Check in was efficient and cordial. The room was pleasant and all of the room services worked fine except the door needed a slam to latch. Beds were comfortable to me. There is a Love's next store and despite truck parking behind the property, it was quiet. Pool was small and a little cloudy but otherwise fine. Breakfast had good hot portions (potatoes, waffles, eggs,meat, biscuits and gravy and onion/peppers on the weekend). McDonald's is next door but otherwise not many eating options nearby except for a fantastic restaurant that serves a coal fired oven artisan pizza. I would definitely stay again.

Property and rooms are clean. Stayed here for the weekend and nothing worked. The elevator was broken, ice machine broken, vending machines not working and they ran out of towels. Not to mention it was a football tournament going on that weekend so I had to listen to kids playing in the hallway at night. Nothing special about the hotel but it served its purpose as somewhere to sleep.

The nearby truck stop is very convenient and there is no noise interference. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The best part, the pool is much warmer than average. The pillows in the room are also very nice and a definite step up from most hotel pillows I’ve used.

Super clean, wonderful room and great breakfast. Front desk staff at times did not exist, saw people waiting for 10 minutes or so to be helped. THE VENDING MACHINES DID NOT WORK, YOU HAD TO GO NEXT DOOR TO A GAS STATION? THERE WAS NO WATER AVAILABLE?

the wifi was not working, the pool was cloudy and dirty, rude receptionist, tractor trailers parked outside and running all night. Air conditioner was very loud when came on, poor lighting in room.

Staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. No complaints there. Breakfast was ehhhh. Which was sad for me since we were there for a big trail race. Hotel had a “clean on the surface but dirty underneath” feel to it. But the kids had a good time and we were there for one night. Not a bad stay but could have been better

Easy to find. Convenient to interstate. Great view from window of wild flowers field. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Clean. Staff very nice. Cons: A little bit of semi noise from the on ramp. Overall we’d stay again.

First room had noisy neighbors. I requested a room change, which the fellow at the desk expedited quickly and efficiently. The tv in the second room had no service so the same guy came to the room and took care of it. The next morning the tv was again out of service. The desk clerk came to the room and took care of it after about 45 minutes. All in all, an okay stay.

We thought this was going to be a one night uneventful stay. The accommodations were very nice and more than met our expectations. But, the night following our checkout, I realized I forgot my pillow! I called the hotel, they located it in their lost and found and after providing a postage paid label returned it promptly to me. So happy to have such good service after the sale!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights on a holiday weekend. It was fine. It got the job done. When we had a maintenance issue the front desk staff came quickly and addressed the issue effectively. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. The pool seemed all right but was smaller than the pictures depict. When we walked around the hotel with our dog there was quite a bit of trash, even next to the grill area and in the landscaped areas. We did not have a good experience walking in the parking lot.

We lost power at 9 o'clock in the evening. We had no power all night. No lights no anything. We couldn't contact anybody to see if the power will be restored. Nobody answered any phone at the desk. It was a terrible night trying to sleep we. Left it 3:30 in the morning. And nobody ever said sorry that we lost power. We didn't get to have a breakfast that was included. Very very disappointing! My wife and I feel we should get some kind of reimbursement for paying for very little!

Property was very pet friendly and had easy booking during my long drive bringing the family pets home from our overseas tour. Booked online while in the parking lot for easy check-in. Went inside, but nobody was at the counter for about 5-10 minutes. When the representative did arrive, he checked me in quickly, but when I went back downstairs to take the dog out for a walk, he said my card did not save and requested I scan again. Other than that, visit was pretty flawless. Staff was friendly and check-out was easy.

Many choices for breakfast. Really liked the option of sauteed peppers and onions with the scrambled eggs and home fries. The whole hotel had a very pleasing and soothing aroma throughout. And everyone, from the service desk (Kushi?) to the lady servicing the buffet were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Wouldl definitely stay here again!

Great location! Located right off the highway and conveniently located beside a gas station. There's a small 24hr McDonald's as well. Ample parking, friendly staff, very clean hotel, and you're provided with hot breakfast. The pool was nice and relaxing as well.

We stayed one night at this hotel to attend the Polar Express event. The breakfast was decent, although there wasn’t enough gravy for the biscuits, which was a bit disappointing. My daughter doesn’t drink juice, so we had to improvise by finding some milk from the cereal station for her, which worked but wasn’t ideal. Unfortunately, we left right after breakfast due to inclement weather, Overall, it was a fine experience, though a few small improvements could make it better.

Great stay over all. When we first arrived the front desk could have been more welcoming. The rooms seemed clean. The breakfast hot foods need to be refilled faster. Lots were empty at 7:30. The lobby smelled like weed when we first checked in. Would possibly stay here again if the price was decent.
