Room was ok. Clean enough for budget accommodation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Linens provided were clean. When we checked the mattress it seemed ok found some crumbs but hey its a hostel. There were all age groups staying there we traveled as a family of five and got a family room with private bathroom. Luggage storage was free and locked. Parking was fine. Amazing outdoor market on Sunday mornings. Conad supermarket down the street. The neighborhood is a bit far from the tourist sights but so many nice restaurants and a Saturday night market along the river. Great budget spot.

I liked the room and the bathroom, it is nice and modern. But the only locker available to lock in my luggage inside the room was broken, and they were only 2 lockers in a room of 4 beds. The night stand furniture next to my bed was very dusty, specially under the desk, and there was no toilet paper. Also, the front desk guy who checked me in only gave me my key and told me the room number, but didn't walked me there nor explain anything about the amenities in the facility. Also, once I found my room, I had to go twice to the front desk to ask him for toilet paper which he handed to me to take it to my room bathroom. I also had to go back, second time, to ask him for a locker, and his response was that there are more lockers outside the room and if I had a lock, which I did. So I went looking for a locker outside my room, but the lockers were all full of towels and sheets from the hostel. In addition, there is no coffee, tea or anything to drink or eat for free. And there is a lot of graffiti and very dark at night in this area where the hostel is located, but lots of transportation available by bus, tram, and train.

Had a great time here for a short trip and highly recommend this hostel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge on the local area and what to see and do in Rome. The atmosphere was great. The hostel is close to Roma Trastevere station and has trams at its door and bus stops nearby. This will be my home when I next visit Rome. Rooms are clean and basic. Linen is provided and you will wsnt to bring your own towel and toiletries. The lockers are outside of the room so don't forget a lock Some of the shared rooms offer single beds instead of a double bunk which is brilliant.

J'ai payé deux fois mon séjour, sans être remboursé. J'ai payé une première fois en ligne sans les taxes de séjour. Puis une fois arrivé, j'ai dû repayer le même montant avec les taxes de séjour en plus. Étonné sur le coup, l'accueil m'informe que le premier montant était pour eux une garantie pour eux si je venais pas ou que j'annulais, et que par la suite j'allais être remboursé. J'ai continué mon séjour ainsi et j'ai aujourd'hui pas plus de nouvelles. L'auberge est quand même bien situé avec la gare de Trateverse à 5 min, et le tram à 2 min qui rejoint directement le centre. Je suis resté 3 nuits et j'étais en dortoir de 8 couchages. Dans les toilettes il y avait toujours des odeurs et les verrous des portes étaient cassés. Et pour chaque lit, il y avait seulement une prise USB et pas de prise classique. Il fallait aller dans les toilettes pour avoir une prise classique.

This was my first time staying in a hostel. Overall I give it 4 stars because it was generally clean and there was AC (I came in August and it’s the hottest month in Italy). I stayed in the 8 person room with boys and girls. Listening to some of my other friends who’ve stayed in many hostel, they pointed out that this hostel wasn’t very sociable. There are common areas for people to mingle, but there are no events or specific meet up times, so it can be clicky. But once the weekend came there were more people so it wasn’t a problem meeting friends. The hostel is right next to a grocery store in case you need basic items, and the hostel does provide food but I didn’t try it since the grocery store was so close. There’s a huge market behind the hostel every Sunday so check that out if you’re around for it. The only part of the staff I didn’t appreciate was that I had emailed them several times before my arrival and they never responded. Otherwise I had a great time here and made some friends that I will never forget!

Close to metro with 24hr check in. Comfortable bed and reception/breakfast area looked nice- but didnt stay long enough to experience. Cash deposit upon arrival unexpected. Arrived late and was brought to room in a building across from street. In the morning went to leave and exited a wrong door in hallway and became completely locked in the building next door- all doors locked to get out and door to get back in also locked. Feared missing my flight. Banged on doors. A lady from a door which opened to a gym on the otherside heard me banging and let me through. Was in a hurry to leave, not sure staff understood the seriousness of what had happened.

Me quedé en un cuarto solo para mujeres de cuatro personas, estaba muy limpio y una ventana que le daba una buena ventilación. Las sábanas estaban limpias, al igual que los armarios. Además, contaba con un lavamanos en el cuarto lo que fue muy útil. El baño era compartido con el resto de la plata, pero en general lo mantienen limpio y lo limpian todos los días, pero a veces se quedaban desordenado. No utilice la lavandería, pero no se veía tan moderna. El resto de los ambientes se ven agradables y con bastante espacio. Un día pagué el desayuno y es bastante completo. El personal es amabale, pero hay algunos que no entienden del todo el inglés. En cuanto a la ubicación, son cuarenta minutos caminando hasta la catedral, pero en frente hay una parada de bus, por lo que es fácil llegar al centro.

The way they treated us was just lovely! My friends and I felt very warmly welcomed and, when we found out they have a foosball table, it really did start feeling like home. It's such a pity we only got to stay there for three days.

The hostel was fully booked, and the four-person room was not available, so I stayed in a five-person room for one night. I was moved to the room I had booked for the next day. Overall, I had a good time in Rome and at the hostel where I stayed for two nights. The hostel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is good. It is close to amenities, and the bus stop, which takes you to the city center, is only 2 minutes' walk away.

Pros: Great staff and location. Cons: the bathroom in my room was cleaned only one time in 3/4 days and guests were also smoking in the room, so no smoke detector.

I absolutely love the location which was central to most of the tourist attractions, and the local shops. The bed were super confortable, clean and the room were spaces. Thankfully i was in a mix dormitory where the people were very respectful. The staffs were friendly and welcoming and the manager was very helpful and professional. Cons: Poor communication and update relating to room reservations. Staff failed to email prior to my arrival that I had to change rooms half way during my stay which was a huge inconvenience. Cleanliness: the cleaners needs to reconcile with some nice smelling disinfectant when cleaning the floor bc of old urin smell and old water. The kitchen staffs needs to make available clean dishcloths and tea-towels to their guest due to high traffic of user's. I would stay there again, but make my own personal adjustments when using the bathroom.

Me quedé en un cuarto solo para mujeres de cuatro personas, estaba muy limpio y una ventana que le daba una buena ventilación. Las sábanas estaban limpias, al igual que los armarios. Además, contaba con un lavamanos en el cuarto lo que fue muy útil. El baño era compartido con el resto de la plata, pero en general lo mantienen limpio y lo limpian todos los días, pero a veces se quedaban desordenado. No utilice la lavandería, pero no se veía tan moderna. El resto de los ambientes se ven agradables y con bastante espacio. Un día pagué el desayuno y es bastante completo. El personal es amabale, pero hay algunos que no entienden del todo el inglés. En cuanto a la ubicación, son cuarenta minutos caminando hasta la catedral, pero en frente hay una parada de bus, por lo que es fácil llegar al centro.

The place was not as expected. The private toilet which was mentioned in the booking turned out to be in the common area which can be accessed by anybody (even by non-residents). The toilet was very dirty and was not serviced on both days of my stay. Their doors didn't have locks lol. The room came with no curtains while the booking said they have curtains. To add on, the bedsheet had holes in it. Do not book this place at all. I have stayed in various hostels and find the standards of a&o the best. I would rather find a better hostel or pay a bit more and book a hotel. I shouldn't have believed the good reviews on this page. Room was ok. Clean enough for budget accommodation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. Linens provided were clean. When we checked the mattress it seemed ok found some crumbs but hey its a hostel. There were all age groups staying there we traveled as a family of five and got a family room with private bathroom. Luggage storage was free and locked. Parking was fine. Amazing outdoor market on Sunday mornings. Conad supermarket down the street. The neighborhood is a bit far from the tourist sights but so many nice restaurants and a Saturday night market along the river. Great budget spot.

I liked the room and the bathroom, it is nice and modern. But the only locker available to lock in my luggage inside the room was broken, and they were only 2 lockers in a room of 4 beds. The night stand furniture next to my bed was very dusty, specially under the desk, and there was no toilet paper. Also, the front desk guy who checked me in only gave me my key and told me the room number, but didn't walked me there nor explain anything about the amenities in the facility. Also, once I found my room, I had to go twice to the front desk to ask him for toilet paper which he handed to me to take it to my room bathroom. I also had to go back, second time, to ask him for a locker, and his response was that there are more lockers outside the room and if I had a lock, which I did. So I went looking for a locker outside my room, but the lockers were all full of towels and sheets from the hostel. In addition, there is no coffee, tea or anything to drink or eat for free. And there is a lot of graffiti and very dark at night in this area where the hostel is located, but lots of transportation available by bus, tram, and train.

I did not like the place very noisy. It was not clean stuff was really rude and they don't actually have access to people who is not able to work. Let's say people in wheelchair further they did not were conscious about the issue that that means. Hated The place I recommend not going to the creep house.

Had a great time here for a short trip and highly recommend this hostel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge on the local area and what to see and do in Rome. The atmosphere was great. The hostel is close to Roma Trastevere station and has trams at its door and bus stops nearby. This will be my home when I next visit Rome. Rooms are clean and basic. Linen is provided and you will wsnt to bring your own towel and toiletries. The lockers are outside of the room so don't forget a lock Some of the shared rooms offer single beds instead of a double bunk which is brilliant.

This was my first time staying in a hostel. Overall I give it 4 stars because it was generally clean and there was AC (I came in August and it’s the hottest month in Italy). I stayed in the 8 person room with boys and girls. Listening to some of my other friends who’ve stayed in many hostel, they pointed out that this hostel wasn’t very sociable. There are common areas for people to mingle, but there are no events or specific meet up times, so it can be clicky. But once the weekend came there were more people so it wasn’t a problem meeting friends. The hostel is right next to a grocery store in case you need basic items, and the hostel does provide food but I didn’t try it since the grocery store was so close. There’s a huge market behind the hostel every Sunday so check that out if you’re around for it. The only part of the staff I didn’t appreciate was that I had emailed them several times before my arrival and they never responded. Otherwise I had a great time here and made some friends that I will never forget!

Close to metro with 24hr check in. Comfortable bed and reception/breakfast area looked nice- but didnt stay long enough to experience. Cash deposit upon arrival unexpected. Arrived late and was brought to room in a building across from street. In the morning went to leave and exited a wrong door in hallway and became completely locked in the building next door- all doors locked to get out and door to get back in also locked. Feared missing my flight. Banged on doors. A lady from a door which opened to a gym on the otherside heard me banging and let me through. Was in a hurry to leave, not sure staff understood the seriousness of what had happened.

J'ai payé deux fois mon séjour, sans être remboursé. J'ai payé une première fois en ligne sans les taxes de séjour. Puis une fois arrivé, j'ai dû repayer le même montant avec les taxes de séjour en plus. Étonné sur le coup, l'accueil m'informe que le premier montant était pour eux une garantie pour eux si je venais pas ou que j'annulais, et que par la suite j'allais être remboursé. J'ai continué mon séjour ainsi et j'ai aujourd'hui pas plus de nouvelles. L'auberge est quand même bien situé avec la gare de Trateverse à 5 min, et le tram à 2 min qui rejoint directement le centre. This was my first time staying in a hostel. Overall I give it 4 stars because it was generally clean and there was AC (I came in August and it’s the hottest month in Italy). I stayed in the 8 person room with boys and girls. Listening to some of my other friends who’ve stayed in many hostel, they pointed out that this hostel wasn’t very sociable. There are common areas for people to mingle, but there are no events or specific meet up times, so it can be clicky. But once the weekend came there were more people so it wasn’t a problem meeting friends. The hostel is right next to a grocery store in case you need basic items, and the hostel does provide food but I didn’t try it since the grocery store was so close. There’s a huge market behind the hostel every Sunday so check that out if you’re around for it. The only part of the staff I didn’t appreciate was that I had emailed them several times before my arrival and they never responded. Otherwise I had a great time here and made some friends that I will never forget!
