Just a pleasant stay. Staff was nice helpful and polite. My only concern was the ev chargers were out all of them and I had booked the stay around being able to use them. A small inconvience.

Very unhappy in the condition of the swimming pool. It was so murky you could not see in the water to pick up pool toys. My grand daughter broke out in a rash that night after swimming. We had booked this hotel for 2 nights while we visited the Grand Canyon! The breakfast had nothing gluten free to offer and a very plain menu.

The amenities are great and the breakfast every morning was delicious. I love that one night while we had to wash laundry, we drank hot chocolate (courtesy of the hotel) and played cards in the lobby right down the hallway. The kids were also happy with the indoor pool.

Met our needs for a comfortable stay on our trip to the Grand Canyon. We used the gym, pool, Jacuzzi and the free breakfast was a nice addition. It's walking distance to the small town of Williams where they're are historic shopping and other tourists route 66 themed shopping and dining. If you want to be close to major shopping options, then Flagstaff Az, is a better option about 30 minutes away.

I was a little disapointed with our room the door to our room did not lock we got in late abd was to tired to go down and complain so we just used the latch. Had to wait to go on adventure till maintenance fixed it. Frig didn't work they brought up another and it barely worked. There was black and green mold in the ac venting we all now have sinus issues now and being treated. I don't liked to be videoed vaping in my car by staff. Hot tub was gross looking has very dark stains in seating area and pool looked a little oily. I was looking forward to those amenities but chaged my mind. Staff was great.

This was a great experience for us. The hotel is run very well and was very calm and orderly. Everything was clean and well maintained too. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

The hotel was not terrible however the room was not very clean. The comforters had stains on them but the sheets were clean. There were multiple hairs in the bathroom and the shower didnt drain properly.

Hotel pretty nice, although I did find dog food and a piece of cereal in my room still which means it was not thoroughly cleaned, I did enjoy the hot tub and the pool which was very relaxing.

Was very loud and roudy above and around our room till after 11 with no help from staff. Also the associate that handled our initial check in shoukd be introduced to the idea of deodorant. To round this out the internet is genuinely horrid.

Overall, nice. The breakfast they offer is more than yiu could ask for. However, the jacuzzi was filthy. Our room was standard nice but the AC was annoyingly loud. Also, It's a dog friendly hotel. I love dogs but some breeds makes my head all stuffy and that is exactly what I had every morning until we left the hotel and returned when we were back in the room.

The bed was hard but the pillows were even harder. We tried to get moved to another room the second night but they were full. We asked for different pillows but they had none. Based on our 2 night stay in an uncomfortable bed and rock hard pillows we will avoid La Quinta hotels and book with another hotel. The sfaff was kind, the hotel was clean but the comfort was horrible.

Overall this is a very nice hotel. The staff were all super friendly. The room was large and clean except the shower could have used a little more cleaning around the door track. My biggest complaint is that the beds are super hard. The pillows were hard also and the sheets were rough. If you like super firm beds, this is the place to go.

Great stay. Check in process is a little dated. We added a few extra nights on to our stay the same day we checked in. Had to do all new paperwork not a big deal, they also swiped our credit card for the hotel fee's again and gave us new keys so there would be no issues. The computer system didn't pick up on it and the cleaning staff came to our room to tell us we needed to check out. Not a big deal, went down to the lobby and the front desk also didn't see we had already paid to continue our stay. I showed them my confirmation that the room was paid for and explained we did the paperwork for the stay also. ( not sure why they couldn't see it on the system, or pull the paper out of the file) He told me he had to swipe my card again for the hotel fee's, told me it hadn't been done when we paid to extend out stay. I explained it had all been done including the hotel fee's that they swipe separately. He would not budge, so now I have to call to get them removed from my card. The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable, and overall staff was nice. Just a very dated check in system

The property was very clean. Breakfast good. What made it less than what was expected was the coffee and apple juice were watery. The creamer I added was all the flavor it offered. This was so throughout the 21 hrs. we were at the hotel so it wasn't just bad timing. When my wife brought it up to the woman behind the desk the response was a surly, put-offish and a bit offensive...Also, a $6 fee for booking through a third party? What for? Without that site I wouldn't have booked that hotel. That fee gave us the impression the owners were just nickel and diming us (and others) and the watery coffee was just trying to save some money or a very inattentive attendant. Oh, they also didn't provide a printed receipt when I asked for one. Again, I suspect, to save money. Past experiences with La Quinta have been very nice. Not this one. Won't be staying there again. Plenty of options in town.

Stay was prepaid by agent, Orbitz. I informed the desk up on check in and again at checkout. They agreed both times that it was prepaid. I was then billed a second charge. La Quinta was very uncooperative and did absolutely nothing to rectify. I opened a dispute with Visa. I suspect that this happens more than we think. I would recommend staying at another Hotel. La Quinta is not worth the hassle.

Staff was always pleasant and eager to help with questions. Room was kept clean and comfortable with the beds made daily. Made it nice to come back to after a day of hiking around the Grand Canyon you are tired. Breakfast was tasty with options for everyone. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay, just far enough on the outskirts of Williams to be away from the hustle & noise of the I40 & Route 66 downtown area but close enough to reach either within 5 minutes. Clean, comfortable & spacious room. Worth the stay.

Decaf coffee machines did not work for my entire stay, very light colored water came out. After 2 days I asked an employee to check if the machine was hooked up correctly. The employee opened the machine, went to get another coffee box trying to make me happy, came back and told me there were no decaf coffee boxes. That answered why concern, the decaf coffee box inside the machines was never changed while I was there.

Breakfasts were kind of gross, the eggs were horrible, potatoes were cold, and the bacon was also gross. I expect more from a hotel like this one. The room was dusty as if the maids don't do a thorough job. Overall, eh, it was alright but, again, I booked this for the breakfast(s) which were very substandard for a hotel of this stature.

It is a good place to spend a night. Nothing fancy. Rooms were clean. Breakfast could use some help. The area looked messy, and the food offered was not the best. Same things you get in other hotels like this one, just in here it tasted extra cheap. Juices were soooo watered down, same as coffee. Like I said, a good place to spend the night.

Property and room nice enough. Was surprised to see all the styrofoam dishes and cups at the breakfast buffet. Also why not have soap/shampoo dispensers in the rooms instead of all those small plastic bottles? Lots of other hotels are doing better.

Nice budget hotel,very clean, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate with a lot of options. Only complaint is the coffee is truly awful, had to go elsewhere. Everything you'd want or need is within a 5 minute drive. I would stay again. An hour to the Grand Canyon, maybe 45 minutes to Flagstaff.
