Everything about this property is great! Enjoyed watching the sun set from the hot tub. Simona was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. Allowed us to check in early and even gave us a room upgrade. Would stay here again

The view from On The Cliff was wonderful! It is beautiful. However, showing hot tubs for each rental unit and not having them work...they were cold and ours didn't work at all. This was very disappointing.

The location was good and the view was awesome! We chose this hotel for the private Jacuzzi, but ours was not working although other rooms’ were available. We told them and they said they will fix. But they never did. We were so excited for that, so very disappointed. We wished they could have moved us to another room which was working because we stayed 3 nights. The breakfast is good, but it is exactly the same every morning.

Good: location, views, and an amazing breakfast. They are also really responsive and will help out immediately. Bad: cleanliness - can tell it is a bit outdated. Hair in the sinks and the pool was a bit run down. Even with the cleaning service, we could tell they didn’t do a thorough job. Still overall a solid 4/5.

Watch out ! They lie about the jaccuzi, hot water is only available during summer, so you mustn\'t expect to use the jaccuzi in winter. About customer service, it is full ZERO, if you ask about the jaccuzi they answer unkindly "If there is no sun there is no jaccuzi". Be carefull also about scams (food spots and taxis) and christmas holiday (the last 2 weeks of December), almost everything is closed in Santorini. Otherwise, the hotel has a wonderful view and a great breakfast menu. It is very clean and well located but might be better in summer time.

There are a lot of stairs and no elevator as you are on the caldera. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. View was amazing! Breakfast was included for us and it was fabulous!

The Location is great but the service is so bad and the staff they are rude we booked a room with a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi heater wasn’t working at all even after contacting the manager they didn’t fix it. I don’t recommend the hotel.

Stayed at On the Cliff in the off season so most shops and restaurants were closed but there are many all around the property. The location was very convenient to town, about a two minute walk. The view is absolutely unbelievable! And breakfast is served in your room and is very good. Would have given 5 stars but the comforter looked dirty and had cigarette burns in it and the room had a tv that didn’t work. Also, there isn’t a reception area if you need help with anything, although we really didn’t need them during our two nights.

What an excellent hotel! Impeccable service, Simona is perfect in assisting us and very flexible. Excellent cleanliness. Breathtaking view of the caldera. Perfect breakfast, and with the view, even better. I highly recommend it. For those who didn't like it, they're just jealous, because everything is perfect.

The hotel is at great location, views are great, close to every thing. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good! The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. They helped carrying our luggage to the room and to the taxi stops. We are very happy to staying at On the Cliff. We recommend it.

The view is unparalleled and worth the stay! Breakfast really enjoyable too! There are MANY stairs both up to the property and then down to your room so you must be prepared for the hike. Noise from adjacent restaurants vibrates through the cliff walls and may bother your sleep. The area is very crowded, but you are in your own little mecca once on the hotel grounds. Also, there is no parking- while free parking technically exists across the street, there is never any space. Do not rent a car in any summer month.

Breakfast was amazing, the views down on the bottom tier of accommodation weren't as great as we were hoping for. Cave room was really unique, unfortunately there was a very loud humidifier in our room and we could also hear the bass from a near by club.

The most beautiful scenic views combined with excellent service! The reception and porter team were amazing, helpful at every turn whether it be with bags, breakfast, or booking cars or activities. They even upgraded our room upon arrival! Would highly recommend visiting this hotel.

The staff services were top notch. Very friendly and accommodating. We are a family of four and felt safe and comfortable around them. Look for Gugi and Kostas at the bar! Solid guys. Watch as Simona is all smiles while tending to everything and everyone. Feel at ease as Azhar maintains everything around you! Beautiful people with a beautiful property! Hotel excelente, com uma localização privilegiada e vista incrível. A Simona é uma staff maravilhosa, inclusive nos permitiu, gentilmente, fazer um checkout tardio. The hotel is in the best location with a lot to do walking distance including shopping, restaurants and the bus station. Free breakfast was great, room was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. The views from our room were gorgeous I have no complaints. I did read past reviews about how it is loud at night due to music and you can hear it from your room but it didn’t bother us.

Les suites, parfaitement situées au coeur Thira, sont originales et très bien entretenues. Le spa est contrôlé tous les matins et même si l'eau en cette saison n'est pas très chaude (stipulé dans le descriptif) c'est extraordinaire d'en profiter avec une vue exceptionnelle, à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très disponible et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose des produits locaux variés dans une salle ouverte avec encore cette vue incroyable sur la Caldeira. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
