Our actual room was across the parking lot, in another building. The bar and restaurant offered great food, beverages and good service. This is a great hotel with a ample amount of hot and cold breakfast items, but the actual quest room was minimal, e.g., the twin beds were very small by US standards, no extra amenities, just the basics.

Easy check in experience & useful online check out. Spacious comfortable rooms that benefit from being in a building distinct from the restaurant & bar which creates a quieter environment. Great location and very easy to find, and park. Will stay again.

Room ventilation problems - no working fan in bathroom with mould growing on ceiling. Lots of condensation even when opened windows. Breakfast cheap and ok. Large portions, little fruit, warm drinks cold, juice very diluted

Based on the pictures I have expected a much nicer hotel / stay. I did not feel welcomed by the staff, morning when arrived for breakfast, hardly any food and drink left. No refill. I had to ask for still water as well. The room looked extremely dated. The walls were dirty. It was a very basic hotel which I found expensive after all.

Very tired looking room which needed repainting. Chipped drinking glass. Bed very comfortable and the heating/air conditioning worked really well. Close to Stirling City Centre and an excellent location for touring around the area. Food in the restaurant was satisfactory but served on chipped plates. Service excellent.

Lovely stay , lovely staff , food was really good. Air conditioning was non existent, which made the first night difficult, with young kids. The room could do with a freshen up , walls were dirty , other than that room was fine , would be good if the park had more things for under twos , but overall we were happy with our stay

Stayed there a few years ago and found it 100% But this time room was the same no problem But found it to Be very under staffed in the bar area / food serving we had a complaints about food no body was really intrested as we ordered fish chips and peas only to find the peas were over done not fit to eat and only a teaspoon of them the only thing the staff said was it’s portion control……. Then walked off !!!!!! With no interest at all , so won’t be stoping again .

Check in was a disaster because they couldnt find the info from Expedia. I thought it wasn't really MY problem since i showed proof of payment but they made me wait 30 minutes until they could find the info. Hotel room was OK. Food at the restaurant was quality. Some staff were not great but others were fine.

Hotels.com had bit transferred my payment to the hotel so initially we were not allowed to access our room. Thanks to very helpful manager Matt we who sorted the muddle we were able to get to our room. All fine in the room and friendly welcome.

Stay was okay. Hotel is definitely well worn. We had multiple issues with the toilet, it was suggested it was because we were not from the UK, but we have both traveled out of the county and have not had issue with the toilets. The bathroom in general was in need of some repair, towel bar broken, toilet seat ill fitting. We were booked into an accessible room and we did not need it, the bathroom is basically a wet room, which was a challenge. We asked for a different room but there wasn’t one available. We attempted to contact the front desk by phone several times, there was no answer. When we went to the front desk, we were given prompt service, which was appreciated. It’s okay for a quick stay.

Booked an accessible room, upon arrival told there isn't one available. Had to wait 2hours with a 4 & 6 yr old to get into our room at 9pm. Staff did there best but were slow at sorting the issue out.

Overnight stay before attending a family function. Good accommodation although the hotel is a little 'tired'. Plenty of EV charging points in the hotel car park and at the nearby Stirling Park n Ride hub. 👍

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at Marsden's. Spacious room, very clean & comfortable. Good shower, plenty hot water. Coffee, tea provided in the room. Our meal at Marsden's restaurant was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff ensured our visit was comfortable. Good access to buses which we used to & from Stirling. Nice quiet location close to motorway.

What a fantastic location,the whole stay was Excellent,food was very good and the room was fantastic we had a super stay. The park and ride service to get into the city s a very short walk away....Brilliant

My family and I enjoyed our one night stay and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fine and having the pub on the same site was useful as we had had a long drive up. Our only criticism was that at breakfast in the pub , my daughter was charged £1.50 for two mushrooms as an extra on her beans on toast- when queried, we were told it was 75p per mushroom. We had not been told this at the time of ordering and felt we should have been made aware of this as it would have been cheaper for her to have the full breakfast instead.

The stay itself was ok and good value for money. Meal was good enough however breakfast in the other hand was q complete shambles. Waited qtleast 10 mins for someone to comw to front of house for us to be seated. Had to swap seats at the table as the ones at the table were unclean and very stained fabric. Then when breakfast arrived a few items that were meant to be on the order were missing whicb we had to wait to ask for qgain as no staff readily qvailable. Some of the items that wer wavaolable were rock solid possibly over cooked i the fryer??

Nice and modern but there was a leak in the bathroom. Facilities were good. Service at the adjoined bar and restaurant were awesome and really engaging, probably the highlight of the stay. Would definitely stay again.

It's a budget chain but it's as good as many "fancier" hotels. The room was warm and clean. The toilet had a loose seat but was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was not included but was very reasonably priced and well above average in relation to quantity and quality. Staff were really pleasant and operated. The manager looked a bit casual for a person of his position - he woildnt have been the most identifiable staff member in the restaurant if you needed information. That aside he was very pleasant and thecrestaurant seemed well run. I would be happy to make a return visit.
