1 night stay before an orientation at NW Missouri State. Mozinga Lake is beautiful, the area around hotel is very quiet. Location is rural but it’s just a few minutes to drive into town. The rooms are slightly outdated, dark carpet, etc. however, it was one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever been in even in a 5 star hotel. there is no elevator in this hotel, which wasn’t a problem for us, but could be a challenge for some. It was very quiet and we honestly didn’t even see/hear other guests at the hotel even though the parking lot was fairly full. Very restful experience! The breakfast was grab & go (as expected) nothing fancy. We ate at the A&G restaurant in Maryville. It was excellent.

Very nice. Quiet, in a country setting with a golf course on the property. Also Lake Mazingo recreation area is next door with boating, camping, hiking etc. this area is very nice. The restaurant in the adjacent event center is nice and has a nice bar. Along with the golf course, there is a pro shop onsite, all of this is in one location.

It’s just about perfect! The only thing missing is a pool & hot tub, but they make up for that with a great view of the golf course & lake, clean, modern, & comfy rooms, free breakfast, & free lemonade & water with snacks in lobby at all times. I give this place 5 stars!

Was not thrilled that the hotel does not have an elevator to the second floor. Not ideal to carry bags two flights. There was no air in the hallways a fan was set up to blow down the hall. The assistant manager who checked up in had her kids behind the front desk and then one ran up and down our hall multiple times and was very distracting during check in. Was interesting to see the following morning the entire staff eating breakfast in the lobby including both managers and all of housekeepers we had to wait to sit down it was so full. Definitely not worth $200 a night in my experience. Very much a 1 star experience. I would add no elevator to your website I would not have booked if I knew.

Beautiful setting on the golf course. Discounted price on Expedia for a an Executive King room, clean and comfortable room on the end of the hall, early check in was helpful, and very nice staff. Only negative comment was that the back hallway steps and landing had big clumps of dirt on them. Other than that it was very clean! Coy Williams Restaurant next door was very good and convenient for Sunday brunch after church.

Seriously, one of the cleanest and most well kept properties I’ve ever stayed at. The cleanliness was at least equal to luxury brands like the Ritz and Hyatt Regency. Beds were quite comfy. Breakfast was basic; very limited which was a bit disappointing. Why don’t hotels serve bacon anymore? Overall, would definitely stay again.

We arrived late so we ate in the lobby. Nicely appointed and clean. Staff was friendly. Lobby was soon overcome with the smell of weed. It also permitted the front stairway. Our TV did not work and when I brought it up to the clerk she gave me a remote that didn’t work either. She offered no other help. I suggested she take something off the bill.

I love the location of the hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is quiet most of the time. I have had no issues when staying here. I have stayed several times now. The only thing I think is needed is that they need to update bathrooms. This property is beautiful!

I got double charge for my booking, I made the reservation through Expedia and I got charge the full room price on the CC I gave the clerk when I checked in, call 3 times and all 3 times they claimed the manager wasn’t in and that I will get a call back and never heard from anyone

First be aware that that there is no elevator, so if you enjoy dragging your luggage up 2 flights of 20 stairs, then this is the place for you! Our room was great, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was pretty standard and tasty. However, upon returning to our room on night 2 at midnight after celebrating my son’s wedding, we were ready to fall into bed. But our card keys for the room wouldn’t work. We paid for 2 nights and our stuff was still in the room. So my husband went to the front desk, and the lady gave him new cards. Then those didn’t work. She then brought up the master keys cause it was getting ridiculous at that point, but nothing worked! After 20 minutes of this, she finally calls the assistant manager who says that they will be there within 20 minutes. 40 minutes later she arrives and walks by us in the lobby saying sorry we’ll get this checked out. 10 more minutes and she comes to us saying oh it was just the batteries in the door going bad. Would you like me to change them now or just wait til tomorrow so you can go to sleep? We’re like, really?!! No apology and she offered us 2 free drinks for our trouble. Crazy

This is my 2nd year in a row staying at this hotel. It’s so nice, having a great hot breakfast and fresh hot coffee all day and lemonade all compliments of hotel. I play on the amateur players tour and this is one of our two day tournaments at Mozingo lake golf course which this hotel is on the grounds. Will be looking forward to next year there too.

Beautiful area for a hotel. Clean, bed was comfy, bathroom door was very awkward-opened into room. Sink was outside of bathroom-not crazy about that. Breakfast needed a lot of work, pretty poor.
