Beautiful property, I was very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of this hotel, very comfortable beds and pillows, it even had a small terrace and a hammock, very quiet, you can listen the waves crashing. The breakfast was excellent, the beach is not the best, many rocks, but it was calm and we were the only people on the beach. The upstairs terrace is absolutely amazing, pool, lounge chairs and swing chairs. It will be nice to have a bar and little something to eat at night, but there are many restaurants and bars in the area. We are very pleased with our short stay, we will come back next year.

The owner were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. We have two nights planed at Isla Mujeres, but in fortunate just one night in our beautiful house at ICACO - next time i would without doubt book all our nights at ICACO. You have this beach house vibe and at the same very beautiful decor! Along with great service from the staff/owner, makes this at dream stay. ICACO is placed 1-2 kilometres from down town and main beaches, but you can easily come around by golf cart (and also park at ICACO).

My stay was just I needed. This is a small well kept boutique that appears to be family run where they are available at all times for anything that you need. The roof deck while small was very tranquil had a small pool that turns into a Jacuzzi and six or seven last year that were peaceful, great place to relax Very happy with my experience there

It was a romantic place. We had a great view of the ocean! But the best spot was the rooftop! We were there on our last day and spent the entire day there! The pool with its view is stunning!!! The beds were relaxing! The outdoor shower, cool enough to ward off the hot Mexican sun! It is a beautiful location with a friendly staff and great breakfast!!

Before even arriving the customer service was excellent and it didn’t end there. The hospitality at the reception desk was top notch and the breakfast service was incredible. The small boutique hotel is quiet and nicely placed next to a beautiful little beach. The room was very well kept and very clean. The rooftop pool and lounge area is definitely a nice touch. The one thing people should keep in mind is that renting a golf cart is probably a very good idea due to the hotel’s proximity, or lack-thereof, to other establishments. With that said, we will definitely be back there again.

Gracias a todo el staff, la pasamos excelente. Nos ayudaron a rentar un carrito de golf 24hrs, se los recomiendo mucho. Nuestro cuarto era como una casita con vista al mar que tenía todo equipado para pasar un fin de semana en Isla Mujeres! La ubicación no podría ser más perfecta. Todo nos gustó. Ufff también el súper desayuno que nos trajeron en la mañana, la decoración, la alberca en el rooftop. Muy privado, muy limpio, PERFECTO!

Very nice place. Everything has this nice island vibe. Got served fresh fruit, juice and yogurts every morning. There is parking for your golf cart or scooter. The main city area is a 15 minute walk. I have done this a few times to get my steps in. However I usually just use our rented scooter.

Nice room. Breakfast provided every morning was very good. Rooftop deck and pool are very nice. Location not the best but taxis are readily available. Bathroom is not great for privacy with just a glass door but my friend and I worked around that.

Location is just closer to the downtown area but cleanliness was the main issue. Look great on pictures but not so much in person. Shame it’s not taken care of properly and needs a fresher look and better quality of cleanliness.

The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming. I truly felt at home during my stay and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We liked the balcony with the hammock and beautiful view of the ocean. It felt very private and unique compared to a traditional hotel or resort. The shower could have had better water pressure and the tv did not work throughout our stay. Overall a very nice place with wonderful staff.

The property is very neat and clean. There are only 7 rooms. We didn't hear anything from anyone in a neighboring room. The room was as pictured. We did enjoy the breakfast as well. Beach towels are available also. When we arrived, the reception host walked us to our room and did a quick tour. I saw several reviews about the shower pressure. There was no issue with shower pressure. It is coming thru a conch shell - I've never had a shower thru a conch shell and consider it unique and tropical vacation experience.

We liked the balcony with the hammock and beautiful view of the ocean. It felt very private and unique compared to a traditional hotel or resort. The shower could have had better water pressure and the tv did not work throughout our stay. Overall a very nice place with wonderful staff.

Overall great property. Some road noise and the hammock beating on the patio due to heavy winds. Breakfast was great and nice to have room service daily.

Location a bit too far from downtown core and North beach and located too close to busy noisy road. Room have a nice touch of natural stone, beds not too comfortable and the 2 double beds are too small for sharing bed with anybody but children Great continental breakfast served by nice cheery ladies who will always accommodate reasonable requests.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming. I truly felt at home during my stay and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

The owner were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. We have two nights planed at Isla Mujeres, but in fortunate just one night in our beautiful house at ICACO - next time i would without doubt book all our nights at ICACO. You have this beach house vibe and at the same very beautiful decor! Along with great service from the staff/owner, makes this at dream stay. ICACO is placed 1-2 kilometres from down town and main beaches, but you can easily come around by golf cart (and also park at ICACO).

Loves my stay at Icaco! I was looking for a quiet birthday getaway and the property met my expectations. I didn’t check in until dark and when I asked about getting a golf cart, they had someone bring the golf cart to me directly. Breakfast, location and view was perfect! I would recommend it to ANYONE and will definitely be back :)

This is the most beautiful amazing place on the Island; people that work there are incredibly amazing and helpful. They brought us breakfast in the morning, helped us rent a cart when the town was busy and even gave us a ride to the airport. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Before even arriving the customer service was excellent and it didn’t end there. The hospitality at the reception desk was top notch and the breakfast service was incredible. The small boutique hotel is quiet and nicely placed next to a beautiful little beach. The room was very well kept and very clean. The rooftop pool and lounge area is definitely a nice touch. The one thing people should keep in mind is that renting a golf cart is probably a very good idea due to the hotel’s proximity, or lack-thereof, to other establishments. With that said, we will definitely be back there again.

Location a bit too far from downtown core and North beach and located too close to busy noisy road. Room have a nice touch of natural stone, beds not too comfortable and the 2 double beds are too small for sharing bed with anybody but children Great continental breakfast served by nice cheery ladies who will always accommodate reasonable requests.

Gracias a todo el staff, la pasamos excelente. Nos ayudaron a rentar un carrito de golf 24hrs, se los recomiendo mucho. Nuestro cuarto era como una casita con vista al mar que tenía todo equipado para pasar un fin de semana en Isla Mujeres! La ubicación no podría ser más perfecta. Todo nos gustó. Ufff también el súper desayuno que nos trajeron en la mañana, la decoración, la alberca en el rooftop. Muy privado, muy limpio, PERFECTO!

Very nice place. Everything has this nice island vibe. Got served fresh fruit, juice and yogurts every morning. There is parking for your golf cart or scooter. The main city area is a 15 minute walk. I have done this a few times to get my steps in. However I usually just use our rented scooter.

Nice room. Breakfast provided every morning was very good. Rooftop deck and pool are very nice. Location not the best but taxis are readily available. Bathroom is not great for privacy with just a glass door but my friend and I worked around that.

Beautiful property, I was very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of this hotel, very comfortable beds and pillows, it even had a small terrace and a hammock, very quiet, you can listen the waves crashing. The breakfast was excellent, the beach is not the best, many rocks, but it was calm and we were the only people on the beach. The upstairs terrace is absolutely amazing, pool, lounge chairs and swing chairs. It will be nice to have a bar and little something to eat at night, but there are many restaurants and bars in the area. We are very pleased with our short stay, we will come back next year.

I had a wonderful stay! The oceanfront location was peaceful, and the hammock on the private patio was the perfect spot to relax while listening to the waves.
