Good room given the price I paid and the location. A good 10-15 minute walk to old nice, shops near by and places to eat. The room was quite spacious and clean with a clean bathroom. No amenities but that was expected given the price.

Wifi was not working the two days I stayed here. I had messaged the hotel about this and it still was not fixed. Similar to other reviews, the shower door isn't sealed properly so water leaks into the rest of the bathroom. Besides the two things, its a no frill place to stay. Decent location, short walk to the main street in Nice and not too far from the beach.

The room was really nice and cozy, yet not that clean.(dusty and garbage from previous guests under the bed). The location is good. It is really near the train station and it has good restaurants and cafes around. From the beach and the old town its a 10-15min walk. Staff not that welcoming and never in the reception for assistance. However in general the property is a good option its just needs some more care.
