This hotel is not up to Hampton standards. The beds are worn out, the curtains are wadded up, the pool was filthy, the lobby carpet was filthy and worn out. The shower was broken and the shower/tub faucets take an engineering degree to work.

Room was good. The only thing I didn’t like was there were no cleaning wipes in the gym. I saw a lady exercise using a provided mat and rolled it up w/o cleaning it. Was it to due not having wipes? I had no wipes after my sweaty workout on the bench with the free weights.

Refrigerator was broken. They do not clean much, snot on walls. Charged $60 for parking without consent. I could have parked across the street for free. It’s so ghetto in the area that the parking elevator had the top floor turned off so we had to go back down and then walk across the dangerous street where there is no crosswalk painted on the ground. I paid $2 for a washing machine on the 6th floor only to realize it is also broken. I am a handy man so I researched the error code and then rigged the sensor to think the washer door was not broken. They know they need new appliances but are too cheap to buy them. *if you use the washer on the sixth floor you have to manually hold the door shut for the machine to even work. They had me going up and down the elevator for them to relay that it was still not working when they said it was. The key card reader was somehow disabled on the laundry room locking my laundry up to where I couldn’t get to it without a bunch of trips up and down elevator for help. Handyman on site NEEDS to tighten up. Quality is in dire need of improvement. Hot tub smelled like pee from little kids unsupervised just peeing in it. Bathing suit also smelled terribly like pee the next day. Low budget cheap quality over priced and scamming tourist trap. (I’m not a tourist.)

First time here, we usually get away this time of year. The front desk staff was outstanding every time. Staff throughout the facility have all been very friendly and helpful. Parking was way better that other places. Being able to have a parking garage and a walkway over the traffic was excellent. Breakfast had a good assortment for everyone. Close to Pier Park, as my wife is an avid David and Buster's fan. We did eat something at the bar as most restaurants were two hour wait. The bar tender was fantastic and the fiod was good. Wife liked having the pool just outside the door, very accessible. Pool was just a litte to warm for our liking. We definitely loved our stay and woukd reccomend this as a place to stay. We'll be back.

Hotel was clean and in a great location. Loved being able to just walk out past the lobby to the pool deck and then on to the beach. Beautiful views. Free hot breakfast was also good and had convenient hours between 6-10 am. Staff was friendly, particularly the one we interacted with at the front desk, Cardinal. He quickly asked if we needed a parking permit for their garage which I was unaware was necessary after I had checked in digitally on the app. Very thankful for his attention to detail. Beds were comfortable and had good pillows. We would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with great breakfast and comfortability. Friendly staff. The hotel was very clean. The pool was nice, but lots of debris in the water. Probably because there was a lot of swimmers. Overall, a wonderful experience that my daughter and I will have. One thing I did not like was the umbrellas and beach chairs are $55. They are plopped in front of our hotel making it seem as though they were part of the property. We were very disappointed in that. Other than that, the hotel was a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. Thank you, Carol T.

The wifi was so slow i couldn't even video chat my kids. The room, 321, was nasty. The floor in the room was almost moist and had some sort of oil all over it. The toilet kep clogging, the shampoo and body washes were empty, the pillows had dirt on them. By far the worst experience especially for our one year anniversary. We will NEVER use you again or recommend. Breakfast and coffee was amazing.

Our room was absolutely disgusting! When asked by the front desk how everything was I told her it was dirty and smelly. She said she’d send housekeeping. We had been gone so when we returned I let her know the room was available. They never showed up. They continued to text me and said she send the head of housekeeping. They never came. Fast forward to day 2, a regular housekeeping day. Towels were refreshed, beds were made. No other cleaning was done. The whole time we had a dirty smelly room with no body wash or conditioner. We ended up getting some from the store. Room had dirty walls, doors and floors. It smelled like chemicals, either some gross disinfectant or maybe bug spray. I’m thinking we got a pet room or something. We did not have a pet with us. There was obvious mold in the bathroom around the grab bar and under the sink ledge. We obviously couldn’t cancel at this late date. We stayed gone as much as we could and didn’t get to enjoy our beachfront balcony that we paid extra for. Customer service and housekeeping scored a negative number! The only bright spots were that there plenty to do in Panama City so we were able to stay gone except to sleep but woke everyday with a scratchy throat from whatever was in that room. Breakfast was satisfactory and they changed up enough to not feel like it was exactly the same every day. The lobby area was clean, too bad the room was so horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! DIRTY SMELLY ROOM THAT MADE ME FEEL SICK TO BE IN!

This hotel is not what it used to be. We stayed here about 3 years ago and it was fine. This time not so much. The hotel looks dirty and old. Our room had many dirty parts and we even found hair in the shower from the previous guests. The glass door to the balcony was dirty, and it had hand prints. The sheets on the beds had old stains in them. Maybe time to replace them? Overall it felt like we stayed in an old hotel. The only good thing was the ocean view, but that’s it. I would stay out of this hotel next time we visit. Not worth it. Even the employees at check in and out were not friendly at all. Didn’t even greet me as I approached the counter. Not a good experience. :(

Property has too many issues, bathroom door is rotted bottom, tub not cleaned just rinsed, shade next to bed had numerous holes, Air conditioner not really cooling it too all night before it cooled room. Carpet sticky not clean, pillows all flat been around for years need replacement. Mattress very uncomfortable sheets were clean but not soft. I would Not ever recommend this hotel to friends and family ever.

Check in took awhile there was one clerk on duty and the person in front of us was upset/ demanding something took forever. The door to room was heavy to push open infact I thought there was something wrong with it but the view was great.

The room was beautiful, the beach view was everything. The balcony made our stay amazing! The blanket had a stain which was fixed immediately, that is the only thing I can possibly complain about . The staff was amazing and I loved that we could walk out the back door to the beach !

Decent selection for the free breakfast buffet area however repeatedly all three days of my stay the hot food was cold. The eggs, the sausage, the potatoes, all cold, even though they were in supposedly heated pants. The bed was not very comfortable at all, and the ice machine on my floor was broken the entire stay

The Good: beach access. Pool. Hot tub. Pretty clean. Staff was great! Walking distance to the pier shopping and next to Diego’s Burrito bar. Complimentary breakfast was actually good. 24 hour coffee bar. This is for family vacations and folks looking for a weekend to let loose. This is Not for a quiet relaxing stay at the beach. The Bad: The beds are ridiculously uncomfortable. I have no back issues. No surgeries and am in great health. I woke up every morning in agony and needing to stretch it out. Not sure if all rooms have adjoining rooms but ours did and we could hear everytime our neighbors opened and closed the door. We also could hear their conversations. Bought a box fan at Walmart on day 2 which worked well to mask the noise. Overall the stay was good. Nice hotel. Just not what i had in mind.

We were to stay at a resort 2 blocks down my friend had reserved that turned out to be a big disappointment. I told my friend I'm going to Hampton Inn and Suites as I KNOW we will have a nice room, great service and delicious breakfast. Not disappointment and told her I LOVE Hampton Inns and Suites!! Cardinal at the reservations desk is exceptional too!!

Check in was very iffy. They kept telling us our room wasn’t ready, yet every person who came to check in did so immediately. We waited over two hours. I do understand check in is at 4, however why was everyone else’s rooms ready but not ours. Desk clerk rolled her eyes as if we were a bother when we asked when ours would be ready. All other staff was very nice and friendly.

The service from everyone was impeccable. There was plenty of food at the breakfast buffet, didn’t run out of coffee! All the employees are well trained as well as very friendly. The only complaint I have is the wall plugs in the room. They have obviously been used a lot, so when plugging a cord in, the fit is not tight as it should be. Change out the wall plugs.

The staff was fantastic. The staff member that had the coffee going in the morning and watching the breakfast area was fantastic. Breakfast was hot and plenty of variety.
