The property was in good location. Right across it is the train station, there’s a grocery stores laundromat and plenty of dining options around the Montparnasse area. However, the hotel is a bit outdated, rooms are small even though we booked a family triple room.They’re doing some construction at the entry way when we stayed there and it’s a bit inconvenient with all the barriers. It has very tight spaces and the only lift they have can only fit 1 person with luggage or 2 persons without luggage. The lift broke down during the day of our checkout and we have to bring our 25-30 kg luggages down their very narrow spiral staircases from the second and third floors. Staff are nice and they speak good English.

Nice hotel in a good location but very old and small elevator that broke down during our stay. The door would not open on the 4th floor :-( But the biggest problem was no Air Conditioning. It was hot, 30 C and the room was facing the street and it really was not possible to spend any time in the room. Sleeping was a problem as well. There was a fan in the room that helped but not much. There were new AC units installed in the rooms but they were not operational at the time of our stay - June 2023

Chambre propre et personnels charmants, malheureusement cela ne compense pas la taille de la chambre ni de la salle de bain, ni l’insonorisation inexistante. fenêtre ouverte ou fermée c’est le même résultat et je peux confirmer que le boulevard est bruyant. The number one benefit of this property is the location directly across from Gare Montparnasse, and surrounded by places to eat and drink, along with some supermarkets. Rooms are not huge, but clean and well presented. We were in a courtyard room - very quiet with easy access. Breakfast was good mix of cereals, French style offering and European breakfast items, plus coffee, tea and fresh juices.

3 night stay over New Years weekend was good. Very close to Metro. Hot water and water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Hassan was a great front desk person. Helped out with our bags. Only downside to hotel: no elevator/lift! 4th floor stairs was a long walk up/down.

The room is small but clean with nice bathroom and there’s 3 steps down from the door to the bedroom. They have free water at the ground floor and there’s option for still or with gas. We have to open the window because it gets too warm at night even though its cold outside. There’s A/C inside the room but they said they dont turn on the A/C during winter or cold weather. Our room is facing the street but it is sound proof. Right beside the hotel is Lidl supermarket where we buy fresh bread. The staffs at the front desk are all very friendly, polite and very helpful. Very good service. The hotel is just across Gare Montparnasse and theres a lot of dining options, and nearby laundromat. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and in Paris. Highly recommended.

重たい荷物を持ち、螺旋階段で3階にまで運ぶのは非常に大変だった。エレベーターのある棟もあったのだが、私たちが泊まったファミリールーム的なところは暗くエレベーターがなくとても不便。しかし、モンパルナスの駅まで近くとても便利だった。交通の便を取るならば、ここは最高なところ。

Personne attentionné et sympathique. Chambre avec des odeurs de renfermé, si vous ouvrez la fenêtre c est pire avec le fumoir en dessous. Chambre bruyante insonorisation pas terrible. Par contre au PDJ jus d’orange et pancake frais et sont faits à la demande.

Raisonnable pour un hôtel proche gare réservé assez tard. Staff acceuillant. Chambre raisonnable. Par contre une odeur très désagréable dans une des chambres. Difficile de la rater. Pour l'instant pas de remise commerciale malgré le désagrément.

Nice hotel right across from the Montparnasse station. Very convenient for any travel. Bistros and restaurants on that street are very touristy and only moderate but there are some great restaurants and bistros with 2-3 blocks walking as well as a street full of creperies that are great. Hotel itself was clean and well kept. Rooms somewhat small but typical for Europe and the bathroom was modern and clean.

The hotel was very clean with a very welcoming staff. The windows all opened which allowed us to enjoy some nice cool breezes after a lot of walking. The large bathtub was very enjoyable and the water gets super hot, perfect for a soak. The hotel is in a nice area. It was quiet when we wanted to sleep but with plenty to do and eat around.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean but didn’t have air conditioning as advertised. There were several signs saying it was being installed and coming soon but we booked this hotel because of the air conditioning. Staff did bring us a bigger fan when requested which made the room more comfortable for sleeping

I am not a posh person like most Americans.. I seek out smaller hotels that just offer the basics, clean, safe, helpful. This one was all of those but my room was really nicely upgraded. Very modern (although that's not always a plus for me lol). The ONLY downside I had, is they used my patio table and sitting area right in front of my room for the staging area for towels, cleaning etc. So if I wanted to sit out during the day, I couldn't. Luckily I only did it in the evening and it was fine. But they should change that.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The check-in experience was very smooth. The only reason I am dropping a star is because the rooms (mostly the doors) let through a fair amount of noise from the other rooms. Given the proximity of our door to the door of another room we could clearly hear their door unlocking and opening which was a tad alarming in the middle of the night. Ear plugs were supplied but I can't sleep with those in.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. We left our luggage without extra charges. The location is very convenient if you are taking trains out of the city from Gare Montparnesse. There are 3 metro lines within short walking distance and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Le séjour a très mal commencé, notre réservation a été modifié et on a été déclassé. On est passé d'une chambre quadruple supérieure avec 2 grands lits à une chambre triple simple avec1 grand et 1 petit lit. Pour compenser ils nous ont juste offert les petits déjeuners. Pas du tout honnête mais pas de choix que d'accepter.

I would have given full scores, but the gentlemen at the night desk was very rude and tried to get my wife to leave her keys when we went out for dinner and was rude during checkout. Otherwise the rest of the staff were great, the rooms were clean and hotel was close to lots of restaurants.

Check in very smooth and front desk let us check in early. Very friendly front desk staff. He gave us free Parisian key chain for 5 of us. Love the location. Gare Montparnasse is just across the street and tons of cafes and restaurants arung the hotel.

The stay itself was great. Location wise perfect for getting around Paris. However the front desk was not friendly or helpful. They wouldn’t listen and wanted to charge us 600 for a room we had already paid for on Expedia. They charged us and then had to refund us when they realized I had paid.

We stayed for 5 nights, and had a wonderful experience. It's extremely convenient to Montparnasse Bienvenue station, (literally across the street). There are plenty of restaurants, a grocery store just up the street from the hotel. The staff were very helpful to our needs.

Some of the upper communal areas needed decorating. Very clean room. Tea making facilities(the Ibis didnt have this). Didnt order breakfast as too expensive. Room expensive but expected in Paris.
