K Tower Boutique Hotel By Lucerna

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The hotel itself was really clean, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. Being an adults-only hotel made the experience even better, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop restaurant; the views were stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the heated pool was a fantastic feature, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a swim regardless of the weather. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived in the lobby, the staff were very warm, inviting and friendly. I would like to thank each person of the staff for an excellent experience. The property was very clean and organized. The Spa was also an experience that we will never forget. The rooftop sushi was fantastic. Both swimming pools were clean and again, the staff was so friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely be returning to K-Towers. We absolutely loved it here.

K tower has become our favorite place to stay when we come for the day. Rooms are fantastic, clean, new, and up to date. I’ve stayed two times already and already looking to Book my third. The complimentary breakfast is a plus and you can’t go wrong with the upstairs pool and bar.

We love K Tower, by far the best hotel in TJ. Always quick and friendly check in, staff is friendly and attentive.

The bed was comfortable & the rooms were spacious.

The room is great and the staff is incredible helpful and kind, the only bother is that there is a night club or loud restaurant on the rooftop and our room was just below it And it was really loud So come and stay here just ask no to be placed at the 6th floor

The room was perfect, really big and the bed was very cozy and comfortable, sheets and comfortable were so soft and I wanted to take them home, the bathroom had lots of lighting, It even had complimentary drinks I think 6 mineral water, couple of sodas one beer and a juice. Only thing it did not have was a coffee maker. The Staff was extremely nice and helpful, always wanted to please you, Highly recommend this Beautiful Hotel.

I didn't like that you can hear everything from the bar i was one floor lower you can hear everything i checked out the following day 1 day before my check out when i completed the front desk lady told me sorry we have a bar upstairs we can't do anything about it so i just left with losing a night i paid for.

This was an amazing stay. Room was luxurious but more importantly so comfortable with every amenity you could want. Champagne and tarts are check in and every employee welcoming and kind.

The hotel has nice decor it is in a good area near many restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly but we asked for towels three times and we did not receive the towels. Also, the walls between the rooms seem to be paper thin. We could hear everything that was happening in our neighboring room.

If you want that next level chic style room,, this is the place. imagine high end Las Vegas vibe room. the staff is very professional as well. Its very clean, secured, quiet, and relaxing.

I wanted to splurge on a nice hotel and this was one of the most expensive ones in the area. I was a little disappointed that it’s really not anything special, it’s the same as the Lucerna hotel that it’s attached to. You have to walk through the Lucerna hotel to get to the Ktower hotel. It’s not marked at all and kind of confusing to get there. The person who checked us in was a little condescending, possibly because I was in my carhartts and not nicely dressed as other guests were. He gave us some flat champagne and little pastries that had been sitting out all day, and our room had chocolate strawberries that were welded to the plate. Those were the only things that stood out. Everything else was like a normal hotel, you could stay at a chain hotel for cheaper and get the same or better perks. The jacuzzi and pool are on the roof inside the sushi restaurant where people are eating inches from the pools, so we didn’t feel comfortable to get in our swimwear and dip, very strange choice to put restaurant tables that close to the pools. For the price of the hotel room they also nickel and dime you for little things, they give you two small bottles of water in the room and the mini fridge is locked with a key. Hotel feels very dated. Was probably a nice hotel in the 1980s. Definitely not worth the high price tag! I won’t be spending money to stay here again

Está bien, solo que al salir no me pudieron ni cerrar mi cuenta, ni expedir factura. Me dijeron que hasta el día siguiente por la mañana lo harían. Nunca me había pasado que no me pudieran cerrar la cuenta en el momento que hago check out.

The K-Tower staff were fantastic. Everyone is so warm and friendly. I actually felt like i was reunited with family. Nearly all of the staff recognized me from my previous visit and welcomed me with warm greetings. Thank you for an excellent experience. I look forward to my next stay at K-Hotel.

I booked a premium concierge room but there was no concierge or concierge level and all the rooms in the facility are premium the person that checked me in sent me to a room that was occupied and when they finally gave me my room there was no apology no perks nothing this place is a real rip off

I was charged double ! When I was at the hotel I notified them about the charge they said it was a deposit but my card was charged for the “deposit” and I never got my money back and fighting with them to get it back is impossible

Property was beautiful but the hotel receptionist was so rude.

The only bad thing is they don’t offer any upgrades or extras to VIP members not even what’s expected

I really enjoyed my stay here. I’ve stayed next door at Lucerna and hands down K Tower was worth the upgrade. This was close to my surgeons office which made convenient. This was my first time traveling alone and I felt safe. No issues except the glass door was not locking and I called the front desk and they had someone fixing it within 30 minutes. I look forward to staying here for my next visit to TJ.

Perfect location in TJ. 5 min from plaza Rio for shopping and 5 Min from lots of fine dinning choices

Best place I've ever stayed, they treat you like family. The $30 breakfast buffet is totally worth it. They had menudo, tamales, carnitas, egg omelett, oysters, ceviche, chocolate aguelita, coffee, a person passing around preparing alcoholic drinks, desserts and so much more! I don’t think anyone in the states can top then in their service or food. The restaurant wasn't located on the k tower, it was on the first floor to the side in main lobby.

A bit pricey, but I have to say the stay was wonderful! I have to say the staff is amazing from the greater to the person that helps with luggage to the bar tenders. Oh and The Italian restaurant was my favorite!
