Days Inn by Wyndham Zachary LA

The room was very clean staff was nice and professional. Breakfast did not have a lot of food so I didn’t really eat but in all the hotel was a great place to stay. Would stay here again.

Was not happy i booked and paid for 2 nights on the second day we had an emergency and had to leave to go home just to be told they cannot cancel my room until 11am the following day so they could not give me a receipt or anything also could not get clean linens because the lady said they didnt have any

Rooms were fine .. lobby needs an upgrade

We stay at Days Inn quite a bit when we travel and this is the first bad review! First I booked and paid with my credit card, but when trying to check in the lady at the desk kept asking for that credit card, I showed her my receipt and told her I only travel with my bank card and cash. She kept asking for the credit card, saying she HAD to have it, then if I knew the number, told her no, I have my bank card only. She finally said okay I need that for incidentals. The lobby had a strong curry type smell, but was clean, our room was clean but the bathroom was not!, There was urine on the floor between toilet and tub and there was body hairs (and probably NOT from head) inside tub and dirt in bottom. Not sure if we'll book again anytime soon with Days Inn or not.
