The pictures are misleading. The coffee shop doesn’t operate and there is no breakfast. The people are kind and they cater to tourist. Washer / dryer / Umbrellas as well. Rooms are adequate but the entire bathroom floor gets wet as there shower pan is not lower than floor. IMO a good crash pad for 1-2 days.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the free washers and dryers, and the ability to drop off our luggage before check-in was a big help. The place was very clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location—right next to the subway and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Located in the centre of a block down a dirty alleyway. HOWEVER, the hotel itself was clean and very comfortable with a very good bathroom. Staff were courteous and helpful. Very close to the subway and many historic tourist sites. Rooftop common area was very pleasant and gave a great view of this busy neighborhood. Recommended for those who require a functional and comfortable room and are not particular about hotel exterior. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful even had umbrellas available for guests free of charge. Laundry facilities available in the hotel free of charge, detergent is free. Subway and bus transportation within a few minutes walking from hotel. Many restaurants and even American fast food close by. Most tourist attractions within 20 - 30 minutes walking distance if you don’t want to use bus or subway. Would stay in this hotel again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Grid Inn. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. The entire team were kind and helpful. Additionally, they helped us booking KTX tickets and came of with solutions. The complementary use of the washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, fantastic location, major sites on walking distance or reachable by public transport that's 2 min walk away. Will definitely stay here again for our future Seoul visits.

Great little hotel tucked away just off main road very close to Metro subway and bus-stops. The surrounding area is full interesting speciality trade shops and street food vendors. Staff were excellent, friendly and keen to help. Free laundry onsite service was much appreciated. Room was clean and at 11 sq metres about standard size for Seoul area - but well organised.

とても感じの良いスタッフ、客室は清掃が行き届いていましたしトイレもきちんと流せます。唯一気になったのはシャワーを浴びた時の水捌けの悪さぐらいですが許容範囲です。11月に泊まりましたが部屋も暖かくベッドの寝心地も凄く良かったです。駅からも本当に近く少し入りくんだ所にあり初日は入って行くのに戸惑いましたが一度慣れてしまえば全く問題ありませんでした。ソウル駅からも数駅と近いですしかなり利便性がいいと思いました。また是非機会があれば利用したいと思います。

I'm mystified by the excellent reviews for the Grid Inn, at best l would describe it as below average. I had a single room which was very 'tired' and in need of redecoration, the walls were scuffed and marked and the carpet stained. The bathroom is essentially a wet room type design, the problem is that the shower doesn't drain very well so by the time you have had a shower the whole bathroom floor is wet. There was also an annoying emergency light above the door, it wasn't properly illuminated but it gave off a blueish glow which meant the room was never completely dark.

立地で選びましたがこの値段で泊まれてとてもよかったです。まずチェックイン前に荷物を預けて出かけたのですが、チェックインをしたら荷物はすでに部屋に持って行きましたと。とてもありがたかったです。シャワールームの扉がないのでトイレの方にまで水が行ってしまいますが、部屋の広さと値段を考えたら全然気にもなりませんでした。スタッフさんもホテルの設備説明を日本語で話してくれたので不自由なく泊まることが出来ました。また泊まりたいホテルになりました。

初めての利用でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。お部屋はきれいに整っていて、とても静か、お隣の音など一切ありませんでした。また、ベットが心地よく、朝までぐっすり眠れました。一つだけ気になったのは、アメニティが置いてあった棚が、ちょっと汚れていたことだけ。セーフティボックスが開かなくなったり、鍵を忘れてドアを閉めてしまったりと、いろいろご迷惑をおかけしたのですが、すぐに快く対応してくださいました。確かにディープなエリアですが、次回も利用させていただきたいと思っています。

Overall not bad for the price. The outlets were not great, and some of them didn't work properly. Little room space but that was expected. The staff there were very nice and kind. The location of the hotel was a little unexpected but once you walk out of the alley way there is a lot of great food places and things to do in the area.

夜のチェックインでしたが、日本語を話せるスタッフさんが受付をしてくださいました！安心！室内も帰って寝る場所としては充分な広さです。キャリーケースMサイズを２つ余裕で広げられるくらいのスペースはあります。シャワーの水圧も悪くないし、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープのアメニティも用意がありました。（歯ブラシは要持参）お風呂とトイレの間の仕切りは心許ないのでびしゃびしゃ不可避です。室内清掃はお願いすればしていただけるし、ペットボトルのお水の補充もしてくださいます。大通りを進んでほんの少し路地裏にあるので、夜道は少し緊張感を持って歩きました。アクセスも良く価格も良心的で不満なく過ごせました☺︎ スタッフさんも柔らかい雰囲気で嬉しかったです…♡ 次回の渡韓の際もここに泊まりたいと思える場所です。

This is a very quiet and comfortable hotel located in a great location. Walking distance to many places like Myeongdong, Insadong, Ikseon-dong. There is a subway entrance near the hotel. The AC is nice. Front desk is always friendly when I come and go. Check in and check out was very smooth. I will stay here when I come back to Seoul again. The airport limousine bus dropped me off right infront the hotel, you just have to walk a little bit through the alley and you're there. My bed was super comfortable and pillows had good cushion. I slept great every night. Lots of food options nearby. Convenience stores nearby too.

I have stayed here before and gave them a better review. The thing is that they were totally inflexible when I asked to checkout just 1 hour after the checkout time (12pm instead of 11am). Even after telling them I had my long haul return flight only at 1am and I would have to be out all day on a very chilly day.

The owner of this hotel is so nice! i felt so welcomed and comfortable during my 10 day stay. The staff were very attentive and the area around it is nice. it is a little bit far out (walking wise) from the central areas but that wasn’t a problem for me. The subway station is right there and there’s an airport shuttle stop right across the street. If you’re looking for budget friendly and convenient stay, i would totally recommend this place!

Room is nice & clean. Room has all we need even if its small. Close to lots of restaurants & easy access to main road for transport. Just have a small alley to entrance though. Wish there is a divider between toilet & shower area. Floor gets wet all over when using shower. Language barrier between clients & one young staff in front desk created bad relations. She was not friendly.

LOVED this stay. Solo female traveller that stayed for two weeks and felt so welcomed by the staff here. Fresh towels every day and bed made if wanted. Free water - even though bottled water in Seoul is cheap it made such a difference! 2 mins walk away from the nearest convenience store which was well stocked. Had a kettle in room and microwave in hallway so if you didn’t feel up for eating out you could make something in your room. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and a comb. Bathroom did get filled with water when you shower but that’s kind of the point of the room - it’s a wet room - so bring a pair of sliders to avoid getting your feet wet. Friendliest staff - would always offer a free umbrella if I didn’t have one due to it being monsoon season! Only downside would be that the area immediately outside the hotel was kind of dingy but never felt unsafe - just smelt due to the multiple restaurants cooking fish outside. Location excellent - one minute away from the nearest subway station which had 3 lines connecting through it, 10 minute walk from the nearest Hanok street and 20 minute walk away from Myeongdong. Also right next to a chain coffee shop for an easy breakfast combined with convenience store food. Overall a lovely stay, good for the price, safe for solo female travellers and would definitely return when I come back to Seoul.

The staff at the Grid Inn were so kind and helpful! The entrance to the hotel is down a busy alleyway with several hole-in-the-wall shops - it can be a little confusing at first, but you're literally a 30 second walk to the subway (Blue Line, Jongno-3), with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around, and is close to Ikseong Hanok Village and Gwangjang Market.The room was small but was perfect for my needs and I definitely recommend staying here if you need a nice central location in Seoul.

地點非常的好，雖然在巷弄內但是巷口馬路就有機場巴士下車處(6002)以及地鐵一號線的15號出口(樓梯)，另一側的14號出口是手扶梯，如果有攜帶行李的人可以從14號出口進出，出站往會走就可以了。這次住在504號房(兩床)，房門口前方走道就有一個微波爐可以使用，房內有一個行李架可以使用，兩床中間走道也很寬敞可以再放一個半開行李箱。房內插座很多(請自備轉接頭)，洗漱用品為旅行組包裝，但每天清掃房間都換補新的，吹風機也不錯用不會很小支，風力也可以👌 冰箱都會提供瓶裝水，有冷氣跟地暖(視需求自行開啟)，電視頻道很多都可以看(不是數位電視，不能看Netflix、YT)，衣櫃空間也剛剛好，每格皆有提供四個一架。床很好睡，枕頭軟、硬各一顆。飯店附近剛好是菜包肉一條街，附近也有GS25跟CU，靠近巷口處也有咖啡廳，整體來講都很棒，會是再度入住的選擇名單之一。

This a great hotel, one of the favourites for us in the whole trip. It is in a perfect location, walkable to many of the top destinations in Seoul and near transit if needed too. It's cute that the entrance is off an alleyway. The room was small, but had everything we needed, and comfortable beds. The mini fridge, the air conditioning, and the rooftop patio were all lovely additions. I just wish the cafe was open earlier in the morning for breakfast and coffee!
