Parking is limited. Only evenings and weekends are free if you find a space on the street, but it is downtown across from a sports arena. Otherwise you have to pay to park in the garage or pay valet. We did not learn about the parking issue until we arrived. Staff was friendly. Definitely a fancy hotel. The lobby floor permeated a strong old-lady perfume smell that gave my hubby a headache, but thankfully the floor our room was on didn’t have that awful smell. The pool and hot tub were very nice, although the pool was cold. The pool area has a shower/rinse area which was a great perk! Room was clean and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. Water was warm to hot, no cold. Breakfast was real food cooked by real people with staff waiting to take your dishes and wipe your table when you finished. Very nice experience.

Reason for choosing this hotel was because the amenities for sauna and hot tub. Neither was functioning. Also the maintenance on our room. No shampoo in shower. Also there was underwear left under coffee table. Needs more of a through clean

Facilities were pretty nice. Gym was great with updated equipment. Parking is pricy and a huge inconvenience. Staff at check in weren’t as nice as members from the Norman and Loveland locations.

Room was good; breakfast was good; service was great; street noise was troublesome. Ac in room would not shutoff unless temperature was raised. Either the room was too cold or too hot. Hot tub was out of commission. Pool looked a little dirty.

The pool was broken so it was freezing. We went as a family to hang out and swim and it wasn’t awesome, to the point we didn’t swim and it wasn’t as fun as we hoped.

Nice hotel downtown! Free breakfast and a restaurant and bar available is always a plus! Parking is the downside because you have to pay and it’s kind of pricey.

The Civic Center is directly across the street so if you are doing anything there it's perfectly located. Being a downtown area, there is nothing going on after 4 pm or so on week nights or weekends at all. We didn't see any food options within walking distance but there is a restaurant onsite. Parking is available across the street in a garage (kind of expensive) or on the curbs around the building (free although it says 2 hour parking during business hours, don't know if the parking people come by to check/ticket). Overall, a really nice place to stay - rooms were clean & have a nice layout.

Room was dirty and not what we wanted. Beds uncomfortable, terrible view, poor use of space in room. Parking was confusing, inconvenient and cost $$. Breakfast was great! Staff upon checkin was very rude. We will never stay here again. Bathroom has mold and floors had hair on them! It was gross!

Very unsatisfied with this hotel. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was for the complementary happy hour and restaurant. The staff were great in these areas. Absolute worst part of our stay was a hotel staff swooping into our room and seeing my naked 6 year old daughter. No knock it care to see if the room was occupied. We had the TV on and kids being crazy. It was not quiet in our room. Other cons: -Sticky floors -Linens and trash all throughout the halls. I couldn’t even get the luggage cart down the hall without hitting sheets and trash. -Room telephone didn’t work -No fitted sheet. Gross. -No sheets provided for pull out couch -No towels at pool -Only 2 towels in room with 4 guests

Very nice hotel with new fixtures. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very large with a seating area and desk. The linens were good quality and the bathroom was a nice size. The toilet is VERY VERY LOW which isn’t great if your knees don’t work well. The laundry had 3 washers (unfortunately they are front load) and 3 dryers, they require an app to use them, the app requires a minimum of $10 to be added but a load of laundry only cost $6 so I’m not sure how to get the remaining $4 back. It seems like a bit of a scam.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff I interacted with were also great. I was on my own for this trip and I also felt very safe. The breakfast in the morning was much better than most continental breakfasts. The only downsides I encountered was a lack of Smart TVs in the room and expensive parking.

Logistically this place is a mess. At check in, I was informed they don't honor hotels.com checkout times or other info listed. She said they are wrong, and brushed it off like no big deal. a. room keys didn't work, had to reprogram them, still had issues after b. elevator was out - long waits c. they over booked other guests d. no internet password provided, had to walk down and get it, no one answered the phone after several calls e. breakfast was nice, but no flow, people bumping into each other f. $6 bottle water in the room, even down stairs g. lack of staff at check in Other than that the property was amazing and located in walking distances of downtown attractions.

At check in the front desk told me that engineering said they could no longer provide box fans. That made no sense to me, as I’ve never heard of such a policy. When I accidentally left something very expensive in the room, I tried calling the front desk for multiple days with no answer. I finally reached out through the Expedia app and was told nothing was found in the room. I know for a fact it was left there, and when I repeated that, I was met with, “as previously stated, nothing was found in your room.” Very unhelpful and frustrating, especially after trying to get in touch with someone for two days. If nothing was found, where did it go? Did it just disappear into thin air? I was hoping the hotel could hold it for me until I passed back through a few days later, but instead I was met with terrible customer service and complete dishonesty. We will not be staying here again.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to assist our hockey team of 18 families by assisting us with getting an area to watch team film. We have stayed before and they are always extremely impressive. I cannot say enough great things! We will now stay there anytime we’re in Amarillo!

We got to the property around 10:15 after a 12 hour drive with a 2 year old. When I went to check in I was told there were no rooms. Turns out they were still cleaning a bunch of rooms and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes before a room was available. There were a lot of other people waiting too. The communication and service was awful.

Breakfast and all staff at that time, was great as usual, only issue was the guy bar tender was a bit of a jerk, ignored us while we waited for drinks. Later in the evening there was a lady bar-tender working alone and she who was so nice, attentive and sweet.

We got a nice spacious suite, great for the price. The telephone wasn't working when i tried to order room service or request shower gel. It was hard to reach the staff. The staff was helpful and the food was great once i got ahold on them.

The room was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Facility was nice. The reasons for the poor stars are; 1- No soap in the rooms and when I went downstairs they stated that they were out of soap. So we had to go to the store and purchase soap for our family. 2- We went to the restaurant for dinner. We ordered the tenderloin medallions and shrimp appetizer. It took them 55 minutes to get the food out. The place just opened and at the time we were their only customers.
