The rooms are spacious. The AC is in working conditions. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The beds are comfortable with soft sheets. However, the music at night is intolerable. Our rooms were in 2 corners and there was very loud music coming from 3 different businesses around. They offer like 3-4 à la cart options for breakfast. Coffee is not great but there is a coffee place next door and a Dunkin Donuts just steps away. It is also close to a shopping center and is not too far from the Oakland Mall. Traffic is pretty bad after 4 pm as the hotel is by the Roosevelt road. Check traffic before leaving as it took us over 2 hrs to go to the Mariflores Mall (Oakland Mall is closer and better). We booked a night on our first day in Guatemala and the last night so we could be close to the airport. We decided to cancel the last night as we wanted to have a quiet night and good sleep before returning home.

Everything about my stay at this hotel and the staff's service was excellent. Cleanliness 10/10, breakfast included 10/10, location 10/10. My only warning: on Fridays and Saturdays, you can hear the music from a neighboring bar, but everything is quiet by 1 a.m.
