The elevator was broken and one of the stairs broke when I stepped on it. The shower was too small to use and the shower floor was nasty . The bed was made with the blanket under the sheet

It was a new concept for me and I liked how the containers were put together. There were open spaces and a roof top deck. I felt safe in the area. The breakfast area met all my needs. The staff were very friendly from the people who cleaned the rooms to the office staff. I was helped by the office to get taxis and for information of the local area. The hotel was clean and friendly.

The room itself was ok. However, the elevator was broken for 3 days and I had a cast on my foot. We had to use the stairs. They upgraded our room to a bigger one on the 1st floor to help with the stairs. The hotel advertises "free parking", but there are only a dozen or so spots. Once the spots fill up, they block the cars in and you have to wait for the other people/cars to leave before you can get your car out. If you don't get there early enough, there is no place to park. Breakfast (such that it was) was the same as parking: limited tables that seem to fill up by 7:30.

The hotel is very basic. The rooms are small and scarcely equipped. Also on the noisy side. On the other hand, it is very clean, the staff is very helpful. For the price it is a very good option near the airport.

The hotel isn't as nice as in the pictures. They use a very strong scent product for cleaning and i stayed only one night bc couldn't handle the smell. Not a place for asthma or rhinitis people.

Interesting place with a variety of container configurations. Our unit was near the main street but the noise wasn’t too bad. Accommodations were comfortable and our only complaint was that the king size bed was almost as long as the container was wide so it only left a few inches to walk or scoot past the end of the bed.

Great breakfast but no television - they moved us to a suite which was great as the room we first were in was tiny. The suite however also had a non- working television. Neighborhood was lacking any amenities however we did find a taqueria and a small local shop to buy some food. Don’t look for a great restaurant though.

Two many tripping hazards. Just within the room were three different levels. having the shower and bathtub right in the room with the bed was really weird. Check in was very slow. 3 people behind the desk and only one doing the work. Worst of all was the Water pressure. if two of us used the toilet we had to wait for a while before flushing the second time. The shower was ice cold and water in the sink wasn't even strong enough to clean my toothbrush off. How would the maids clean the room with ice cold water? The layout of the containers was nice and the people were friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Not as described in reviews. The man who took care of the breakfast was friendly.

We booked the room through Hotels.com and it said it slept 5 which it did. However, upon checkin, the person working at the hotel charged us an extra $85 since we had more than two people in the room. After arguing over an hour I was able to talk him down to $35 but the point was we booked it through Hotels.com and no where does it say that we would have to pay more upon checkin. I felt like the hotel was just trying to find ways to rip us off. They kept saying that the Hotels.com price was too low and that they needed to charge us more. Typical Mexico thing to do!

Hice la reserva previa para pagar en el momento delo check in. Desde las cuatro de la tarde mandaron mensaje que iban a cancelar mi reserva si no llegaba. Argumenté que estaba aterrizando y que llegaría cuando pudiera, antes de las 6. Nuevamente mandaron mensaje que de no llegar a las 6pm cancelaban mi reserva. Muy mal trato y sin justificación. No me quedó mas opción que pedir un transporte privado para llegar a tiempo ya que no podía arriesgar mi reserva. El trato del personal deja mucho que desear. También solicité limpieza en la habitación y nunca llegaron.

Wonderful staff. Polite, detailed, made us feel comfortable. Arrived late for breakfast and still welcomed us. Which was so kind. Thank you for making sure the kids got breakfast before we got on our ways

I really enjoyed the breakfast fast and the service at breakfast! What I didnt enjoy, they gave me the wrong room, so I walked in on some guy who had the same room. There was also garbage left in the drawers of the room and it was noisy.

Located very conveniently close to both airport and bus terminal. Easy to catch the bus nearby to go to either place or to find places to dine. The walls are a bit thin (could hear TV in other rooms) but no problem with road noise. Rooms are slightly cramped but well-appointed for the price. Excellent choice if you are needing a place to spend the night before an early flight! We did not have a chance to experience the breakfast that is included but the restaurant area looks nice.

This place is not quiet. Awake at 4.30 this a.m. due to noise. No place to eat in this area. It's a commercial area with buinesses which could be kept better. There's lots of traffic noise so it's not quiet and there's really no shopping. The beds are comfortable but since it's too noisy to sleep, it's a moot point. I'll try another hotel next time.

The staff were wonderful. The photos in the advertising were not a good depiction of the property today. it needs some renovation/repairs. Breakfast was a nice offering. When walking around the area, one does not feel the safest. I would not want my parents/children to walk there alone.

Cool place! Very close to the airport. Very close to 3 lanes of traffic. Bring your earplugs. Good place for a one night layover. I highly recommend the 15 minute walk (when you think you might be in the wrong place, you have arrived!) to Rustico ( @rustico_pv ). You will be treated to authentic, award winning food lovingly prepared and served by Max and his wonderful staff. Try Max's specialty dishes and enjoy a classic or creative new drink. Safe travels!
