I didn’t like that the room had a broken barn door for the bathroom that made it uncomfortable to sleep if my roommate had to use it or me if I had to use it. The hot tub wasn’t working and it was disappointing because I was looking forward to using it. No complimentary meals of any sort, like the others Hilton’s offer.

Staff and room quality were great , however the day we stayed the restaurant was closed, and since we do not drive at night we got stuck there without dinner. We tried to enjoy the hot tub but the water was so hot that it was not possible. Everything would have been excellent if the amenities they offer would have been available.

I like that it was in a quiet location and close to places I was needing to get to. Staff was average. Parking was full by 8pm. Housekeeping was every other day. Wasn’t quite what I expected.

I was really impressed with this hotel. It was a great loacation and it was really well maintained. I was traveling with my two small dogs, so in a pet friendly room and i did NOT smell urine like I usually do in pet friendly rooms. The staff were friendly and accomodating and the room was comfortable and clean. I reccomend this hotel. The little onsite restaurant was really good and the chef was really friendly. The onsite store was helpful too. Got a nice bottle of local wine that I enjoyed. I was able to do laundry at the hotel for a reasonable fee which helped too.

Very well maintained location. Very late room. Only downside is the highway noise which is very noticeable and we received no housekeeping so our trash cans were overflowing and we never got refresh of coffee in the room.

Nice looking and large room, but a couple of issues. Shower floor tile is very slippery when wet. Carpet in room was dirty and overdue for cleaning. Quiet despite proximity to freeway, easy access to property

Nice and efficient people at the front desk, but housekeeping didn't come by once in three nights' stay. I am not fussy about re-using towels, but not to have the K-cups re-stocked, especially after a request on day 2, was a problem. Fortunately, the front desk was nice about it and had some on hand.

The first room I was in 205 there were dead bugs all over one of the beds. I had to pack up myself and my two kids at 10:30 at night and move rooms. No compensation for the inconvenience. Just a sorry and you can move rooms. Other than that the stay was okay.

For the price it lacked some amenities. The Wi-Fi didn’t stay connected for long went out every fifteen minutes or so. The tv was awful, no smart tv, so couldn’t stream anything.

Very convenient location. I thought the freeway noise would be a problem, but it was not -- nice thick windows, very quiet! GREAT bed/ bedding. The morning kitchen staff was super nice about making a protein breakfast I could eat (no wheat, no dairy) for ~ $10. Very spacious room with a very good desk setup for working / taking a few meetings. We did not use the spa/ pool, but it looked very nice.

The barn door sliding bathroom door fell off its rail. Could hurt someone for sure. Plus, the bathroom door didn't close all the way leaving a gap for your partner to "hear your business." Three legged refrigerator would tilt forward when you opened the door dumping out contents. The shower door kept opening while showering (I guess it was mounted level. Best of all we had was a view of the rooftop and cooling vents

It was so quiet other places you can here doors opening and shutting. Sometimes showers next door. The rooms were so sound proof. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. I would recommend this place hands downs and would stay everytime we head that way.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we were offered a snack while waiting. Our suite was gorgeous with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I stay in Olympia quite often and look for the best deal with the best amenities. By far, the Hilton stood out. Friendly, helpful front desk from the minute I walked in as well as service in the bar/restaurant. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely be back

We arrived at the hotel and their check in system was down. I had to fill out my information even though I checked in electronically prior to our arrival. I wasn’t even told about if breakfast was available for the next day. Was very disappointed thinking I could get food in the morning.

Everything about this hotel was great. My team stayed there during a baseball tournament, and they took very good care of us. William at the front desk was amazing at check-in and helped us throughout our stay. He made this experience great from the hotel's perspective. I highly recommend this hotel for any stays in the area.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We arrived late and didn’t wish to go out to get something to eat. Even though the restaurant was closing, the night restaurant manager told us they could fix something for us. Not only was the food delicious. It was prepared and served with a smile. Also, there was an issue with our room and the staff bent over backwards to make sure the problem was taken care of and were very gracious whilst doing so. I don’t think I have ever been so pleased with hotel staff. They should all be commended.

Check in was a nightmare Alexis at the front desk was rude and very dismissive I asked for early check in so I got to check in late the app told me what to do and she was rude about it and had no idea what I was talking about.

Room was not ready upon arrival. I was told 5 to 10 minutes, it was an hour. Then was told I already was given the keys. That was not true, and had to argue about that. Room was clean, but bed is so high I could barely get in to it. Freeway noise was bothersome as well. I just was generally unhappy with the whole experience. Will not stay here again.

The property was very neat and convenient. I would like to see breakfast included if you stay overnight, like many other hotels. The price was not a match to the properties that offer an included breakfast. Higher price, then charge $16.00 a person for a breakfast.

Staff was great. Breakfast was disgusting and overpriced. $16 for less than what you get free most places. Even the staff says it’s over priced and the food is as they put it “edible” since they started their new menu. Spent2 different times there this last month service great quality and price terrible Won’t be back

Hotel is great, staff super friendly upon check in. Room was clean and big, bathroom and shower nice and clean. Downfall for us was arriving after 10 hours of driving and having no open restaurant. Restaurant is promoted on the website. We were very hungry and ended up having to order out. Was told by the staff that since it wasn’t busy the evening before they decided not to open it tonight. We were not offered any compensation for this. Also we’re told to make sure everything is locked up good as there were homeless people in the area.
