Great overall hotel! One issue was having to park in the very back of the building, but not having a door to get in back there, and having to walk all the way around to the front, in the dark, with my elderly friend.

This hotel is immaculate. The property is beautifully landscaped. The front staff was very friendly both days. The room is super spacious and clean. The gym and laundry are 24hrs. The pool, hottub, and adjoining bathroom with shower are very clean and they are salt water so there’s not an overpowering chlorine smell. The breakfast had a good selection and was kept well stocked and clean all the way to the end. Would stay here again!

Go to hotel while visiting family in Olympia, Lacey & Tumwater. Convenient, newer of the hotels in the area with free parking, indoor pool & hot tub. Along with breakfast buffet included.

We chose this hotel specifically for the pool, but the pool heater was broken so the water was too cold to swim. Also, the TV remote did not work. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Quiet hotel with every amenity you would typically require including free parking and pack n plays upon request. Expensive for what it is (in my opinion) I want impressed with the bed, linens, flooring and curtains for this price point. The curtains don’t close, just a roll down situation. Staff were awesome. They allowed me to check in 20 minutes early and called me by my name my entire stay. My children really enjoyed the pool. The main areas and room itself appear to be extremely clean. I would stay here again if the other comparable hotels were the same cost.

A few times now the parking lot has been full with no place to park. This makes for a negative experience, even if everything else is 5 stars. Why is the parking lot so SMALL? Other than this we do like it.

John and the staff were fantastic and made the entire stay welcoming and enjoyable. Hotel property was extremely clean and inviting. Breakfast had an assortment of options and was delicious. Room was comfortable and clean. Gym was spacious and had everything we needed for a solid workout. Absolutely zero complaints. Wonderful hotel!

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in years, which is my #1 rating criteria! Room was clean, lobby was clean, pool and hot tub were clean. Really close to the highway, and the traffic provides a nice white noise background. Firm spring mattress left me with a sore back, and the shower head was really corroded and sprayed all different directions. But otherwise, I was very happy with my room. Handy pull-out shelves by the bed and in the bathroom to give you more space for travel items. Grocery store across the street for easy food options.

The hotel lobby, common area, and room was clean. I appreciate the coffee station that is always available. Their breakfast was one of the best included breakfasts. Every staff we've had encounters with were helpful and friendly. The only bad thing was the bed/mattress was so uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in it.

Our fridge didn’t work. So, the hundred dollar pizza order, and leftovers for the morning, got thrown away. Staff member at desk didn’t seem to care about it. Other than that, it was clean. Except for the dining area downstairs. They had a large group of people that were obnoxious. They were sneezing and hacking all over the lobby.

I overall enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. They had a really great breakfast and we used the pool everyday. We parked in the back of the hotel one night and my car got broken into and ransacked. Who ever did it took all of my personal information and money I had in my glove box as well as personal items. I would be cautious about where you park and don't leave ANYTHING inside your car.

Everything was good, clean and specious room. The property was well kept. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was great! The kitchen staff was very friendly and made sure to greet you and kept the food fresh and well stocked, they made my mornings actually. Our room was perfect, microwave, fridge and such..but the beds weren’t comfy. There is a homeless camp across the parking lot, maybe 100 yards away. Across the street there is a Safeway, but right in front is a city transit stop. There were was some sketchy business happening there. Had we known these were the surroundings, we would have thought twice about booking. All was pretty much perfect except the beds and half mile exterior radius.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable for our family of 4 and quite possibly the quietest hotel room we’ve ever been in. We usually need loud white noise to drown out hallway noise when we stay in hotels but it was entirely unnecessary here. Location was convenient and it was great to have a grocery right across the street as well as several decent restaurant options.

Great breakfast selection. Gym was well taken care of and had variety. We were close to a lot of shopping and food but still felt tucked away. There is a large homeless camp a block away but we never encountered anyone while we were out and about. We felt safe. Easy on and off the highway.

Close to several restaurants, across the road from a Safeway and a Starbucks, and only about 3-5 minutes away from an excellent coffeehouse called Fog&Fern. Staff was friendly, the ice water dispenser was kept filled (very convenient, we were there for a soccer tournamenr), and I really liked the daily choice questions.

The stay was fabulous. We have stayed in about one dozen hotels in the last couple of months while traveling for baseball. This hotel has the BEST BREAKFAST of all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The beds weren’t great but the food made up for it.
