The only complaint was the shuttle service. There are 3 Ibis hotels. One of the shuttles goes to only 2 of them not Ibis Styles. The one that includes Styles goes to all 3. Why they all don’t go to all 3 is a mystery. But, the one that came to styles was always late. Twice we waited 2 hours for one. They blamed it on traffic but while we waited, 3 of the other shuttles that don’t go to Styles came by and they traveled the same roads where they blamed the traffic.

The shuttle service worked well, though it took a while to get to and from the airport as the bus stops at all three Ibis hotels. Not a problem, but I'd recommend staying at the 'Styles' hotel. The bar food looked tasty and the atmosphere around the bar area is very nice. I'd stay there again.

There are three Ibis hotels. I was in the nicest one and it was fine. The shuttle only runs every 40 minutes from the airport which is a nuisance if you miss it. My room was not available when I arrived at 1 pm ( fair enough) so I dropped my back pack and took their shuttle back to the airport to get the train into town. There is no easy access to town from the hotel if you don't have a car. The front desk was not staffed at 6 pm when I returned and a number of us were waiting for about ten minutes for the front desk guy to show up. The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. For an overnight next to the airport, it was good. For exploring Amsterdam I'd find somewhere closer to town.

This was a nice place near the airport. Rooms were very nice. They have shuttle service but it’s very crowded and only runs every 40 minutes. Plan well and depending on which property you stay at will determine if you sit or stand. On our pick up from the airport our driver forgot to stop at our hotel=60 minute shuttle ride. This service is provided by a 3rd party according to the very nice staff person, maybe they need to add a shuttle.

We booked as a last minute stay when our train was canceled. I wasn’t looking for fancy. Just wanted somewhere clean to sleep for the night. Our room was awful. I didn’t sleep under the blanket because the sheets were stained. Every piece of furniture looked like it had blood on it and the carpet had mashed in food that easily could have been vacuumed up, but everything was just left dirty. Same with the walls. I get that scuffs are going to happen with luggage and such, but it was straight gross! The staff was average. The shuttle from the airport was easy and convenient.

Wij kwamen laat aan uit Japan en verbleven hier voor een nacht. Inchecken ging snel en soepel. De kamer was ruim en licht. De shuttlebusservice was goed. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, dus top. Enig minpuntje was de douche: er hing een geur van mest boven het afvoerputje, de afvalbak en toiletrolhouder waren toe aan vervanging en er zaten haren (niet van ons) op de muur.

The hotel was very modern and clean with friendly staff. It was also great to have a free transfer to and from the airport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the cleaners were also really lovely. It would have been better to have had a kettle in the room instead of having the pay anytime you want hot water or coffee. The only other negative is that I feel the breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Overall a really great stay, would recommend if wanting to stay near to the airport.

Semi clean room, dust on places where you don’t normally see that’s why it’s overlooked; shuttle bus comes but late 5-10 minutes, helpful in transporting to airport to take train;; room space tight even for only 2 people;no amenities AT ALL (kettle,3 hangers,2 rolls of toilet part,2 pillow cases). If you are not picky, this hotel is your place.

Very nice lobby, service, restaurant and very clean. Very nice bathroom too. The bed was not very comfortable and the one pillow per person was flat. The building is quite soundproof.

I stayed here in August and paid for stay via Expedia. However upon check-in I was told that I had to pay the full rate since it was not paid. I paid for it again and in the middle of the night the same room was provided to someone else who entered the room when we were asleep. The staff knocked on the door in the middle of the night asking who I was and what my name is. They apparently did not enter the information. The next morning on check out I was told there was a mistake in payment and it should not have been collected.. I was told to email them for a refund. I still have not even received confirmation on this and they still have not refunded my $215 they charged extra. I have emailed them and tried to contact but no luck so far. I would be very careful staying here and ensure you have all documents and receipts. It’s been more than 10 days now and there is no response from the hotel. I would rate this as the worst experience in all of my travel so far unfortunately.

Check in began with them not excepting cash and making us use our card, incurring extra exchange fees. Then at dinner we were to,d the fridge was broken so could only get pizza, so we ordered pizza to only see another guest eating Snitzel a half hour later. I asked about it and was told by accident he got Snitzel and it’s only for the staff, WHAT. Again wanted to pay cash and we‘re told no card.

Each staff member we dealt with was courteous and friendly. From the front desk being super welcoming to the breakfast staffer who gave me a banana when I asked if I could purchase it, they were very accommodating. Most of all, when we booked an extra night due to a flight cancellation , and then were able to rebook the flight and didn't need it after all, the manager went above and beyond by applying our payment to a night on our return trip rather than us forfeiting the whole amount due to being past the cancellationwindow

We stayed during 22.-24.10.2025. Arrived late at 22.30 on 22nd but was greeted with warm welcome at the desk by young red haired lady, that should be rewarded by medal because of her extensively helpful customer service, as well as the manager on duty next morning (23.10.) that helped us to solve the problem with our reservation with VanGogh Museum. All other personnel were a delight to deal with as well, whether at breakfast room or at the service desk during our visit. We were very impressed and thankful for the kind humane service we received. Our room was clean with clean sheets... my only regret is that I didn't either ask or write down the names of the people on shift those days to thank them personally here, but I'm sure the establishment will know who they were by this message. Would love to visit again! Highly recommended.

We had made a mistake with our reservations and Matt, the manager, came to our rescue. We were so exhausted from our travels, and not only did he accommodate us, he gave us a voucher for 2 free drinks at the bar( which we definitely used). They had an awesome restaurant/bar area that was perfect. The food was excellent and service was great. We were only here for one night in between flights on our way home but would highly recommended staying here. Beds were very comfortable, place was immaculate, ambiance was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t like was the free shuttle bus to and from the airport ( which has no reflection on the hotel). The bus stopped at the 3 different Ibis hotels and we were stuffed in it sausages. Had to lug our luggage up onto it and there was no room to store it on the small shelves that were already taken). We will Uber next time.

I just wanted to say thank you to Nataliia at the front desk. She was an absolute delight. She assisted us with storing our luggage there until check-in and during check-out the next day. She is kind, friendly, and just a perfect example of good customer service. I have no doubt she will do great things. As far as the hotel itself, it is clean, comfortable, and close to the airport (which is what we wanted). The biggest plus was the bus that comes by every hour or so to take you to the airport at no cost. So convenient! The food is also quite excellent. I highly recommend!

Bed was comfortable, courtesy bus a plus but if you miss it, it’s a 45 minute wait. Courtesy bus extremely busy as it visits all three Ibis hotels. Lack of fridge and coffee/tea making facility in room was a negative in my opinion. Only one person working at check in upon my arrival. Had to wait quite a bit and there was no acknowledgement from receptionist.

The bar offers a very good pizza! Receptionist to hotel on our arrival was a bit more casual than i would like in her customer service attitude. The soap dispensers in the room don't function well. The pump heads come off easily, and you have to put them back on in just the correct position for them to be able to function. None of them were hanging from their wall mounts as designed.

Had a really nice stay at this hotel before our early morning flight. The rooms felt spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient. Only negative is that they switched all service at the restaurant to on your phone, which can be difficult for people that aren’t very technologically savvy.

We had a lovely time! Front desk people were amazing and very helpful! Our room was twice as big! The only thing was when we tried to dine at the restaurant downstairs, waiter informed us that they can only serve pizza and salad coz of freezer issues, bummer! Other than that though, i highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. Good free shuttle link to airport. Nice decor, clean and good shower Restaurant/bar menu was very limited. You had to order and pay on the app, they wouldn't do this at the bar which is not great. Also only one very flat pillow so poor sleep despite bed being comfy
