Check in was easy. Room was clean. Air conditioner wasn’t as cold as should be. We were in room 221 which faced the Main Street and we realized the sun shined most of the day on that side. So that’s why the room was a lot warmer and didn’t get as cold as we wanted. The breakfast wasn’t good. Only thing worthy of eating was the waffles you make fresh. The pool is outside and it’s very small.

Parking area was a bit small with the dually work trucks taking up two spots but other than that the stay was perfect The rooms were clean the lobby was clean Wi-Fi and TV worked great breakfast was good typical eggs sausage muffins yogurt oatmeal waffles orange juice apple juice everybody we met on staff seemed really friendly and nice helpful

The service is always good. This particular time when we walked in the hotel reeked with a musky odor. When we went to our room I was hoping to find a more pleasant smell but it reeked of moth balls! I called the front desk to be moved to a different room due to the unpleasant smell and the bath tube had a dirt ring around the inside of the tube, indicating it had not been cleaned.The young man moved us immediately to a another room. We usually stay at this location whenever we come to town, because it is affordable, clean, and the staff is friendly. This was our first unpleasant encounter. I hope they take my comments and use them to better the situation.

The bed had a roach crawl on it that minute we walked into the room. We lifted the mattress and the frame had cobb webs on it. I stripped the sheets and found mold on one of the pillow. This is unacceptable as housekeeping should have cought all of this. I had already paid for the room and felt of I changed rooms I may find additional problems. Needless to say I will never ever stay at this hotel again. Also, they said they do breakfast, but all they had was coffee and small packs of chocolate donuts which is unacceptable for the price for the stay. I'm very disappointed!

Our stay was very good. We were down for the reenactment at Port Hudson and only had to stay for one evening. Room was clean and very comfortable. Young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Even thought it was just for one night. I was very impressed.

Needed a queen bed for a reason and room was equipped with two full size beds. When checking in the receptionist said your two full size beds are ready and I promptly stated you mean the queen size I ordered and the receptionist lied and said “yes the queen size beds are ready.” Customer service for hotel reached out to me via text same night and asked about my stay and they said they would let me know immediately and I’m going on my 2nd night without a response. The TV has a large blinking line on it, water heater is weak for bathing, and tiles missing from wall and floor

Amazing experience. Hotel is better then our expectations. Check in was fast and rooms were clean. I wish they serve breakfast for little longer time on weekends. They only had breakfast for 6 to 9 even on weekends. Internet speed were super fast. Employees were friendly and helpful.

At checkin, the Internet was not working on the tv. We requested for someone to look at it. He said he would come when finished with a phone call. After 30 minutes he had not come and it was close to bedtime so we went down and told him never mind. The toilet was extremely loose from the floor. There was no coffee pot in the room.

The hotel would not let us use cash when the website gave us the option of using cash or card once we secure the reservation with a card. Once we were on site at that location, the person behind the desk denied us the option of using cash.

Not bad we only stayed one night. Seemed quiet for the most part. The area is a little sketchy for me but again we were just there for a night. We had an issue with the first room assigned to us the door wouldn’t open but the front desk was able to give us another one asap and it was fine! My mom said she kept smelling a strong smell in the front lobby and the breakfast area is there. Tbh nothing look appetizing there so we didn’t do breakfast.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and nice. The only dislikes would be the pillows. They do not offer any support for your head. Other than that, it was definitely worth the money. Great location (close to shopping and several restaurants).

Went to the Florida/LSU game in baton rouge and needed to find a cheap hotel not to far from the school. We were 30 minutes out and a very easy drive. Would stay again. Hotel was nice. Only complaint was the curtains were dirty. Looks like someone spilled food on them. Overall 7/10

The Stay was amazing! Staff were very accommodating to me and my family. Everything was as shown, and explained from the site. I would definitely stay there again. I naturally bring cleaning products with me to ensure things are clean to my standard, especially having an active toddler with me. Fortunately, the items that I cleaned were in pretty good shape. Breakfast was good. There were waffles, muffins, bread to make your own toast, assorted cereals, milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, refreshing water. Down the street there was a Winn Dixie, Family Dollar, different places that were quick to get anything you may need while staying.

The guy was talking on the phone to someone else when we were trying to check in, thought he was talking to me but no just taking his time. Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, sink and in the tub. Breakfast was free but gross. No coffee in the room even.

We had no hot water 2 days in a row - the free breakfast was continual which means just a sugar breakfast . The coffee was just tolerable , powdered creamer is not really a good thing . I would like 1/2 my money back it learned my lesson!
