly a fun place which has been updated and is worth the price! Pool in the center is a great way to socialize. Very large suites so you don’t feel like you’re in a shoebox. Full size frig, along with microwave, stove and coffee maker. Loved the walk to Rickey’s a sports bar with great food is only a block away.

What a find. This was like a an apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It was a small property, but I loved this better than big hotel chains. Very Clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. The price was very good. It is walkable to food locations.

We arrived from Arizona and stayed on a Saturday night, so we could go to the Cardinals/Dolphins game on Sunday. Both Marvin and John were super friendly, and they each went the extra mile to make recommendations for local eats, and even printed off a list for us. Very welcoming, professional, courteous, and 10 Stars for customer service! The property was adorable, very clean rooms, updated kitchen/bath/floors, with ice cold a/c. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for thanksgiving week with my husband and two sons. We chose to stay here for the two bedrooms and full kitchen, I cooked a full thanksgiving dinner. Room was fully updated (other than retro pink bathroom). Room clean and comfortable. Only issue, not a major deal, parking (small ally behind the building) and street noise from Hollywood blvd. Located very close to I95 and the turnpike. Walmart, Publix and CVS nearby. Office staff super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again when visiting the area.

This place is a super value - spotlessly clean suite , convenient location (Hard Rock an easy drive) , and very quiet. Upon arrival, both A/C units were set to 61 degrees F. If you want a refrigerated unit, this is your place! If not, I would suggest calling or texting or emailing a request with your preferred temperature upon arrival. Desk agent very pleasant, but the office is not always staffed during check in times. The lounge chair in the living room was super comfy! Stove waaaay outdated.

Furniture and bedding had stains. Bathroom had cracked tiles and floors had stains. It needs an overhaul. Wall AC made lots of noise and started blowing hot air so we tried shutting it off and it kept running. The checkin guy was very nice, but it was loud with people above us walking sounded like they were jumping.
