El hotel es excelente , así como la atención de todo su personal en especial del recepcionista de la tarde , no recuerdo su nombre pero es muy amable .. siempre dispuesto ayudar , e las instalaciones modernas limpias , el desayuno excelente , y lo mejor que hay lavandería a un precio super bajo .. Muy recomendable hospedarse .. Lo único malo es la ubicación del hotel , muy feo el alrededor .. sin embargo cerca del acceso del metro para llegar al centro de roma super fácil ..

The staff were Amazing, Super NICE, the hotels is 4 min from train station, 3 min from supermarket-- the hotel has laundry... breakfast was not good but had GREAT coffee, overall, would def recommend and great price!!

Zimmer wurden nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Toilette hatte leider jeden Tag nach Hundekot gestunken. Frühstück war für uns kein richtiges Frühstück: nur Brot, Omlett und Hähnchenwurst. Weder frisches Gemüse noch andere Lebensmittel wurden angeboten. Ich frage mich, was Vegetarier dort zu Frühstück essen. Außerdem muss man süßes Gebäck und Kaffee bei der Dame an der Theke bestellen , die für uns nicht ganz freundlich war. Positiv ist jedoch das kostenlose Parken in der Tiefgarage und die gute Erreichbarkeit zur Metro zu Fuß. Von dort fährt man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof oder zum Kollosseum. Insgesamt eine verhältnismäßig günstige Unterkunft, die das nötigste anbietet. Wer auf eine gute Unterkunft Wert legt sollte Camplus jedoch vermeiden.

Super Personal. Zimmer soweit okay.Frühstück ist überschaubar. Sehr nahe an der Metro, was super ist und die private Tiefgarage war perfekt. Ich würde wieder übernachten.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean facility. Two floors are being used as student housing but that was no problem. Metro station was a short walk and we were downtown in less than 20 minutes. Area of the hotel was dingy and there was a lot of trash.

Excelente hospedagem! Superou nossas expectativas. Ocupamos um apartamento para 4 pessoas com dois quartos. Tudo muito limpo, organizado, ótimo atendimento. Existe lavanderia completa disponível e academia bem equipada. Restaurante para café da manhã e refeições, muito bom. Recomendo a todos.

Negativ: sehr mageres Frühstück, keine Restaurant, kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, Matratzen durchgelegen, Sauberkeit vom Bad schlecht, Schimmeligel Fügen, stümperhafte Reparaturversuche mit Silikon ( warum macht man das nicht einfach Mal professionell!?) Badenrichtung etwas dürftig und ungepflegt. Gammelige Duschhauben, Seife, Duschgel, Zahnputzbecher, alles liegt auf dem Beckenrand, keine ausreichende Ablage. Keine Desinfektionsspender auf den Zimmern/Etagen. Ekelige Tatscher auf den Türen. Viele Kleinigkeiten die in der Masse einfach ein schlechtes Hotel ausmachen. Schade eigentlich.

Quarto grande bem confortável, boas toalhas e lençol. Limpo, exatamente como nas fotos. Café da manhã gostoso. Um quarteirão tem metro e um mercado. Foi uma ótima estadia.

Das Frühstück war spärlich, es gab weder Käse, Wurst ,Brot oder Brötchen ( nur Toast), nicht mal gekochte Eier, . von frischem Obst ganz zu schweigen. Die Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls alles andere als zufriedenstellend,es gab weder frische Handtücher,noch wurde der Boden im Zimmer und auch auf dem Balkon nicht ein einziges Mal gewischt,also alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were really nice and approachable. The room was spacious, and my request for additional pillows was granted! The receptionists always had smiles on their faces. However, the breakfast/cafeteria staff could have been friendlier and more cheerful. There was no shampoo provided, and the hand gel doubled as body wash, which was a first for me in a hotel. Additionally, even though we placed a note on our door on the first day indicating that we were out and the room was ready for cleaning, it wasn't cleaned. When I asked the receptionist if daily cleaning should occur, he confirmed it should and I reported the issue. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, the lobby staff were exceptional and deserve commendation.

O hotel é bom e limpo, mas os corredores são barulhentos e ficamos em um quarto que era do lado do elevador e de frente para a rua, acho que não tem vedação acústica nos quartos, pois ouvíamos tudo que estava acontecendo do lado de fora e isso incomoda um pouco. A cama também não achei das mais confortáveis do mundo, apesar de não ser ruim. O hotel era bem perto da estação de metrô, o que facilitava bastante.

Everything is perfect, the room is clean, AC is quiet, breakfast is good. Only hick was the students in the campus talk loudly at night at the front court, till 12:30 pm, and sometimes till 3AM. We heard speaker bases from other room in the weekend. Don't forget to bring ear plugs if you want to stay there.

Bon séjour en globale, chambre vaste avec canapé. Seul bemol , la chambre n'est pas bien isolée ni pour le sonore ni pour l'infiltration d'air depuis exterieur. Pour le petit dej est minimaliste. Tranpsort pas loin de station ( 200m ).

Room cleanup was very dismal, no sweeping of the floors and just a quick, wipe down and fixing up the beds. Only brought us two towels per night when we were a family of three. Our mini fridge did not work after repeatedly asking a few times to replace. Requested extra pillows multiple times.

Check in staff is nice though, however, overall experience is horrible. Air-conditioning auto stop at midnight, room temperature at 27 degree . drainage is poor in the shower. housekeeping enter our room without knocking on the door. Even we have told him to clean after we check out, he enter again when we are back from breakfast.

However there was virtually no room for storge of clothes etc. Just a rail with four hangers . We were given more clothes hangers by reception. Bathroom was good with wetroom shower, toilet, bidet, band basin. Everything was clean and modern. Our room had a small balcony with two chairs and table. However view looked over multistory housing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both hot and cold food options, a variety of coffee varieties and a good selection of juices. Check in staff is nice though, however, overall experience is horrible. Air-conditioning auto stop at midnight, room temperature at 27 degree . drainage is poor in the shower. housekeeping enter our room without knocking on the door. Even we have told him to clean after we check out, he enter again when we are back from breakfast.

Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were really nice and approachable. The room was spacious, and my request for additional pillows was granted! The receptionists always had smiles on their faces. However, the breakfast/cafeteria staff could have been friendlier and more cheerful. There was no shampoo provided, and the hand gel doubled as body wash, which was a first for me in a hotel. Additionally, even though we placed a note on our door on the first day indicating that we were out and the room was ready for cleaning, it wasn't cleaned. When I asked the receptionist if daily cleaning should occur, he confirmed it should and I reported the issue. This was a bit disappointing. El hotel está muy bien situado y las instalaciones están en muy buen estado. A 20 minutos en la línea B de metro del centro de Roma y a 3 minutos de la salida de la estación. Y el desayuno muy bueno y abundante.

Zimmer wurden nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Toilette hatte leider jeden Tag nach Hundekot gestunken. Frühstück war für uns kein richtiges Frühstück: nur Brot, Omlett und Hähnchenwurst. Weder frisches Gemüse noch andere Lebensmittel wurden angeboten. Ich frage mich, was Vegetarier dort zu Frühstück essen. Außerdem muss man süßes Gebäck und Kaffee bei der Dame an der Theke bestellen , die für uns nicht ganz freundlich war. Positiv ist jedoch das kostenlose Parken in der Tiefgarage und die gute Erreichbarkeit zur Metro zu Fuß. Von dort fährt man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof oder zum Kollosseum. Insgesamt eine verhältnismäßig günstige Unterkunft, die das nötigste anbietet. Wer auf eine gute Unterkunft Wert legt sollte Camplus jedoch vermeiden.

Das Frühstück war spärlich, es gab weder Käse, Wurst ,Brot oder Brötchen ( nur Toast), nicht mal gekochte Eier, . von frischem Obst ganz zu schweigen. The dining service varied. On Sunday, 4/7, breakfast servers were pleasant. On Monday, 4/8, not so pleasant. Servers should also take guests' allergies seriously. When asked if there were nuts in the croissants, was informed no. When asked what's in one of them, replied Nutella. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant.

I likee that I was able to check in quite early. I did not like that during my stay over a few nights that there were young people making noise in the hallways well past midnight. Last night yelling at 1:30AM. Seems to be mostly college age students that stay at this location. Assume they were drunk or just being wild without caring about anyone else trying to sleep. Also, the breakfast at this location needs improvement. Eggs and bacon cold every morning. So easy to have some type of a heating device underneath the prepared foods. Not much of a selection.

I stayed at this hotel in 2018 and it was a great experience which I loved, visited the hotel 8 years later and the standards have deteriorated, it’s now operating to maximize on profits, had dinner at the hotel one Friday night and we were served cold food, have you ever tasted cold French fries? now you can imagine the standards. The staff has no control over the management, there was sewage smell in the room which was coming from the toilet which house keeping should have taken care of before the room was rented, there were mosquitoes in the room as well, this will be my last stay at this hotel, bottom line, the hotel has too much business based on pricing, there’s no improvement in the horizon. I’m a hotalier myself and switched trades so I have a pretty good idea where my money goes.
