Will not stay there again. First impression of lobby and staff was good but too many issues to go back. Water pressure in room was low and drain plug was broken and would not hold water. Security lock on door that allows you to open door a few inches was broken. Breakfast was disappointing. Always had to ask for coffee when out. Fresh fruit one day out of three. Pool was so cloudy and dirty you could not see the bottom. No paper towels or soap in lobby bathroom even when I told front desk. Staff did not seem to care about how clean the halls were. One plus was we allowed a late check out.

TV in room would not go black when turned off. I had to unplug it and when I plugged it up the next morning it wouldn’t work at all. No coffee in the morning in the dining room and no attempts to arrange other means of providing coffee in the dining room. No air conditioning in the hall ways or elevator and it was hot that day.

The shower did not work. The fridge had a terrible stench, it was unplugged and the outlet was not easy to access. The baggage cart was difficult to manuver. No TV remote in the fitness center.

Elevator didn’t work on Sunday and breakfast was a disaster area. No one to help and trash everywhere

Showed up expecting to be able to use the pool with 3 preteen girls. Needless to say they were very upset, the pool was closed and it was never posted anywhere prior to booking that the pool was closed for the season. I even requested a hotel with a pool for this stay.

Parking is easy, well lit parking lot. Staff was very nice and courteous. Hot breakfast, I had eggs, sausage and grits. There were other items to choose from. My room mini fridge didn’t get cold. Bathtubs are extremely slippery. Strange green substance on shower curtain.

The room was decent as well as the interior of the hotel. There were several fans/dehumidifiers in the hallway. The room's toilet is loose and needs to caulked again after the subflooring is repaired.

This hotel has humidity problems and a/c problems. We had to be moved from our room because the carpet was wet under the air conditioner. We stepped in it every time we got in or out of bed. The a/c unit in the vending area was dripping so bad they had a trash can under it catching the water. It was overflowing onto a towel. The shower in the first room had mold in the grout.

Mold in our room. Stained bedding. Hot hallways. Humid room. Pool was disgusting with green water. The front desk lady said it’s been that way for years.

I wish I could submit pictures. These facility is filthy. Immediately walking into the room, you can smell mold. When looking around, you looked on top of the ceiling and there was mole from one end of the ceiling to the other. The curtains were dirty and the curtains also has spiderwebs near them and the AC unit. Both beds were dirty when you pulled back the sheets they had hairpieces all over them and stains. It was like somebody actually slept in the bed and the housekeeping just pulled up the covers. One bed had a pillow with fresh blood on it because it was bright red if the blood was old. It would’ve been dark. They also gave us towels which was minimum and they had stays on them and then I asked for more towels, and they only gave us two more for a family of five. I asked for more sheets as well, and she only gave me one thing of sheets, but then I went back down to get more sheets, and when I made the bed, both of those sheets had hair on them too, so we just dusted them off and got more covers to last us for the night. The AC unit only goes to 68 and it repeatedly cut off during the night so it makes it hot. And the shower does not dry nor does it work without leaving the water running in the sink. I told like five other guests that when I heard them complaining of the water pressure that is nonexistent unless you turn the sink on and let the sink run at the same time.The lady that worked last night May 4 did not care at all. She was not trying to get us another room

The rooms were great and above average but we didn’t get all the rooms we paid for. There was issues checking in and with checking out that make me feel like what’s the point of a reservation

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I walked into the lobby I should walked right back out! The lobby was dusty & the floors were clearly not clean as there was paper & dirt all over the place! I had to wait over 20 minutes to even get checked in because there was another customer ahead of me and the hotel employee was not trained properly on how to check in customers. Once I checked in I got into the elevator which had dead bugs, dust, dirt, and a sticky floor! I then got to my room when I opened the door I was hit by the strongest musty smell as well as streaks on the mirrors, dust all over the furniture and bathroom!

Trash was overflowing at the lobby outside. No towels or toiletries when we arrived. Never came to tidy up or clean. We stayed for 2 nights in one room & we moved to a different room for 3 nights(needed cleaning as well). Elevators had trash in them.

The location was ideal but the hotel was gross! The lobby floors were dirty, still had Christmas decorations up, there were dirty towels all in the hallways, the shower was growing mildew and still had hair in it like it has never been cleaned. Bought my own cleaner to clean the bathroom. All the tables were sticky and dusty. Staff was very friendly but very understaffed.

They had mold on the walls, roaches all over an in the bed, bugs in the carpet. Room was gross an nasty. All the front desk did was write it down a said they would look at the room.

Room was filthy and mold. Ceiling leaked water constantly, into our baggage. Door would not close shut. Smell was not inviting

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When I checked in I was informed that the cleaning people didn’t clean all the rooms and they had to turn away like 8 people with reservations. I checked in at 1:30 am. I was exhausted. I got to my room and it was beyond disgusting. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet was not flushed, there were used tissues all on the counter, no toilet paper, used conditioner and the counter was so gross. The lamps didn’t have lamp shades, the phone had no receiver on it and there was still crumbs on the bed side table from the previous person. There was also a used tissue on the floor beside one of the beds. I went back down to the counter and told the guy. He said he would clean a room but it would take 30-40 minutes. I told him to give me the cleaner and let me do it. I had to be up at 6 am and I was not waiting another hour to get the room, so I had to clean my own room. To top it off, I had paid for a king suite and got a double standard. I paid more for the suite but didn’t get it. I am calling HR tomorrow to get my money refunded. I have never experienced anything like that before. The girl at the front office when I checked out couldn’t have cared any less. Don’t waste your money. It was HORRIBLE!

Dirty! Towels and bed had blood stains. Tub wouldn’t drain. Room smelled like urine

It was terrible. The front desk staff is super friendly though, I feel bad for them because they have to take all the complaints and just while I was at the counter 3 other people up complaining about the same issues. No water whatsoever in the shower, mold or poop on the bathroom wall, food left in the fridge, used soap left in the shower, no towels/wash clothes. Oh and the bags of trash lining the hallways and the random pair of men’s black trousers in the hallway!

Property advertised breakfast no breakfast is available currently. Room was dated. The bathroom had very low water pressure. The HVAC fan never shut off, even though in the off position.

Room had mold. Very musty smell. Closet was damp with mold spores on shelves. Water would work for 1-2 minutes and shut off or trickle. There were 20-30 people in lobby at various times complaining of same conditions. One patron was there 4 days with no hot water. We run a youth event next door and our customers were not happy with conditions either. Health Unit needs to visit

It was convenient for what we needed. We stayed in room 318. The exhaust fan does not work in the bathroom, the carpet feels like its always wet. The walls look like they tried to repaint after they repaired some water damage but the person put in charge of painting didnt know what they were doing and used the wrong paint on the wrong walls, and house keeping thought itd be a good idea to try to cover it up with a high back chair. The floor in the main room is uneven and causes the night stand drawer to constantly roll open. The TV never worked, luckily we were hardly there or this might have caused a much larger issue.

I arrived about ten to three and they would check me in so I had to kill 10 minutes waiting. The tv didn’t work and someone had to come fix the cable. No shampoo on the shower container.

Staff was pretty nice , the room was pretty clean , only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t close up the shades for the window ..we only had acces to open and close the sheer see through curtain . The shower pressure was pretty low ..the more hot water came out ,the pressure became even lower. Rooms are outdated . The remote did not turn on the television (turned on by hand ) volume buttons on the remote didn’t work .

1 no tv remote ( taken care of by front desk 2 bathroom needed a better cleaning. Bobbie pin in view in bathroom. 1/3 of roll of toilet paper with no replacement. One wash cloth only 2 towels. Very little water pressure ( maybe screens needed to be cleaned). 3 may have been some sickness in lobby that was not cleaned properly. 4 Breakfast was a disappointment no coffee or anything else really. Consisted of only toast bologna (been there a while) nothing else. 140.00. Not worth it at all.

LaTonya who was our receptionist was great! They didn’t have the room we requested, but she was so awesome to make accommodations. This time of year with travel ball she had kids asking her stuff and remained friendly and calm the entire time.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I’m about to dispute my charges for my bank for both reservations. I booked 2 hotel rooms. We went to check in, my son was put in a filthy room. Used q tips and wrappers everywhere. We told the front desk. They then placed him in a room with an IV machine that someone obviously used that day and stuff was all over the room! The manager was the rudest person that I ever dealt with! It was 6pm and I told her just to give me a refund and she told me I should have canceled 2 days prior! I then told her they needed to provide me a clean room. She was rude the entire time and absolutely no help! We had to leave and go to another hotel. I have pictures to document everything! She then contacted me at 9pm to tell me I had a room! Check in was at 3pm and they offered no assistance in the meantime. Every inch of that hotel is disgusting! Every garbage overflowing with garbage. The carpets were filthy! Definitely not vacuumed! I want every penny back from that hotel. And do not even attempt the coffee or breakfast!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was not ready until 9pm. Manager kept giving me dirty rooms. I don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel. Every garbage can was overflowing with garbage. Whole place was filthy. Carpet hadn’t been cleaned in probably a few years. Manager was so rude! Never once apologized even when a room wasn’t ready until 9pm! Left the hotel and went to the best western!

I had to be in Zachary, LA for work and we chose Comfort Inn because of its location. The hotel was convenient to work but also to many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The hotel was clean and inviting and the staff was excellent. The manager, Narissa, was particularly helpful in extending our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. We stayed in a suite, comfortable bed. The room was large with a small tv. My husband has low vision and had to pull a bench in the room in front of the television. I had trouble seeing the guide and detail from the bed. A large room deserves a large TV. The lights in the bathroom were very dim, definitely not able to apply makeup in this bathroom. The toilet was in a cubby in the bathroom and not lit. This makes it difficult for people to see the toilet or things that fall on the floor. Overall we would stay again due to the friendliness of the staff.

The staff was not very attentive. We arrived 15 mins early would not allow us to check in. We stood until 3pm as they sat at desk talking. We were allowed to check in at exactly 3 pm. Not friendly at all. Elevator stopped working had to carry luggage down stairs while checking out. Not a good experience.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, safe area, very quiet, good breakfast. My only complaint is the maids did not clean my room.

They started mowing at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning. The breakfast was a joke, no plates, no juice except warm lemon water that tasted like lemon rind. The breakfast variety was very limited to just a few egg and cheese things folded together, sausage patties, nothing other than white milk. I even told the desk clerk and the lady working the breakfast area that was watching television in the main entrance that it was a joke.

Breakfast was not good, no coffee hard boiled eggs stale, nothing to drink, except water, my room wasn’t cleaned for seven days, after I asked twice, I asked for another room just so I could have a clean one, but never got one. they didn’t answer the front desk phone. The price is about a third more than I paid a year ago and service was not good. I got clean towels once in seven days just seems like there’s a lot of people there but nobody’s working sorry to be so harsh but just thought you should know. I run a business and like to get some negative feedback not a lot from customers, but it helps me know what needs to be fixed. I realize I was extended stay, but I paid the same price so it seems like I could’ve gotten the same service.
