Hôtel réservé à la dernière minute car nous étions à Disneyland et avec les illuminations se finissant vers 22h30, étant fatigués nous avons préféré réserver dans cet hôtel. Hôtel, personnel, services, propreté, petit déjeuné et rapport qualité-prix géniaux ! De plus, le calme de l’hôtel et de son emplacement, est très agréable ! Le fait de pouvoir arriver à n’importe quelle heure est un plus ! Près de Disney génial également ! Parking gratuit ; un plus ; sans ajout de frais. Je recommande avec confiance cet hôtel !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat geholfen wenn man Hilfe braucht. Die Zimmer und das Hotel selbst waren sauber. Die Betten waren einen ticken zu hart aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Das Frühstück geht mit 12 Euro pro Erwachsenem auch ok. Die Lage ist super. Direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Apotheke und Restaurants. Die Bahn ist fünf Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und somit praktisch wenn man einen Besuch im Disneyland geplant hat (ca 10 Minuten Fahrt ) . Parkplätze gibt es auch mehr als genug.

parking wordt aangekondigd als inbegrepen maar is gewoon parking van de site, wifi werkte niet, inchecken snel, kamer netjes en groot genoeg, bed goed, badkamer ruim en proper, decoratie niet zoals op de foto

Nous séjournons régulièrement à cet hôtel lors de nos visites aux parcs Disneyland Paris. Très bien situé, restaurants et activités juste à proximité à pieds. Parking gratuit au pied de l' hôtel. Accueil agréable, trés bon rapport qualité / prix. Mais bémol la petite bouteille d'eau a été retirée de la prestation.

Hotel was nice. Need to take a parking ticket at the barrier into the car park and then the hotel staff with authorise it for free parking. We arrived around 10pm and the night porter was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fine, typical limited continental breakfast but there was plenty to eat. Beds were comfortable, would stay again.

Spent two nights to visit friends in the area. The hotel is in a mall complex, so there is plenty of shopping and mid-range to fast food restaurants. The hotel is clean and the service was very good. The room was bit small, especially trying to store luggage. Overall, a good stay.

Dans la sdb la ventilation ne fonctionnait pas, porte et roulette de douche entartrées, cabine de douche petite, traces de mascara sur une des serviettes. Petit déjeuné bon malgré les pains au chocolat et croissants mal cuit, la pâte était cru au milieu. Belle proposition de fromages et de charcuteries. Point fort la localisation sur le parking d’un centre commercial, à proximité immédiate des restaurants. Les photos sur le site non rien à voir avec la réalité.

Da die Bewertungen bei Google sehr unterschiedlich gewesen sind, waren wir nicht sicher was uns erwartet. Vor allem in Paris neigen die Zimmer dazu, nicht sauber und sehr klein zu sein. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Der Platz war für 5 Tage ausreichend. Das Bad und Zimmer war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Es konnten fast alle Englisch und waren immer bereit zu helfen. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, deswegen kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u.A. der Carrefour in laufnähe ( 5 Minuten) und die RER nach Paris ist auch in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Für den Preis von 440€ für 5 Nächte, ist die Preis/ Leistung absolut in Ordnung

Brilliantly hotel for disneyland paris as the train station is right next to the hotel. Our room was basic and very clean, a Brilliant base. The only thing that could be better was addition pillows. I did ask but was told no! Would return to this hotel.

We had a positive stay. It was clean and staff were polite and helpful. My issue was that the room is small and I had to close up my bag and store it in order to use the room. Each time I needed to get into it, I had to put it up on the bed to open it.

There was no hot water and no update on when we would get hot water. So we stayed three nights only the first night had a warm shower. Winhoff method was the way to survive with a cold shower. They were hoping to fix the hot water sometime later in the week. But when I asked the staff and they had no clue. They tried to make the language barrier as the issue of no real status for hot water. I would not write this review except on check out I asked for an extra fifteen minutes in my room, they said no, ten minutes. I felt sorry for the Olympic athletes staying there having to deal with one more stress. No discount or compensation- just bad service.

L'accueil a été parfait, le réceptionniste nous a même donné les viennoiseries restantes du jour, pour le lendemain matin, ainsi que des sachets de thé. Nous avons plutôt bien dormi, même si les cloisons sont un peu minces. Je recommande, car le rapport qualité/prix défie toute concurrence pour une chambre réservée au dernier moment, suite à notre journée à Disneyland :)

Pros: Close to train station and free parking. Unfortunately, that's it. Hotel is the most basic of basic. I'm very low maintenance and my expectations were not high, but even I was taken aback by the two tiny pillows and thinnest of sheets. And reception... one of the guys on duty was friendly, but when we turned up at the empty lobby with a smile to check in, we were immediately dismissed, asked to 'please just wait five minutes' before we even buttered a word, while the receptionist finished something on the computer. We took a seat and waited and waited and waited.... Maybe she was just having a bad day? Still... Also, the area seemed pretty dodgy. I wouldn't want to venture out after dark.

Pb lors de mon arrivée car la VMC faisait un bruit insupportable..Devant le refus de la réception de me changer de chambre sous prétexte que l'hôtel était plein ( faux !!), j'ai dû réparer le pb moi même ( à 23h00 après 6 heures de voiture ...) J'ai finalement simplement revisser la buse et la bruit s'est arrêté, ils auraient donc pû le faire eux mêmes ...Ensuite, le séjour s'est passé dans de bonnes conditions..dommage quand même pour une 1ere visite alors que nos futurs bureaux sont à 500m...Je me poserai des questions avant de réserver à nouveau...

Stayed for 1 night because we extended our stay in the area and our previous hotel was not available. Room for 3. Well-appointed with a sofa-sleeper, queen, chairs and table, very small fridge, and tub shower combo. In commercial area with a pedestrian mall with restaurants, gym, cinema etc. One block over is a commercial street with a grocery, tobacco store, nail salon, laundromat, banks, bakery, more restaurants, etc. No guest laundry, so the laundromat is your only option for laundry. Breakfast ok, but coffee was weak. Could have been a temporary problem with the machine. We were there on a warm day in early April so it was 25-26 defrees Celsius in our room. I requested help with the AC several times, was given a fan, and then staff told me the air for the building had not been turned on yet. Also, the hotel only had one maintenance person, and he was on vacation. I thought it was odd they didn't have coverage for maintenance. I also believe it's typical for European hotels to lack a/c. We were moving from a nearby hotel, but staff would not allow us to check in early. Surely some rooms were clean and ready to go. We could have also opened the windows sooner and had a cooler room. We were tired and cranky by this point in our trip and did not take kindly their attempt to rush us out the next day. We hadn't even all showered. Eventually we paid 20 euros for a late checkout. The hotel was still an upgrade from our prior place. Close to Metro and Disney. Good for families.

Hotel was nice. Need to take a parking ticket at the barrier into the car park and then the hotel staff with authorise it for free parking. We arrived around 10pm and the night porter was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fine, typical limited continental breakfast but there was plenty to eat. Beds were comfortable, would stay again.

Da die Bewertungen bei Google sehr unterschiedlich gewesen sind, waren wir nicht sicher was uns erwartet. Vor allem in Paris neigen die Zimmer dazu, nicht sauber und sehr klein zu sein. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Der Platz war für 5 Tage ausreichend. Das Bad und Zimmer war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Es konnten fast alle Englisch und waren immer bereit zu helfen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat geholfen wenn man Hilfe braucht. Die Zimmer und das Hotel selbst waren sauber. Die Betten waren einen ticken zu hart aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Das Frühstück geht mit 12 Euro pro Erwachsenem auch ok. Die Lage ist super. Direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Apotheke und Restaurants. Die Bahn ist fünf Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und somit praktisch wenn man einen Besuch im Disneyland geplant hat (ca 10 Minuten Fahrt ) . Parkplätze gibt es auch mehr als genug.

I'm very low maintenance and my expectations were not high, but even I was taken aback by the two tiny pillows and thinnest of sheets. And reception... one of the guys on duty was friendly, but when we turned up at the empty lobby with a smile to check in, we were immediately dismissed, asked to 'please just wait five minutes' before we even buttered a word, while the receptionist finished something on the computer. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to RER station cutting through the mall. The restaurants were open until late so it felt safe walking back even close to midnight. The room has everything you need for a one night stay, it was clean and the bed comfortable. We found two bottles of water as a welcome gift, which is not always the case. Check-in was hassle free and the lady was nice and informative. For the price you can’t do better than that.

L'accueil à été très professionnelle, avec une touche d'humour. Les matelas sont super confortable, bien moelleux. Les lits sont à bonne hauteur, ni trop bas, ni trop haut, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite c'est parfait. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est merveilleux, il y à tout se dont nous avons besoin pour bien commencer la journée.

Chambre petite, literie peu confortable, matelas trop ancien. Dans la sdb la ventilation ne fonctionnait pas, porte et roulette de douche entartrées, cabine de douche petite, traces de mascara sur une des serviettes. Petit déjeuné bon malgré les pains au chocolat et croissants mal cuit, la pâte était cru au milieu. Belle proposition de fromages et de charcuteries. Point fort la localisation sur le parking d’un centre commercial, à proximité immédiate des restaurants. Les photos sur le site non rien à voir avec la réalité.

Emailed re an upgrade a few days before and no response from the hotel. Check in was easy, room was basic but clean, bathroom was nice. No English channels on the (small) tv. WiFi was good, though didn’t use it much. Evenings walking back from the train station at 10-11.30pm were mainly still busy and felt safe enough walking through the entertainment complex (people still milling about, people still in the restaurants) however one night (a Monday) when it was 11.30pm getting off the train it was very quiet and the odd person just wandering about so didn’t seem that safe?
