Really nice property and accommodations in, probably, the safest part of Guatemala City. Great selection of restaurants in short walking distance. Really close to the airport and they have a shuttle available. Mini bar was convenient when i ran out of beer.

Came in late and unexpectedly due to a late connection. Chose to take an Uber rather than call for the shuttle, but the staff seemed to have been expecting me anyway. Greeted me by name and switched to English when my Spanish got muddled. Was very grateful to have a comfortable place right by the airport when I needed one in a jam. Thank you!

The staff were amazing - they arranged a very early morning shuttle to the airport for us, as well as accommodated our request for a vegetarian meal after 9pm. The room had a balcony that opened out into the courtyard, so it was rather noisy on a Saturday night (nothing that some earplugs didn’t fix).

We stayed here before our flight home and it was a great quick stay. Very clean. Better than the more expensive hotel we stay at down the street when we arrive in Guatemala. The front desk staff was very helpful calling us a taxi for the airport.

Something I didn't like. When I booked the hotel, it included breakfast. They told me it didn't. Later, I found the reservation, and it seemed like it did include breakfast. They apologized, but they didn't pay me for the breakfast I paid for. I tried to speak to the manager, but she never showed up. They stole my money. I don't recommend staying at this hotel. Airbnb is better. I recommend some apartments that are called QUO. 24/7 security.

Everything was perfect, except the checkout process. I would have given a full 5 stars, however my deposit was not reimbursed and my payment actual payment did not process. I really have issue when the convenience factor is messy and I find myself using valuable/expensive working hours trying to rectify something that has always been incredibly simple with every other Bonvoy experience in many other countries we have had. Unfortunate.

I requested assistance in multiple ways from this location and the staff completely ignored my requests in every manner. Due to the company's complete avoidance to assist a guest, I will never stay with any Marriott location again. I found Hotel Biltmore to be a much better hotel, with nice amenities, friendly staff and clean rooms. Their food is also delicious, and I felt very safe as a single American woman inside and outside of the hotel.
