Good sized room, very clean, excellent breakfast, plenty of parking spaces and nice outdoor seating. Very convenient for sight seeing around Norfolk, providing you have a car, as I don't think public transport options are so easy.

Friendly welcome, plenty of free parking, quiet area, spacious room, comfortable bed and clean good sized en suite. Good choices for breakfast. I've booked again for 3 nights in December as I was so impressed.

Good value for money, extremely clean and very friendly. There is a also crockery and microwave in the room so it's possible to eat in. The village pub does not do food, and the take away/ restaurants do not have good write ups. Recommend bringing a picnic. Breakfast was well cooked with local good quality ingredients.

This was a one night stay for work. I was in room 8. Met by Jaqueline, who text at the start of the day to ask what time I was arriving and then called me when I was 6 minutes away. Breakfast (included in the price of room) is not served until 7:30am, so I could not have it due to my work commitment - would be useful to post breakfast times on post for venue. Room was really comfortable, spacious, TV was good , Wifi was okay. Ensuite was lovely. Free parking. In room 8 there was a fridge and a microwave along with a plate and cutlery. Plenty of tea and coffee with kettle as well.

This was my second stay. Really friendly welcome. Excellent level of cleanliness Really nice touch having a kitchenette (Rm1). Really comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast. Staff aware of food allergies. The only negative was that the room wasn't as warm as I'd have liked (the cold blooded reptile I am!) And the shower doesn't have a great deal of pressure, but those are minor points. All in all, I love this place and have booked for 3 stays next year.

It was a big room and very comfortable bed. All very clean and the staff really helpful and friendly. The walls between rooms were not very soundproof unfortunately, with bathroom/water running next door a bit disturbing.

The room we had, room 4 was superb, large with a window view over looking fields and a view into the distance. Large room very comfortable beds, two wardrobes, tv and every tea and coffee you could want. Breakfast was superb!

Stayed here for two nights while taking BOSIET course at nearby Petans training centre. Very comfortable room and facilities, good breakfast, quiet and dark in the room. Curry house at the end of the road was very good, pub within walking distance and only 10 minutes from the airport. Would stay again thank you.

Lovely property. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast choices. Comfortable, clean room with tea, coffee etc, fridge and microwave. Let down by the bathroom - a poor design - the floor flooded each time we used the shower, no matter how careful we were. ( Nothing the owners could do about this, but unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am each morning by the early risers with heavy feet in the room above ours. We’d ask for an upstairs room if we stayed again).

Although there was no-one on hand when I arrived, I had previously had a message to advise this and giving me all the information I needed to access the property and my room. The setting for this property is lovely, I stayed in the guest house but there also cottages. My room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the included breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked. I was only staying for one night and took advantage of the Indian restaurant within walking distance for evening meal. Be warned though, the walk back was very dark, take a torch! Definitely recommend this property.

Friendly & courteous welcome at reception. Room was well equipped, clean, warm (ideal for a winter stay) with wndows that open if required. Microwave as well as kettle supplied and a litre bottle of water! Full choice for Breakfast was included and cooked fresh not a buffet type! 2nd time of staying and will use again if I am in the area or using Norwich Airport - Short Taxi ride. A relaxed,quiet atmosphere - very comfortable stay.

We cannot fault the service we received. Michaela communicated with us before we arrived to ascertain TOA. When we got there she was enthusiastic, friendly and professional. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Exactly as it looked on line. Breakfast was hot, well presented, and we were greeted by friendly staff as we entered the dinning room. We would choose Church Farm for any future visits to Norwich.

I was late arriving, but the communication and direction from Jacqueline was perfect. Probably the most peaceful night sleep I have had in a long time. Everything was taken care of. stunning cooked breakfast with plenty of other options. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Norwich

The hotel is set in wonderful settings, looking across arable fields. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable throughout. All the staff were pleasant and polite. The English breakfast was freshley cooked to order and catered for my Gluten Free diet. Ideal for touring all the sights of Norfolk. Happy to stay there again when I visit the area.

Very comfortable and very well organised B&B - I was staying on an overnight from the airport. There's a nice curry restaurant just along the road. A little longer walk to other restaurants and so on in the village. The airport is walkable on a decent day, a couple of stretches without pavement, took me about an hour. Taxi was £11.

The hotel is set in wonderful settings, looking across arable fields. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable throughout. All the staff were pleasant and polite. The English breakfast was freshley cooked to order and catered for my Gluten Free diet. Ideal for touring all the sights of Norfolk. Happy to stay there again when I visit the area.

Good value for money, extremely clean and very friendly. There is a also crockery and microwave in the room so it's possible to eat in. The village pub does not do food, and the take away/ restaurants do not have good write ups. Recommend bringing a picnic. Breakfast was well cooked with local good quality ingredients.

I was late arriving, but the communication and direction from Jacqueline was perfect. Probably the most peaceful night sleep I have had in a long time. Everything was taken care of. stunning cooked breakfast with plenty of other options. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Norwich

Breakfast included in price was usual fruit, cereals and fruit juice followed by a full English breakfast cooked to order served hot with toast (better than the usual buffet style that is often on offer in other establishments) Plenty of Parking space available. My 3rd stay and no doubt will come back sometime. The cost was reasonable and overall excellent value. Enjoyed my short stay.
